This is a great gym for casual and serious athletes! The owner, Jeff, takes a lot of pride in the place and the equipment is first rate—not the clunky weird machines you get in corporate gyms, but a carefully selected and diverse group of the best equipment for each body part—stuff you can’t find in chain gyms. The staff is really nice and hard-working, especially Jose, and the gym is very clean and well maintained. It is a serious gym with pros and competitors, but also very welcoming and friendly for all levels and ages. A really nice, inspirational vibe. Plenty of close parking (in back) and big space upstairs for floor work. Some great independent trainers available if you want to learn the ropes or up your game. No BS sales pressure—prices are clearly posted at the front, with lots of options, and reasonable prices. I love this place!!!

I joined Titan Gym in Fort Lauderdale specifically to work out with friends, but after just one week, the experience took a turn for the worse. One of my friends was accused of being a personal trainer without anyone speaking to us directly to clarify or ask questions. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the owner chose not to speak to us personally and had an employee deliver the message.
We were told to email the owner if we had any concerns, but after doing so, we received no response at all. This lack of communication and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because we were genuinely excited to be a part of the gym. I expected better from a facility that promotes itself as community-driven.
If you’re looking for a place where you can work out with friends and be treated with respect, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I come to Florida a few times a year. I found this gym during my last trip. I love it. It has everything you need, is clean, and is not overcrowded. I love how people care for the equipment and clean up after themselves. The young guy Jose, who works there, is a gem. He is always smiling and very polite to everyone. He is always on the move and makes sure that everything is clean and organized. I will come back during my next trip.

Best gym in town. Wide variety of members from tattooed muscle heads to the geriatric bunch. Owner is a fantastic organizer and trainer. He keeps the vibes serious but comfortable. This is basically an old school clanker gym. Get in, get sweaty, get out. Lots of equipment. Everyone friendly but no chit chat blocking usage. Came down to get away from the Pennsylvania winter for a few days and found this great old school style bodybuilding and powerlifting spot. It’s jam packed with some of the best pieces of equipment from all eras and manufacturers. Everything is clean in good shape and fully functioning. The music is loud enough that you don’t need headphones but quiet enough to wear them if you want. Politely worded gym etiquette signs help keep a friendly and courteous atmosphere. Key points 1) dumbbells up to 150# and in great shape 2) attention powerlifters they have a reverse hyper and GHD. 3) it’s a gym, to quote Craig Reilly “clubs are for dancing and gyms are for working out”.Great atmosphere, Awesome place, I wish it was in my neighborhood.

This is the place you go if you wanna get a good no bs workout. I only lived in the area temporarily but this was one of the best gyms I’ve been too. My favorite gym ever! It's a small gym compared to the other places around like LA Fitness off SE 17th Street or powerhouse gym at Galleria Mall. But it is 100 times better in my opinion (and I've been to many gyms). Titan Gym has everything you need in a bodybuilding/strength training gym. It has an old school feel to it and the people there are down to earth. It even has a second floor for additional training. This is the only gym I have ever been to where everybody re-racks their weights in the exact spot where it should be when they are done. And it's super clean and never too busy. You won't have any trouble working out here regardless of when you get there. The owner is a super cool dude too.

Walked in to get a membership because I have had good things asked the front desk person about the packages and was ready to sign up was just asking to waive the pointless 50$ "processing fee" which is just a way the gyms try to recoup money instead of adding it to the monthly fee. He advised me that the owner would not do that because he Was trying to recoup ge money from being closed for 6 months also when I asked to speak to the owner about it he was scared to call him . I work out at mutiple gyms and this is just bad business practice this owner would have rather 460$ walk out the door than waive the $50 processing fee especially during these times. Better business practices in the area. Unfortunate to see local gyms treat people like LA firnesses.

A dying breed of gyms, most gyms are filled with treadmills ellipticals and spinning classes these days. (LA, Planet, YouFit) And having less focus on free weights and bodybuilding. Some people just want to come in and lift weights. I will admit it is a little tight in there, they pack in as much equipment as possible for the small space they have to work with. It is $50 down and $35 monthly, I think the monthly would be fair at $25. Athletic Factor in Pompano charges $25 and they're close to 3x's the size of Titan. Another gem and dying breed of bodybuilding focused gyms. Just my $.02

My best friend and I signed up for this gym looking for something less crowded than gyms like LA and Planet Fitness. We found Titan and it’s been amazing! this gym received a negative assessment because of the incompetence of administrators. Today, I visited this gym with my whole family, my wife and my two sons, one and four years old, with the intention of acquiring membership for myself and my wife. immediately they were faced with the administrator’s concern for the presence of children, which was reported to us three times, although we were not in a working area that was fenced off from the front desk. the front desk had chairs for relaxing and waiting. we were refused membership if my wife would be waiting for me in the recreation area at the counter with the children. they based it on the fact that "suddenly someone touches a child with a bag or children will interfere with drinking a cocktail" at least this is not legal and this is the first time I am faced with such ignorance. Like the majority of the other posters, I like Titan gym. I joined why it was called World Gym. No entry of maintenance fees. Though small it's not crowded. It's great if you go there early in the morning; then it's like having your own private gym.

There's a family setting. Not a lot of big guys that hog the weights all day long. Titan also has Pilates and martial arts lessons as well.

Meat and potatoes gym centrally located in Fort Lauderdale. If you are going for social hour you have the wrong gym. This gym is about working out. The equipment is not new but everything works and you don’t see signs on machines for days on end “out of order”.

There seems to be a certain pride that Titan members have and I always like being there. This is a place where you will find lots of trainers working with clients so if the parking lot looks full sometimes it’s one trainer for every one person working out. I go on off hours and the weekends and rarely can I not get the workout I set out for.

Ample parking, there’s a second story where classes take place and is usually a place to stretch or punch a punching bag etc. The locker rooms are clean, as well as the bathrooms and you rarely see people in there.

I’ve been here for four years while it has passed from World Gym to Titan Gym and it seems to be hitting a nice stride. Hopefully it will stay like this for years to come.

Great mom/pop style local gym... very friendly people there. Smaller than most Gyms but everyone is there to work out and continue their day. No groups of people hogging the benchpress.

Good body building gym. Minimal equipment for a powerlifter. There are two squat racks, one is terrible, one is decent. Minimal bar choices, plenty of weights available. Towel service is included. Was not crowded on a weekday afternoon. I would drop in again if I was in the area, but I'd look elsewhere if I lived in the area. However, there is lots of equipment if you're interested in working individual muscles!
