About the Club

Rates start at $125.00+/month. The Training for Warriors system is a fitness program used by hundreds of thousands of people to build muscle, burn fat, and get fit. TFW was built with the best athletes on the planet, but can be used by anyone.
At Training For Warriors Julington Creek, we define a warrior as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. Our workouts are designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude for you to take on those challenges. We work with the weekend warrior, someone looking to get back into working out, or anyone that is looking to bring out the warrior from within.

TFW is THE gym to achieve your strength, muscle building, and fitness goals. Just show up - the coaches and fellow warriors will help you push through a great workout everyday.

The group fitness classes are too-notch, focusing on building strength while maintaining good form. The metabolic (HIIT) sessions are intense but incredibly rewarding.

The coaches here are outstanding. They’re super motivating and always emphasize proper form, which has helped me avoid injury and see real progress.

A unique perk is the affordable cold plunge (ice bath) subscription, which has been a great addition to my recovery routine.

I can definitely say that TFW has changed my life. Let’s just a say, I’m a puertorican girl who loves her carbs and rum and doesn’t really LOVE exercising. TFW is an amazing place with the most motivating members- truly feels like family! I've fallen in love with the challenge it provides, both mentally and physically. In less than 5 months- I can honestly say I am the strongest I've ever been in my entire life. The classes are small and individualized to meet your fitness level.

I can not say enough about the phenomenal coaches! Each of them hold me accountable, encourage me, and guide me each step of the way. I'm a bit high maintenance when it comes to learning the proper form, but they never make me feel less than.

Tfw is more than a CrossFit gym. It becomes family and all the trainers are amazing. I had intense pain and limited mobility in my hip after my second pregnancy and when I mentioned I couldn’t do certain exercises because of it ( I had even seen a specialist that couldn’t find anything wrong ) Colin stretches it out and gave me certain exercises to do. After a couple of weeks the pain was gone and has been for the most part since then. They are amazing and will get you results but most importantly it will be a gym that you look forward to going to.

Cancel your Bailey's, LA, or 24 hour Fitness plans and come see these guys. If you want results and are ready to put the work in, TFW is the place for you. It's 100% full-on motivation the minute you walk in the door with beast-mode workouts with personal training, coaching, and lots of sweat. Give them a chance. You'll see and feel the difference.

Awesome environment that anyone would feel comfortable working out in. You get cardio and strength building all in one. Different workouts every week so you’re not always doing the same thing. 45 minute classes that go by very fast and help you to stay motivated to come back the next day. I began this gym two years ago weighing 70 lbs more than I am right now. I was pre-diabetic, high blood pressure and headed towards what could have been heart disease.

For many months, I'd been struggling with chronic lower back pain. I was getting chiropractic adjustments, doing rehab, and finally had to get a cortisone shot to put the constant pain at ease for a moment. It was the one thing I was trying to avoid, as I do my best to heal naturally and without meds when I'm hurt. I told myself that I would do it anyways with the intention of going back to a gym after the shot and strengthening my core so I can avoid this pain even after the shot wears off.

I needed guidance, though. I have learned from the many years of doing any kind of exercise on a solo basis wasn't doing the job. Either I wasn't motivated enough to push myself hard enough or I wasn't aware of the bad form I was using or I was just doing exercises that would exacerbate my back and knee issues.

I did a lot of research, as I do, and thankfully found this gem (get it?) Colin got in touch with me and I mentioned my health concerns ad nauseum. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that I could do this program while also preventing future injuries.

The first week was rough. I thought I was still somewhat fit, but was slapped in the face with reality. I was determined at age 39 to get in better shape so that I avoided my back issues in the future. That first month took a lot mentally and physically, but the coaches were there the whole way to help when I had questions or concerns with any particular exercise.

They alternate metabolic and strength training days from Mon-Sat and have several classes each day. The classes are going to involve a lot of body weight training combined with some free weights. You will be active 95-100% of the 45 minute class. They stress, constantly, the importance of using correct form which is an absolute must in keeping your joints protected.

Fast forward nearly 7 months and I'm absolutely sure that I made the right choice here. Owners/Coaches Colin and Adam are exceptionally committed to their community and to your health. They check on you outside of the class and provide helpful tips in whatever you might be struggling with. Part-time Coaches Jillian and Brian are pretty amazing as well. You won't be disappointed with the people here.

My previous constant back pain is gone and I'm feeling stronger every month. I could not recommend this place enough and I look forward to further growth as I continue my journey with TFW.

TFW Julington Creek is a gym that not only gets the cardio workouts in but also incorporates strength training in their programs! Along with that they do a lot for the community with charity workouts, get groups to participate in fitness challenges, and internal challenges with the members to keep things exciting and motivating! The coaches are top notch and care about the people and once you get to know them you will love them. And yes they coach you from day 1 when they get to know you and your goals

TFW is truly amazing! My husband and I have been coming to TFW for a year and a half now and I cannot imagine my life without it. The people here have become family and the coaches as well. TFW welcomes everyone at all fitness levels. The program is great with alternating metabolic days with resistance training. It has a friendly, encouraging, welcoming and competitive atmosphere. I have been involved in sports all of my life and so I love to be involved in group activity. I cannot say enough about the coaches as well. They are motivating, will help you modify if injured, and will push you hard during your workout! If I were you I would come check out a class!

To say that TFW has changed our lives, would be an understatement. About a year ago, my husband and I both began attending the daily classes/training sessions, and immediately loved it. The workouts are tough and effective, but are also modified to cater to all fitness levels. We have both lost weight, gained strength, and made lasting friendships with other members and coaches. I have never been part of such a positive and fun gym environment. I love to come to TFW each day, and I am disappointed on the days when I can't make it there. When I personally started my journey at TFW, I was coming out of a very sad time in my life. I knew that I needed to start valuing and taking care of myself again. These guys helped me do that. In looking back, I see TFW as one of the biggest lights at the end of what was a pretty dark tunnel for me. They helped me change my life for the better. At first I was leery of working out in a group setting....I have never been comfortable with that, but my hesitance was gone immediately at TFW. The coaches are AWESOME and there is a great sense of commrodery within the group classes. I’ve tried many gyms in Jacksonville and I’m extremely lucky to have found this one. TFW’s focus is on nutrition and a change in lifestyle. When working out, they focus on proper form and modifying excercises when needed. I’ve had surgery on my right knee twice and never thought I’d gain the strength and trust in my body to do the excercises I can do now. I love this place! I came to TFW after a few years at another local gym, and could not be happier with my experience here.

5 stars for Training for Warriors... I was referred to TFW from a friend. I’m so glad I listened. I love that I had one week to try for free, and I was surprised from the first workout. All of the students are so supportive of each other. The coaches make you feel right at home. Coach Adam told me with 100% assurance, that I will transform my body. Those words stuck with me. I was going to the gym on my own and wasn't see the results I wanted so I started looking into group classes. I came across TFW through ads and went to see what it was all about. I did a class and was hook right away. The way they make you feel first by introducing you to everyone in the class.
