I used to think I was “fit” doing CrossFit 6 times a week and lifting heavy. I wasn’t able to do a pull up, my glutes wouldn’t engaged, had back problems, etc. Etc.
It was pretty humbling to discover how I was not training all the supporting muscles that are so important to be strong. I started working out with Stephan and saw a huge change. Doing calisthenics with Stephan took me to the next level. Today, I am able to do 10+ pull ups and push ups, hold a handstand for 30+ seconds and so much more. He really pays attention to form and making sure the right muscles ar engaging. I would recommend Stephan to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.
