At 40 years old, I found myself sitting in a doctor’s office being told that unless I changed my lifestyle, I’d be spending a lot of time at the doctors. The problem was, I didn’t know what to do, or which advice online I could actually trust. It was overwhelming.
That’s when I started searching for a personal training program that could actually work for my life: full-time job, single mom, and in desperate need of accountability. I’m so grateful I found Transform Your Body. From my very first assessment with Nate, I felt empowered and supported, never judged.
What sets TYB apart is that it never feels transactional; you can tell the real reward for them is watching you grow. The program is designed around in-person semi-private or private sessions, which gave me the perfect balance of accountability, coaching, and community. After my assessment Nate paired me with Michael, who has been truly transformative in my life. Week after week, Michael built workouts that were fun, challenging, and tailored to my fitness level so I could keep growing.
What impressed me most is how much thought goes into making the program sustainable. Michael even showed me how to keep moving outside the gym with simple, creative workouts I could do at home with the little equipment I have. I’ll never forget him saying, “All you need is enough space to turn around in, and I can build you a workout”, and he proved it.
It wasn’t just the exercises though, we worked on form, mindset, positive self-talk, nutrition strategies, and how to handle real-life situations like eating out or weekend “slip-ups.” This isn’t just a personal training program. I've been doing personal private training with Michael Brun for the last 4 months. He has excellent knowledge and attitude train, and he has helped me to reach my goals, some of them already have been reached, and we are still working on them. Trent is my go-to trainer! He is the best of the best. I appreciate that he is flexible and listens to his clients when it comes to readjusting the reps/sets/weight/ or type of workout per trainee. He is super comforting and supporting, all while being able to push you past your limits. He recommends healthy, high protein recipes and has great workout routines. Last most important thing, great conversation for when you’re trying to stall to start the next rep. Highly recommend! :)

I will preface this with saying I’m an introvert and not a morning person at all. Emma is my trainer and she is definitely not introverted one tiny bit.
I meet with Emma at 6am for my sessions and I wouldn’t change it for anything. She is organized and intentional with her workout plans. She encourages you every step of the way. She pays attention to your form and corrects you as needed. She takes your personal limitations into account and provides modifications when you need them. But she will not let you slack. I have felt a difference in only 5 sessions with her.
If you are looking for a place to make real changes for your health, I highly recommend Transform Your Body and I strongly encourage my fellow introverts to not be afraid of how bubbly Emma is. There is also a nutritionist on staff (shout out to Sarah) to help with all your nutrition goals- which are tailored to you and are realistic. Taking the first step to get there is the most difficult, but it is so worth it and you won’t have any regrets.

For my 19 year old son's birthday I paid this company $643 for 1 month of 3 days a week of personal training sessions. I had called five other trainers and Transform Your Body was the highest but since it was close to where he lived I felt sure he would make the effort and go to all the sessions. Before his first training session they tricked my son into signing a 6 month contract. He does not have any experience signing contracts so he signed where they told him to sign not knowing any better. Now that the month is over he has moved his residence many miles from this gym so he thanked them and told he them he will not be returning. Upon finding this out they have threatened him by text messages and phone calls saying if he does not honor his contract they will send this to a collection agency thereby ruining his credit. Just the other day he received a letter literally threatening him with additional expense if he does not pay. For example they seek to be reimbursed for all legal expense related to the collection which will substantially increase the amount he owes. They state they will turn his account over to their attorneys for collection proceedings.
This goes beyond being unprofessional. My son is having trouble sleeping at night and is very worried over this. What 19 year old wouldn't be. I have nothing against the trainers, I believe this is coming from the owner

I have been working out at Transform Your Body for almost two months now on and off due to work schedule. I have already seen improvements both physically and mentally. The circuit workout keeps me engaged so workouts don't feel like a chore. Nigel has been great in helping me make sure my form is correct when doing exercises (an important thing for me when working out). Definitely recommend this gym! I have been a member of countless gyms over the span of my life and have never been able to commit long enough to see results due to lack of guidance and/or motivation. But the training here has me excited to come back everyday! I originally started going 3 times a week, but loved it so much I changed to 5 times a week.
The combination of nutrition, body scans, and personal training has already shown results within the first month of training.
I recommend Emma as a trainer, she pushes me past where I think my limits are and helps me unlock new levels of strength, while also modifying when something doesn’t feel right for me. She goes above and beyond and feels like a friend. She even made me a personal workout plan because I wanted to continue working out on vacation but was staying in a place without weights.
I definitely recommend this gym whether you are into fitness or want to learn to love it and make it a part of your routine. I love the energy and the healthy atmosphere that this Gym has, rather than pushing me to crazy extremes that are not maintainable, they are helping me to build the foundations of a healthy lifestyle that I can sustain throughout my life.
My only complaint is that I wish it was closer to home, so I could sleep in a little longer 😅

