I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible transformation that Christine Destefano has brought to my life through Pilates classes. I came to her struggling with sciatica, shoulder impingement, and hip bursitis, feeling frustrated and limited in my mobility. From our very first session, it was clear that Christine not only possesses exceptional knowledge of anatomy and movement, but also has a genuine passion for helping others heal. Plus she is really fun to talk too!
Her personalized approach to my needs made all the difference. She took the time to understand my specific challenges and tailored each session accordingly. She guided me through exercises that not only alleviated my pain but also strengthened the areas that needed it most. The combination of targeted movements and her supportive encouragement helped me regain confidence in my body. I am able to play tennis and pickleball again!
I have experienced remarkable improvement in my condition. My sciatica discomfort has disappeared, my shoulder mobility has improved, and I no longer struggle with the pain of hip bursitis. I feel stronger, more flexible, and empowered to maintain my well-being.

What started off as a favor to accompany my niece, and a Groupon deal, has turned into my forever happy place. I can't say enough great things about Transform Pilates. From day one I felt so comfortable and never felt like I was failing. The instructors are all so wonderful. They make sure to learn your name and never forget it. They make sure to teach you each move as the class goes along and they make sure to give modifications for any physical limitations you may have. Around month 3, not only was I obsessed but I was also able to stop going to the chiropractor. My back and sciatica issues are all but gone. I have also noticed a change in my body as well. I'm seeing some muscle definitions coming through and I can't wait to see where I'll be a year in! I've been a member for 5 months now and I'll give up anything but my pilates time. Not only are the instructors amazing, but the environment is welcoming, calming and empowering. At the end of class they remind us to enjoy doing nice things for ourselves and I couldn't agree more. The best hour of my day 💙

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The space is clean, welcoming, and has such a calming, positive vibe. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more balanced. Robin is truly the best — so kind, encouraging, and attentive. She makes everyone feel comfortable and supported no matter their level. Christine is also amazing! I started going to Pilates here last March and I am in love with it. I have never done Pilates ever before and I now do it every day. I’m also in the best shape I’ve ever been in my whole life. Christine and Robin are very welcoming and make my family and I always feel very welcomed. They are also highly skilled instructors and helped me learn moves I would’ve never been able to accomplish myself. I highly recommend this studio to everyone.

I can't recommend this Pilates studio enough! After a rear-end collision left me with herniated discs in my neck and back, I’ve seen such improvement since starting Pilates here. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and customize and modify the exercises to help with my specific needs, which has made a huge difference in my recovery. I’ve noticed a big increase in my energy levels, and the focus on strengthening my abs has really helped support my lower back. I’m feeling stronger, more flexible, and overall much better. If you're recovering from an injury or just want to boost your strength, mobility, and energy, this place is fantastic!

My first Pilates experience at Transform Pilates was exceptional. As someone with hypermobility, my physical therapist recommended Pilates to help strengthen and stabilize my joints. As a regular strength trainer and yoga enthusiast, I was curious to see how Pilates would compare.
From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by Robin's warm greeting and friendly demeanor. She expertly guided us through reformer setup, explaining the function of each spring and thoughtfully arranging the class for optimal learning.
Robin's instruction was clear, detailed, and patient. She provided constant encouragement, personalized corrections, and even offered modifications for participants with injuries, such as bursitis. This inclusive approach was impressive. The class environment was positive and supportive, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the participants.
While I'm accustomed to the intensity of strength training, Pilates offered a completely different yet equally challenging workout. I felt muscles engage in ways I didn't know were possible. The planks were particularly demanding, but Robin's instruction made the exercise enjoyable and effective. Many of the Pilates moves felt familiar from my physical therapy sessions, which I believe will be beneficial for managing my neck and back pain.
The studio itself is tucked away in a quiet part of West Pines with ample parking, making it easy to find. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment. I left feeling challenged yet accomplished, eager to return and continue my Pilates journey. Transform Pilates has set a high standard for my Pilates experience.

