Build strength, muscle and confidence in a small group setting with our 30 min classes designed for your busy schedule! No two classes are the same and our community of members and coaches will empower you to workout to your full potential!
Our experienced trainers design workouts that cater to each individual, taking into consideration your personal strengths and opportunities. Our primary focus is circuit-based strength training classes which are scientifically proven to be most beneficial as we age. In addition to strength training, we also have indoor cycling and kickboxing classes to provide a full spectrum of fitness options and mobility and yoga options to aid in recovery.

Titanium Fitness is the best gym/fitness studio I've ever been part of. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and they truly care about their community! They offer classes for everyone, and the coaches are wonderful and attentive.
I have a medical issue, and I've never felt more cared for in a fitness space than the staff at Titanium. They always check on me.
I have to give a special shout out to the owner, Emily. She has been AMAZING. She's so knowledgeable in everything from weights, to kickboxing, to cycling. Emily has created something truly beautiful, and I'm happy and lucky to be part of it.
Titanium Fitness is a wonderful gym/fitness studio and community. I recommend it to all my friends who are interested in working out. I'm so fortunate for Titanium! ❤️

Hands down the best gym in Pinellas and I’ve been gym hopping around here for 20 years. No more walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes and then doing abs. Their 30 minute classes are just enough to kick your butt but have you coming back for more and if you want to stay and do a second class you have that option as well.
Every trainer is amazing too! They all work with you and make sure you have proper format while also pushing you what you’d normally try. I love this gym and very happy I found my place to call home!!

I love that I can get a good workout in 30 minutes! I started with only doing kickboxing classes, but started taking the other classes. The instructors are very helpful when you are a beginner. They motivate you with encouraging words and awesome music playlists. I've made many friends here who encourage me to keep going when I am feeling lazy.

I live in Pennsylvania and my cousin lives in Palm Harbor. Every time I visit her she brings me to Titanium Fitness! If you’re in the area I highly recommend that you check this gym out. The 30 minute classes are convenient yet productive, the coaches are supportive and they pay attention to form. This gym is good for both beginners and experienced strength trainers. They also offer cycling classes which really bring the energy! They always make me feel welcome and like I’m part of their community! I will be back everytime I’m in town!

Absolutely love this gym! Owner & Coach Emily is so helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her Kickboxing class. Coach Donna is also super amazing and encouraging. I really enjoy her strength classes. Overall, if you're looking for a gym with variety, small group classes, and phenomenal coaches, this is the place for you!

Titanium Fitness has a range of classes that I enjoy! From high-intensity cardio to relaxing yoga, there's something for everyone. The classes are only 30 minutes long, so I love the idea of doing 1-hr workout with two different classes. The coaches are knowledgeable, energetic, and motivating. Absolutely love being a member of this gym! The workouts are great, and the class lengths and times allow for a great variety to work into a tight schedule. The members are all just as welcoming and supportive as the coaches, which makes trying classes outside of your comfort zone so much easier! THIS GYM IS THE GYM YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF! If I could give it 10 stars I would. For reference I went from paying for a Planet Fitness membership for two years and not going once, to being at Titanium Fitness 5-6 days a week! Where to begin, the class schedules are consistent yet dynamic, the classes are throughout the day so even if you're working you can fit time in for your workout, and the classes are only 30 minutes so if you're in a hurry you can get it done and go but they're also designed so you can take more than one and not repeat the workout. The instructors are top notch and not only correct your form but they watch your progress and give you heavier weight when it’s appropriate! The members are welcoming, helpful and FUN! It’s not only a gym you join but a community! They offer free 7 day trial, that I suggest you take advantage of. You'll be ready to join after one class! If you're looking for a community of like minded individuals with serious life changing goals, this gym is for you!

I love this gym! I've always loved group fitness classes but here they are only 30 minutes and much more effective than hour long classes at other gyms. If I feel like doing an hour long workout, I just take 2 classes in a row. I tried their six week transformation program and I am pleased with my results. I lost 5% body fat and feel great!

Very welcoming community! I really enjoyed the hip hop cycling class- great music! Jordan is an awesome instructor. She took some time to help me get set up (it’s been a hot minute since I’ve adjusted a bike and clipped myself in). I also love the 30 minute classes- it’s hard to make time for yourself, but it’s also hard to make excuses to avoid just a half hour ;) I got a great workout in a do-able amount of time. I also very much appreciate that the playroom gives me the option to bring my little one along (again, hard to make excuses, ha!). He loved the playroom and didn’t want to leave.

Everyone, from the trainers to the patrons, are so welcoming. Made it an easy decision to join. They keep you honest with accountability too. Classes are great, half hour at a time, and offered throughout the day. They have a class for everyone as well, cycling, kickboxing, weight training, mobility, and even a little cardio drumming. Titanium is my favorite gym I have been to since moving here 2 years ago. I am an early riser and love that they offer multiple early classes all week long. I love the idea of getting an effective and efficient workout in 30 min. If you want to stay for a second 30 min session, there is usually a completely different class coming up in just a few short minutes. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable. After years of my chronic pain getting worse when I worked out I had an aversion to good workouts. Titanium Fitness not only helped me overcome it, they helped me to love working out again🌈🌈🌈
I have never had an interest in stationary bikes but their Cycle room is so cool with dim lights and neon I now want to try.
They have core classes, personal trainers, machines and pretty much anything you could want.
The best part, the atmosphere and workers are so motivating while enduring things are tailored for your individual needs.
I love walking in there. I love the other members. I love the workers. I love the set up and classes. Most of all I love that I am finally getting healthy😀😀

Only because I can not give a 0. I signed up for a class for boxing on class pass and even attempted to invite a friend. I was so excited only to show up early I might add and never get to workout. I watched aa the last class left and emptied out and politely waited only to then watch them lock up. Thinking it was just saftey measure I asked the ladies still in the parking lot who told me That there was somebody still in the building and they would be right out to help me all I had to do was knock well. I knocked and knocked several times and nobody answered. I sat out here waiting looking like a dummy taking time away from my kids and my busy schedule in order to get some well needed fitness which I did. Not get I also called 3 × only be talked to by a bot in my inbox who only wanted to schedule me for more things I'm very. Disappointed since I am on a trial membership with class pass and have really enjoyed it. So disappointing and a waste of my time.

So happy to have found titanium. The trainers are knowledgeable, positive and supportive. There is a mix of classes to choose from. I like that I can stack classes if I want to double up and it is not the same workout all day. The owners really listen. Because it is not a franchise, there is a lot of flexibility to what they can offer.

By far my best boot camp experience in the Palm Harbor area and I’ve been to five others. I originally came here because they have the best schedule with classes throughout the day rather than just early morning and late afternoon. But they also have EXCELLENT coaching (Donna!! Estefania!) and a variety of membership plans that pretty much fit everyone from casual/occasional to every day to travelers and everyone in between. My favorite thing is they have the different bootcamp classes, plus they have cycling, boxing, and machines, and we sometimes do bootcamp using the machines. Classes are a good size, never overcrowded but never just one or two. Emily is the awesome owner and she is an amazing coach. Love love love Titanium!
