Joe and his team are incredible at what they do. They explain everything in detail; the why, the how, the science behind why their methods work. I had no questions to ask because he answered them all himself through thorough explanations as we went through the process. I never felt confused at all, he guided me through each exercise, corrected my form when it needed, and pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself (in the best way)!
The trainers hold you accountable, and are so professional through the whole workout.
Before my first session I felt myself questioning how on earth 20 minutes, twice a week could work...I usually spent at least an hour in the gym! Let me tell you, writing this the day after my first visit, I am SORE. At 28 years old I am absolutely floored at how much I can feel just 20 minutes!
10/10 recommend Joe and any of his team!

I've been working out with Joe for a while now, and I can't recommend him enough! His personalized approach is exactly what I needed to push myself harder than I ever would on my own. Great place for resistance training. I originally signed up for once a week. I notice a difference after only 3 visits, so added twice a week.

Update: 9-20-23.

I am on my second agreement with TimeSaver and I don't have any plans to leave. They fit my schedule very well. I am really busy and exercise is so important, but also easy to not prioritize. Knowing it's only 20 minutes with a personal coach in a private setting makes it so easy to fit in my schedule and I'm getting great results. It's amazing how much success I have experienced with such a little time commitment. My clothes fit better and my golf drives are so much farther than before I started working out with timesaver fitness.

Absolutely amazing experience!! First off the gym is clean and spotless with a spa scent, all the equipment is brand new and each session private. Joe and Keith are very professional and welcoming, both of them are encouraging and positive about your health and well being. I have worked out at True U Fitness for a year and a half and in that time not only have I become stronger and more toned but I have had significant health benefits as well. Prior to working out at True U Fitness I had that middle age shelf on my upper stomach after a few months I lost that shelf and as a result I was able to stop taking the medication for chronic acid re-flux that I had been taking for 10 years! In addition, after going off the re-flux medicine I was no longer anemic which is another chronic condition I suffered from. I have more energy am happier and more confident and all I have to do is go twice a week for 20-30 minute workouts! Everyone who has felt guilty about driving past the gym should give this workout a try! This is the workout you will stick with and see results from!

At True U Fitness ALL elements are there for anyone to see great results. Joe and Keith are amazing and very professional. Joe has been my personal trainer for the past 10 weeks. I love it, I come in most of the time in the morning, it gives me extra energy for the rest of the day. The first few times was not bad but as time goes on Joe increase the weight and it is harder but it is worth it, at my age I have a few area's with arthritis and what a difference it has made. I am now using the protein powder after my work out, it gives me energy and muscle recovery after the work. What I like about the work out most unlike other gyms I have belonged to, I get great results in a short period of time. You have to meet with Joe and Keith they will make you feel and look great. I have to admit when I first heard about a 20 minute work out I thought it was too good to be true. After going in for a trial workout, my mind was immediately changed. The workout I get at True U Fitness in 20 minutes is much more effective than a workout I would get in an hour at the gym on my own. I'm 58 divorced and originally from the New York city area. The reason I bring those 3 things up is 1) - at 58 I have a bad shoulder and knees from playing sports at a younger age 2)- Trying to get back into the dating world and 3)- I'm very skeptic ( If someone tried to sell me a diamond ring or the Brooklyn Bridge I' m going to buy the bridge - the rings a fake) So when I heard about True U Fitness 20 minute workout I was thinking there's that diamond ring again. But I took their free evaluation and wow I was impressed Keith took all my medical issues into consideration - and formed a perfect workout for me. The slow repetitions make that twenty minutes feel like an hour and twenty minutes and you will know it's working.