Just had my first pilates experience, and it was amazing. It was such a great way to exercise and didn't beat up my joints at all.
I've trained in martial arts for over 30 years, and I can see how this really would have been the ideal compliment to my training. Class atmosphere was very welcoming, I loved the low-level music playlist, and Robin our instructor, was very helpful. She had a structured class planner and was very knowledgeable about what we did and why. If you have any physical limitations, don't let that stop you. She had great modifications to help you still benefit from the exercise and not feel left out. I will definitely tell everyone about this gem of a fitness center.

Update...After one month going 2 times week to transformer Pilates, with Christine ( you are so helpful) I can see my body changing. it's amazing...flat abdomen, thighs losing fat, nice buttock, and my arms , I am not bat flying anymore.

I’ve never done pilates using the reformer machine before, as I’ve only done the floor exercises without the machine. The classes seemed interesting so I decided to finally sign up. It was a very quick and easy process to register and choose which dates to attend the class. The instructors Christine & Robin were so courteous and professional. I felt so at ease during my very first class, it wasn’t intimidating at all, and you can see the instructor cared about each person and their progress. So grateful for this experience and again such wonderful instructors! I highly recommend!

A GEM!!! No matter your fitness level, shape, or size, if you want a solid workout, if you want to feel like a part of a positive community, if you want your instructors to know your name and your fitness needs, if you want to feel supported, then you need Transform Pilates. Don't be afraid. Try it!
I stumbled upon this boutique studio last summer when my yoga studio in Weston closed. Although I couldn't attend yoga regularly because the studio was a 25 minute drive each way, I knew I needed someplace where I could get a good, regular workout.
I have always been intimidated by the look of the reformer and I was terrified of signing up for a class and becoming quickly frustrated, so I stopped in at lunchtime on a weekday and spoke with Jennie, who works at the front desk. She explained to me exactly what to expect from the class (limited to 9 students) and told me how the two owners teach all of the classes. They learn your name immediately, get to know any injuries or limitations that you might have so they can modify exercises as needed, and they always introduce students at the start of class. Jennie assured me that I would become addicted. I liked what I heard and although still a bit afraid, I signed up for my complimentary first class.
I walked into my first class the next day and Jennie was right; I was hooked! It's six months later and I attend three times every week. I am not an athlete. I have tried all sorts of exercise before (step aerobics in the 90s, personal trainers, gym memberships, running, exercise videos, yoga, etc...) and I have never loved any of it. I have never stuck to any of those things consistently for more than 2-3 months. It's not just the Pilates itself, it's Christine and Robin (owner/instructors) and Jennie. They care about their clients and make an effort to make their studio a welcoming community. They are genuinely encouraging, attentive, positive, and very knowledgeable and they make you WANT to disconnect for an hour and work on yourself.
Finding Transform Pilates has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I am stronger and more confident and shockingly, am even thinking about "leveling up" and trying a Pilates/TRX class. I can't believe it!

Best Pilates class ever!!! After two legs surgeries and a very long recovery I barely could moved. Robins classes have made not only walk again normally, but also improve my stamina, strength and toned muscles. Pilates is for anybody and any body and any age!!!!!

I absolutely love the Pilates classes there. Instructors make sure you are using the correct muscles and really work with your body. I dragged my bf along too (he has a herniated disk) and he loves it as well. I try to go every week and they are very flexible and work with your schedule.

There are at left 4 Pilates studios that I've tried within 10 minutes from my home, but I drive 30 min each way to Transform Pilates, because none of them come remotely close to this studio!!! The instructors, the atmosphere, the flexibility, the fun & the fact that everyone is soooo nice, make the drive more than worth it!!!

Why ...because it's more than worth it.
My first time at Pilates and TRX (haven't trained since pre-baby 5 years ago).
A genuine family atmosphere.
Instructors are amazing, Wonderful explanations on how to achieve the best out of each move.
The Instructors are patient and focus on each persons requirements.
The owners/ instructors love their job and this is more than evident as they express it through their amazing teaching.
