Iβve been going to Time Saver Fitness twice a week for over a year. Post Covid I really needed to get back into a fitness regimen. I have become strong! My balance improved. The trainers are excellent. I plan to keep Time Saver training in my fitness regimen forever!

I'm in my 60s and noticed over time that my muscle strength was less than it used to be. We take our strength for granted until body age sets in. I decided to try Time Saver Fitness after reading their ads. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. My strength noticeably improved after just one week! Every day things like picking up items around the house, getting up from a chair, getting in and out of a car, and bending up and down are much easier. And less painful. I'm very satisfied with how Time Saver Fitness helps me stay strong.

I have been a client with Time Saver Fitness for many years on and off. Just over a year ago I unfortunately suffered three strokes. God blessed me with minimal after effects but it was a wakeup call to get out of my chair! Keith and Joe and all thr staff at Time Saver are wonderful folks that I have come to look on as family. The routines that you will experience are low impact but powerful and very effective. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try. You won't be sorry.

I have been going to Time Saver Fitness for 5 years. I have never stuck with an exercise program for this long and I attribute it to the continued results and the staff. The twice a week program works great with my life and schedule. I love the staff they listen to and care about their clients. They are professional, knowledgeable and fun too! You just get started with your workout and before you know it you are done! I recommend this program and the trainers at Time Saver Fitness!

I have always been reluctant to go with a personal trainer as thereβs so much information available online. However, this organization promised some very impressive results with 20 minute workouts twice a week. My wife tried it first and was impressed so I was second to sign up. After utilizing the Service for the last seven months I am extremely impressed. The facility is extremely clean with the latest equipment. The personal trainer works with you every moment of the workout making sure that you are using the equipment properly having the proper form and takes notes about your progress and making modifications that are needed. A professional staff with years of experience that know of what they speak. .
Over this time. I have gained significant amount of muscle mass as well as lost weight. Being a senior citizen my biggest concern has always been keeping my strength but in the process do not injure myself. For 40 minutes a week for seven months they have kept me on track, strong and injury free.
I highly recommend this approach to fitness and this service oriented company.

Time Saver Fitness is the perfect workout. Iβm not a gym rat. This program gives me an intense workout in 20 minutes and then Iβm free. It works. My conditioning and agility have improved immensely. I LOVE Time Saver Fitness! The staff are awesome and I am so grateful I invested in my health! Iβm 72 years old and building muscle is more important than ever. I had injured myself and had hip replacement surgery 2/14/23β¦and my muscle improvement has been awesome. For example, I started at 125 lbs. on leg press. Now, just a few months later, Iβm up to 195!
