F*45 and Orange The0ry too much cardio, causing you to have to do very light weight. CrossFit is too much powerlifting while racing (leads to injury).

This is the perfect blend. Strength building, muscle building, and getting heart rate up afterwards to burn out.

I'm pretty new to lifting, so these classes are great! Everyone in the class is friendly and helpful. Renee is awesome! she's been great with explaining proper form and techniques so we don't hurt ourselves! I will be back religiously. I hope to see ya there!

Best trainers, programming, and community (family) of any gym I've ever set foot in. I've been working out on and off since I was 16, but after less than 2 years in this gym I'm in the best shape of my life and the strongest I've ever been at 40 years old! Your physical peak is still in front of you, so come on in and get after it.

The entire TitanUp team makes group fitness feels like personal training! You get one on one help and guidance while having the energy and support of a group fitness class. I’ve been part of the TUF family for 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else...my transformation has been incredible! I’m a mother and run a small business, so I’ve got no time for BS...When I discovered Titan Up, I was misinformed, confused, and discouraged when it came to health/fitness. The trainers really know what fitness is all about, I was mislead by fad diets and exercises for years and got zero results. My eyes are open now, getting fit isn’t complicated...it takes commitment but not in the way we’ve been conditioned to believe. Let them guide you, trust me...you won’t be sorry!

I started at TitanUp Fitness in October of 2015. My first class, I couldn’t bench the 45 lb bar, I ran a 12+ min mile (and almost died), and could hardly do a regular push-up. In fact, I had never even TOUCHED a barbell when I started here. Until that point, I had been the type of person that would become very motivated for a few months and eventually stop working out. TitanUp changed that for me - now I come religiously because I like to!

Joining a new gym can be intimidating, but TUF is welcoming, friendly, and you will find every fitness level and body type here. I can’t say enough good things about it - every trainer is amazing and it really is a “family” culture. Since I started here, I have seen TUF grow from one gym to four incredible facilities, the warm up routines have changed and improved, the assessment methods have been upgraded, the trainers have grown, and the workouts have consistently challenged me. Andy and the other trainers are always working to make TUF better which in turn makes us better too!

I joined the TItan Up Fitness family (yes- family because that exactly how you are treated here) in January 2019 for week of their "13 week Challenge" program. I have to admit, it is the best decision i have ever made and I only wish I had joined sooner. I am 27 years old and before Titan Up I had truly never worked out a day in my life and that was something i was extremely self conscious about. I had contemplated many times over a few years about joining Titan Up because I always heard great things about it but the one thing stopping me was that i was too scared to start because I just assumed no one would accept such a newbie like me. I always told myself "no, I need to get in shape first before I start going there.. i will never be able to keep up with those people." I could not have been more wrong. I finally joined TUF because my wedding was 9 months away and I was really unhappy with my body and it wasn't going to change itself. When I walked in on Day 1 of the 13 week challenge, I was not excited to be there at all and I told the trainers up front I had never worked out ever and when i said that their face lit up... they were so excited to have me there. They immediately went over everything with me one-on-one and told me exactly what I would be getting from their program and it honestly got me excited too. My very first class was great, Rachael (head trainer of JAX Beach), remembered I was new and really took the time to explain in detail every single workout and made sure to keep an eye on me the entire time to make sure i was doing the workouts properly. It was so comforting to know that the trainers were really there to help me and teach me and never once did i feel stupid (which is what i was most worried about). The classes consist of all different types of people at all different kinds of levels but the great thing is everyone is doing the same workout but the trainers help guide you based on your skill level. From day 1, the trainers are so excited to help educate you on getting healthy and living a healthier lifestyle. Titan Up completely changed my life. Now, I know so much more about how to properly fuel my body because of their nutrition program also. I am currently eating more calories than i ever have and i am building muscle and losing body fat consistently. This program is amazing because the trainers are truly there to help you succeed, motivate you every step of the way, and they are truly proud of you when you reach your goals. At the beginning of each challenge you have to take a before picture and also get a full body scan that details your measurements and more. Then after the challenge is over, you take your after picture and do another body scan to see your results. This is another one of the best parts of the program - they are keeping track of your progress and your success and its right there in front of your face to see it (when before the only thing i was used to doing was keeping tracking of my weight on the scale every day). The pictures and body scans are so important because you can really see how much your body has changed for the better. After 2 challenges my body fat was down 12.3%, weight was down 2.5%, fat mass down 14.4%, and my muscle was up 2.6%. I was able to get into great shape for my wedding and i could not be more thankful. I am 2 months post wedding and I am on challenge 4 and still looking forward to more results! You won't regret joining. They are here to help you better yourself and they will do everything they can to help you succeed. Thanks Rachael and Andy!!

Their overall POV on running and cardio is unfortunate. I am a runner who also wanted to focus on strength training, however, their obsessive negativity towards running and cardio on their social accounts was distracting and made me feel alienated. I quickly found another gym where all fitness preferences / goals are accepted and encouraged

I have always had a hard time with motivation. If I don't see results I easily have given up in the past. I tried this facility one day and just knew it was what I have been needing.The trainers are energetic, supportive, fun, and they quickly become like family. The atmosphere doesn't even feel like you're in a gym. You are surrounded with positive, ambitious people who want it just as bad as you do, and if you don't yet.. you WILL! Every day is a different work out, with different challenges and different things to learn. I have loved pushing myself and seeing the results in the amount of weight I was able to lift when I started and where I am now. I cannot wait to see even better results as time continues to go on!
