Because of Joe and Training 4 Fitness I have been able to bike more and more, get a lot of my balance back and on top of that the pain from my neck and back injuries have greatly improved. 6 years ago when cycling I was hit by a car. Training 4 Fitness has been an amazing piece in getting parts of my life back. And they will 100% push you pass your limits.

Update 12/2024:
It is now a few years later and I highly recommend T4F. I lost 25 lbs in the last 2 years working with the team on better nutrition, proper exercise form for improved balance and mobility,
It has been a wonderful experience and helped me maintain my strength and mobility.
They are extremely knowledgeable in physical therapy, very motivating and always encouraging to improve my overall health.
My special thanks to Joe, Jeff and Dutch for helping and pushing me to reach my goals.

After retiring, I found my weight creeping up and my flexiblity and energy level slipping.
My wife, already a client, recommended that I meet with Jeff at Fitness4Training. Jeff and I decided that “one on one “ 30 minute sessions twice a week would be a good start. Training For Fitness is without question the best personal training gym in this area. All of the trainers are top-notch and go above and beyond to achieve their clients goals. Personal training on another level. I've worked with many trainers over the years and what stands out the most is the level of motivation, knowledge, and genuine commitment my trainer Dutch has towards helping me to reach my goals. My wife got me 5 sessions with Jim. Thought I really didn’t need them, however I was proven wrong. Jim worked on my golf exercises but more importantly showed me workouts that I can use for overall fitness. I signed up for 4 more sessions. I work out alone now but will get a tune up in a few months. He is professional and quite versed in providing exercises for your specific needs. Also, he makes it so much fun. Just do it!

Training 4 Fitness is not your typical gym experience. This is a small personal fitness center where all sessions are one-on-one or small groups scheduled at a time that works for you. At Training 4 Fitness Joe and Jeff create a custom program that meets your needs in an environment that is relaxed, fun, and not intimidating. It doesn’t matter if you are in good shape looking to take it to the next level, just want to drop a few pounds, or if you can barely walk from the parking lot to the front door (not exaggerating). I have been going here for over 15 years and I have seen people of all ages and all fitness levels benefit from working with a personal trainer at Training 4 Fitness.

For me there were always 2 major roadblocks to having a consistent and effective fitness routine: 1.) showing up, and 2.) creating an effective workout. Training 4 Fitness has been the answer to both of these problems.

1. Accountability with a personal trainer is the only thing that keeps me on track. While I always had the best intentions, I was an expert at making excuses to skip the gym each day. But at Training 4 Fitness I know my trainer is there waiting for me at our scheduled time…so I show up no matter how busy or tired I am.

2. Probably the best thing for me is that it is mindless. I just show up and Joe walks me through every minute of my session. I don’t have to think about getting the proper mix of cardio vs strength, covering all of the muscle groups, or whether I’m doing something properly/safely. They do all of that for me and every session is completely different so it is never boring. And maybe even more importantly, I know what we are doing is effective because I can see and feel the results…both my strength and muscle tone have improved greatly.

I highly recommend Training 4 Fitness.

Since my initial orientation with Joe he heard my needs; why I needed a personal trainer and what my goals are.

I have accountability issues when it comes to exercise, hence I realized I needed a trainer that just doesn't let me off the hook easily and doesn't make me do routine workouts.

Workouts are never boring. Joe manages to keep my mind busy and 60 Minutes fly by. He also gives his clients his undivided attention.

I love working out at Training 4 Fitness, It doesn't even smell like a gym.

If you are looking for a personal trainer that actual cares about health/wellness/fitness and their clients. Look no further. I am very lucky to have found them. A hidden gem for sure, and I will hope to continue my personal training adventure with them..

Training with Joe at Training 4 Fitness has made a huge difference in my life………as a senior citizen growing up in an era where exercising was not something that the average woman did as a daily routine. When I first started, over 1 1/2 years ago, working out 3 days a week was a chore that I did not look forward to doing. Now, I see the benefits of exercising. With Joe’s patience, knowledge of personal training and keeping me focused, there has been major improvements in my personal well-being. One significant improvement was to my bone density. I no longer need to take supplements to prevent osteoporosis. Additionally, I have increased strength, endurance and balance which are very important as one ages. I have always focused on my weight. It was always a losing battle. But with Joe’s guidance by having me stay focused on workouts and diet advice, I dropped two dress sizes.

Joe and Jeff take the time to evaluate you and your needs specifically for a personalized program. From your abilities to your diet to your goals they set up a plan that is yours and is achievable. I had not worked out in months and I needed a program that I could do at home with minimum weights. Joe put together a program I could do in 30 to 40 minutes and I really feel like I got to complete core and body workout. Suggest you call these guys before you even start to think about getting back into shape because they know the best way to get you there.