I found Transform Your Body online and went in for a visit. Bobbie, the manager at the time, gave me a very warm welcome and answered all of my questions. I was nervous at first, this being my first time working one on one with a personal trainer, but she put my mind at ease. From then, I was excited to begin working out and so I signed up. Emma is the trainer I was assigned and we’ve been working together for almost 5 months. I thoroughly enjoy working with her and I’ve seen positive changes in my body which makes me happy. This place is a SCAM. BEWARE of their tactics they use to lock you in. They are desperate and the “trainers” are incompetent. I don’t even believe these 5 star reviews because my experience has been anything, but that! If I could rate them zero, I would. Worst experience and poor excuse of a gym. The gym is way too small and they’ll try to sell you on that pathetic body scanner that newer gyms now have. The same body scanner several women in their gym have been displeased with when they evaluate their weight and physique every month. I warn you, stay away.

Trenton is my personal trainer and he helps me go the extra mile and train with moderations due to some prior body injuries. I recommend him as a trainer and I also enjoy that they try to work with your schedule. They also allow for me to bring my young daughter as she waits for me on the sidelines. Words can't express how thankful I'm with the team of Transform your Body, especially with my trainer Trent.
I'm currently in the Army and was in Florida for about one and a half months due to a family emergency. I contacted the office and explained that I was in serious need of a trainer that could help me pass the Army six-event physical training in mid-April. They link me with Trent and explained that he was a previous Marine and that he would be the best for my situation.
Trent took the time to listen to my situation and familiarized with the fitness test. I explained that I was struggling with 3 of the events. I was a bit worried that 5 weeks was not going to be enough but he said he could make it happen.
I do have to say Trent does not joke when he trains, he would push you to the limits but always keeping in mind your health and safety. He always encouraged me and never doubted that I could do the training. If I struggled with the amount of pounds, he would wait until I turned and switched it to a lighter weight. I always told him "thank you for your kindness" because I knew what would come next.
There were two days that I could only accommodate 30 minutes of workout, Trent immediately adjusted the training to meet the goal and time. And to be honest those 30 minutes were more intense than the hour training lol but they were my favorites (don't tell him I said that).
I took my test on 14 April and PASSED it with flying colors. What caught me by surprise was that not only I passed but I was able to run 1 minute faster and drag 90 lbs. 40 seconds faster. Furthermore, I NEVER ran during those 5 weeks, meaning that Trent's workout was sufficient to increase my cardio endurance, muscle strength and resistance.
I bragged all day that it took only 5 weeks with a Marine to pass a test that I wasn't able to pass with the Army lol.
On a serious note: passing this fitness test was crucial for my career because if I weren't able to pass it would've been considered "flagged" which means my record would be market and I wouldn't be able to leave my current duty station (which is scheduled for 26 May) until I passed it.
Thank you so much Trent for believing in me, training me without mercy, and for helping this soldier return to her daughters next month.

