Debbie is the most fun, encouraging & awesome aqua Zumba instructor, as is Jackie. They make this Y. Sid, the oldest lifeguard is amazing; always friendly & kind. He’s like the Y ambassador & learns your name. What a gem. Unfortunately the pool has no heater, which I’d never experienced at a Y prior. Pool gets freezing & closes in Nov.
The exercise class room is much too small for the volume of participants. Most of the space went to the basketball court. It has a very odd layout/design. Parking lot is often full, so you park on the grass.
This Y has outgrown its limited space. Director Sergio is kind. I won’t comment on another Manager. Every instructor is absolutely phenomenal but one, who lets a participant ruin the aqua class by being a loud mouth, gossiping attention seeker & then playing victim. I expected everyone to know what a “class” is! Haha!
Pro Fithess in Viera has two heated indoor pools, a huge gym, a sauna, a cafe, & long hours & is huge! It’s open daily! It’s a much better value for money. $28/month if you have AAA.
The Titusville Y is more for young children & retired folks; not for adults who work, due to its limited hours getting reduced & the pool being closed. It revolves partly around college kids limited lifeguard schedules & they only have one aquarium class per day at 10:00, and none on Sunday. They cancelled a bunch of times as the weather got more rainy & water was colder, or maybe staff wanted days off?? Front desk staff are friendly. Most are very young. Krystal is very helpful. I feel this is a kids Y, not really a place for adults to meet other adults to workout. A kind mom said she’d scheduled her kids swim lesson. There were four lifeguards on deck chatting. They told her they had no one to teach the lesson & that it wasn’t scheduled. She was upset, as she said this is the second time this has occurred & both times the lesson was scheduled. I expected a more social club. It’s very budget conscious. No bench in shower area to put things on; only tall stools, which is impractical. This place screams “tight budget.” Too bad the government isn’t donating funds to this Y. They desperately need funds for a pool heater & a much larger studio & a be ch in shower area.

Let's start off with the staff super friendly and helpful. The building and everything in it is kept up as far as cleanliness and appearance. You don't have a waiting line to use the equipment and they have cleaning sprays and paper towels to wipe down the equipment. The bathrooms are up kept which is a plus. The also have a gym we're you can play basketball a yoga room and a out door pool. NICE JOB YMCA.

The gym is family oriented, but for the price we pay as a family of 5, I would expect better machines and less dust around. When I was there last time they had boxes of pizza for some online game! Also the lockers smell like mold, horrible. We need a renovation. I have been at the YMCA Oviedo - downtown very clean and spacious gyms. Plus they have sauna. I might cancel my membership due to these factors.

REALLY MISSING my morning workouts since my new work on the Cape begins at 7 AM. The best time I find for adults to work out during the week is before work. I will keep praying the opening hour shifts to 4:30 AM from 5:30 AM These guys helped me drop from 260 to 238 lb! I want more weight loss, please.

My boys love the summer camp at the Y. We like to go to their pool since we don't have one at home. The only downside is that you're not allowed to go in water deeper than 3 ft if your kids can't swim even if they're with an adult. It's hard to teach your kids to swim if you can't take them in deeper water.

I’ve been a member at the Y for 20 years and plan to be a member for another 20. This place is family oriented and all 5 of my kids grew up going to the Y. I started at the Avalon location and then Oviedo and now I’ve been at the Titusville location for the past 5 years. Great place!

Very nice facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I go for the aqua aerobics. The instructors are excellent, classes are fun. It's a beautiful outdoor pool, good for swimming laps and/or going to the aerobics classes.

Very strange place. Weird and inconvinient opening and closing times, has a biking machine where you would normally do chest and leg presses, the hours for the child daycare thing got extremely cut down, and they removed a really good dip and pull up machine that I personally used all the time, and i know many others who did as well. Not a very good place for people who are trying to be more than casual in the gym.

However, they do have a good basketball court, a good workout room with a heavy bag, a nice, big pool, and they do host a lot of events for our overall small community. So, it's got good and downsides. Personally, if you're new to the area, I would look at other gyms and try them out to see if they fare any better, and work well for you.

