If you’re looking for real results, a true challenge, and a gym owner who absolutely chooses violence with every workout, then Titan Up is the place to be. Best gym in Jax, for real!

I've been going here for almost 2 years and I'm the strongest I've ever been. I love walking in and having the workout planned for me. No wandering around or fighting for equipment. The trainers are dedicated to your success and safety and the atmosphere is always welcoming and upbeat.

I’ve been going to TUF for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve found my gym home. I really enjoy working out at Titan Up! I tend to get the most out of my workout in a group fitness setting that guides me in what I should do, but allows me to modify the exercises and movements according to my comfort level. I also like how they vary the muscle groups on a daily basis. The trainers and other members are very friendly and welcoming!

This once former cardio queen has now been transformed into a strength training girl.
Over the past ten months working out at the gate parkway titanup fitness location, I have really broken out of my shell and harnessed this inner strength training core I’ve been missing out on my whole gym life.
The work out community here really welcomes the newbies, and never laughs or makes fun of what little gains you make.
Being new to lifting, I definitely started at the very bottom. I still consider myself very new after 10 months, but at least I’m now familiar with things thanks to the TUF team.
If you are bored with your current work out plan, I welcome you to take this as a sign it’s time to try something new. Plus who can turn down a week of free work outs?
I can officially and proudly say, this is my greatest addiction.

The instructor want welcoming. Took forever to acknowledge is at the door while she was talking to her friend. Didn't explain how the place works or ask if we were new. Wasn't even told to sign in or how to sign in. The instructor had her friend group and didn't acknowledge or even help others outside of that group.

Poor customer service just now. I called to inquire about a class they may or may not have. The man that answered knew nothing about the workout equipment. Instead went ahead to tell me sternly that it wasn't a strengthening work out. Thought he wasn't aware of what I was asking?! Rude and not informed.

I followed Coach Bryant to Titan Up, and all I can say is I’m so glad I did. Thought I was just following the best coach, but turns out it was also to the best gym. I made friends who motivate me, push me, and I genuinely enjoy every single time I step into the gym. I started lifting, and I'm so happy with how strong I feel and how I look. Great people, simple & effective weightlifting, with convenient times & locations that give you perfect opportunity to meet goals. 100% recommend

I’ve been at TitanUp for around 2 years now- off some after having a baby. They are awesome at helping you get stronger, modifying when needed, and keeping you motivated throughout the workouts. I like how the workouts and programming are broken up and I always like that they focus on form and show you how to do each one even if most know. They also have offered nutrition coaching partnered with registered dietitians which is very cool. They have a lot to offer and it’s a fun gym to be a part of! Only downfall is when a beach morning class is full and you can’t get in :)

Where do I start? Best gym I have been a member of. The fitness training along with the nutritional education is spot on. The trainers are top notch. This is group training. However, Corey Addison is the best at making you feel like he is your own personal trainer.

I am so glad I found out about Titan Up Fitness. I just finished my first 13 week challenge and love the results I am seeing. I was so impressed that I signed up for 2 more challenges! What really makes Titan Up the best is the trainers. All of the trainers are genuine, motivating, extremely nice, dedicated and really truly care about your progress. If you are willing to put in the work you will definitely see results. Before Titan Up, I would work out for 30 minutes max at a gym nearby and would leave not even breaking a sweat. Now after every hour long workout at Titan Up I leave very sweaty but feel great knowing I am becoming toned, tightened, and healthy!! A huge special thank you to Rachael, Savanna and Sean for always pushing us to try our best!
