I would actually give this gym 0 stars because of the owner she isn't very nice and if u have a problem she doesn't want to hear it and the trainer that is there acts like a little 5 year old kid always roller her eyes and giving dirty looks to me my son and my friend all we are doing is just working out.... so I'm done with this gym and it's always nasty the floors in the yoga room is disgusting I don't think they every clean this gym

If I could give it 0 stars I would.. I have been coming to this gym to workout for years.. I have never gone to any gym national or international that has a workout room that you can not workout in. I feel bullied because of my nationality by the personal trainer there. She claims that I have loud music playing while I only do a workout video on YouTube with 3 other members of that gym. She complains if I use the workout room and she is there. She hates sharing the public workout room especially with me because I am not white. I only go here because it is close to where I live but I think it is time to look for a better gym. If you are thinking of going to the gym here.. think twice about it because you won't be able to use the workout room if Ms. Stuckup older personal trainer is there.... just a plain witch... I go to the gym to workout. Not to make friends.

I can go here with my UHC secondary policy and they pay for the gym. I'm actually going as a part of my therapy after my accident. There is a walking pool that I use as well as some equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will show you how to use the equipment correctly. Cheryl keeps the place extremely clean and sanitized. The front section is used a lot for a physical therapy and the back section is like going to a gym for weight lifting. But all of the equipment can be used. I highly recommend Cheryl's place if you want to get in shape or just do therapy. If you are needing Physical Therapy you can just get a doctor's order faxed over there and Cheryl can get you to your optimal level.

The best fitness center in Okeechobee ever.
They had lots of free weights and lots of different excerise machines and lots of tread mills, also a brand new rowing machine that will give you all you want.
The owner is a great fisical therapy trainer. Go to the best place in town and check it out.

They helped my 88 year old dad with physical therapy getting him moving again. I also use the gym as well as dad. We use the weight machines and various cardio machines which has made a tremendous difference in our health and strength. It also has an exercise pool which we haven't made use of yet but plan to in the near future.

Silver Sneakers members who decided to take a chance on a fitness center with older machines. Ms. Know-It-All on the treadmill ruined the visit. I get it! I may not remember how some of the older machines adjust. Don't treat me like a total newbie! I'm sure there are better places in town.

I went there once to join the club. They wouldnt take my Silver and Fit card from my insurance. They take Silver Sneakers. So i never went back.