Called to sign my daughters up for swim lessons, the girl I spoke with was SO friendly and helpful. When I went in person to finish the process, Casey was also very friendly and extremely helpful and got me signed up with a free membership through my Medicaid insurance! Madison being there to help with my kids while I got all the paperwork filled out was a blessing! They offer so many events and programs that are fun and exciting for families, can’t wait to go back and be involved!

Speaking w/ Lisa over the phone I knew right away she was very knowledgeable. She went above & beyond to answer all my questions & concerns. I’ve not yet decided to take advantage of the membership w/ Senior Sneakers due to an upcoming surgery. Afterwards once I’m recovered I will be reevaluating my decision to join based solely on the information given from Lisa & how encouraging she was to help me to be comfortable with consideration to my disability. I can't say enough for the Titusville YMCA. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist and/or answer questions. The facility is clean and equipment is kept in good condition. The programs work with most schedules and they strive to serve the local needs of the community. Special shout out to Liz and Lisa who spent time working with me to find a program that worked with my budget.

This was the only reason for me to potentially join this gym. They should definitely offer reduced prices for this especially because the website mentions that the sauna is part of the monthly amount. Nowhere in the Titusville area seems to offer sauna access, bummer.

I love the Y, The teachers are super friendly and offers a good amount of classes.
It needs some renewing, a fresher look. Also to consider that Titusville is no longer a small village, they have to expand, space feels limited in zumba classes.
Our family benefits from the Parents Night out that allows for a healthy and safe environment while parents can go on a date.

I absolutely love the classes I take. I usually take Zumba, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba toning. I exercise on the main floor as well. I became a Zumba instructor at the Y! Debbie and Jackie are awesome Zumba instructors. Amy has helped me on the floor. It is a very clean and friendly place.

At 71 , I just joined the YMCA in Titusville as I have become very active after moving here from Atlanta. I just wish I’d done this sooner. Great facility. Very clean facility, nice pool and a really nice, knowledgeable staff. Just took up pickle ball. Hours are good and it’s indoors. Look forward to getting myself healthier at this very nice location. This YMCA was very nice to us during a hurricane. We had no power for multiple days and they offered free showers to anyone who needed one. We were very thankful after cleaning up debris in our yard all day. The gym area looked nice as well.

So I go to add my 13 yr old to my membership and they say 30$ a month... So I go put 30$ in bank then I get there and then they say it's 35 go back to bank... To put 10$ on card .... Then I get back... Lady said oh it's 65$ for the first month.... Still a member..... But 65$ to start and then it's 30$ a month... Like come on people make up ur mind.... Got some swimming lessons for my 9yo. Due to bad weather, lessons were canceled/postponed. I've been trying to reschedule the last canceled lesson for a month. In person, over the phone, by email, they all give me some excuse and promised somebody will contact me. Just know, I was promised (again) that somebody will call me tomorrow.

I drove all the way out here from Merritt Island to have the worst YMCA experience that we've ever had. First of all we were told that the pool was open. When we arrive it's not open they said it would be a 2 hour wait. Then they wouldn't let an eight year old that has excellent swimming skills practice laps. Keep in mind there was a little boy practicing with his mother on one of the lanes already who could barely swim. So we ended up standing in the 3 ft section with none of the splash sprayer going before leaving disappointed. Save yourself by going to the Sebastian North Pole, it's a hundred times better and they will let you swim with diving boards also.

Titusville YMCA is a great place to workout whether on the exercise equipment or in group classes. It's also a great place to meet and socialize with others. The Instructors are great and does wonders with explaining the exercises to multiple age levels and physical degree levels. In the group exercises you can work at whatever level you're at. Dara, Shannon and Bridget are the Instructors I'm most familiar and the front desk people are all friendly, helpful and professional. I just wish Titusville YMCA was larger. Other than that I'm very happy I'm a member. 😊