I came to TYB because I had open heart surgery. Due to body inactivity I lost my muscle strength and endurance. I started my training with Trenton and he made sure to build me up and at the same time was careful that I would stay injury free while getting healthy and staying mentally positive over my first 4 months. Over the last month 1/2 I have been with Patricia and she has mixed in super sets which has imroved my endurance as well as keeping my ovwrall strength on a stready up tick. I started pushing around 5 lbs kid dumbbells and now can handle 35 lbs ones on certain sets. I also have gone from 1,000 steps to 12000 steps of walking everyday. TYB has been a life saving experience for me. Knowing that to change phsically let alone mentally one can not do it alone. TYB is a team that has your back where you are never alone. Will and Bonnie Lynn even though they are not my regular trainers are ready to jump in at a moments notice and are there to greet me with smiles and encouraging thoughts every day. I used to feel intimidated by weights in the gym but my confidence in the gym has been able to soar here! My trainer Patricia is awesome and encouraging and very knowledgeable you can tell she truly wants the best for us and is there to support us and keep us on track. I’ve been working with Trenton one on one at Transform Your Body for over a year now. Trenton always works with me to make sure my workout is effective as well as safe. He pushes me to put in all of the effort I can to complete every workout. He definitely holds me accountable. On the flip side, he always helps me make adjustments to my form, if necessary, to help avoid injuries during the workout. I have injured myself, outside of the gym, and Trenton has always been quick to accommodate so that I can still get in a good workout while at the same time rest the injured part of my body. Finding the motivation to work out is tough for me but I am a month in and I am still excited to make my sessions! I’m seeing progress and increased strength and endurance already! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the trainers are all super nice. I enjoy learning new workouts and being pushed to keep going even when I don’t feel like I can. But!! it’s also not the opposite where they push you even when you’re at your limit.

This place is amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful to have kicked off my wellness journey here. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable, it is easy to feel comfortable (as someone who literally never worked out a day in her life and was scared to make a fool of herself, they never made me feel embarrassed) and confident that they know what they are doing. I have been going for 6 months and have not only lost weight and gone down several inches, but I feel so much stronger. Exercise doesn’t feel like a chore anymore, now it’s just part of my day to day which is not something I thought would ever happen for me. From Bobbie in the front, to all the trainers (mine is Caroline, and she is wonderful) it’s just a chill environment that welcomes all skill levels and everyone is great to work with. The trainers are very friendly and professional. I’ve been doing training with Will for the past 3 months and he seems to know my limits better than I do. When I communicate with him it feels as if I’m talking with one of my friends, but that doesn’t stop him from pushing me to do my best in his intense and effective workouts. I have been attending Transform Your Body for about 4-months now.
At first, you are asked what you want from your experience. In my case I wanted to lose weight, and they reassured me that they can certainly help me with that. From there, you are given a choice between semi-private ($50/session) and private sessions ($60/session) with a trainer. They gave me the option to choose my trainer or they would put me in a class and reassured me that no matter who's class I ended up in I would be taken care of. I was put in Caroline's class since all i wanted was to start losing weight and didn't really care who's class it would be at first.
My first session was personally super intense since I'm a pretty big guy who hadn't really done any hard workouts since college. However, Caroline was super understanding of my limits and past injuries that made certain workouts tough or painful and would tailor different workouts that even I can do. Would absolutely recommend Caroline as your trainer if you are thinking about joining.
After my first session, I met with the nutritionist Patricia. She is super nice and understanding of whatever dietary restriction you might have. She set me up on the My Fitness Pal app and gave me a calorie goal, protein, carbs, sugars, the whole package goals to hit for every week and a sheet to fill out to track. Personally, I don't find myself interacting with her all that much (maybe because I'm making steady progress or just doing what I should). I also don't go out of my way to consult with her since I haven't really had any problems with anything either.
One thing to note from what I learned during the short time I've been attending this gym: They guarantee results on the condition that you put in the work and make an actual effort to establish your goals. Don't go in thinking that these people will solve all your problems for you. They give you all the tools to succeed and if you don't correctly use those tools, nothing will come out of it. So, if you got commitment issues or don't follow their advice, then this definitely isn't the place for you. There's also the expectation you do some sort of cardio on days you're not there. I personally walk in the mornings I don't go for my sessions.
In my first 2 weeks, I was already down 10+ pounds, which was huge for me so what they're doing definitely works. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHOS SERIOUS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT AND BEING HEALTHIER.

The staff at this facility are really amazing and professional people. When I need to communicate with my personal trainer or any of the staff they’re always willing to assist anyone. I can definitely say I finally found a gym where I feel comfortable with the people I workout with as everyone is there for one goal and to support each other. And best of all we get to have fun while doing so. I must definitely say though, they do give you the tools you need to reach your goals, however, you do have to do your part in utilizing those tools to better reach your goals. The food logging did help me to better watch what I was eating and lose the weight. The things I was eating before, I was shocked at how much calories, fat, sugar and whatnot was in my food and I loveeeee me some sugar but quickly learned I needed to watch that intake if I want to lose the weight. So I would definitely recommend this place! It’s not only to transform your body but your life too because god knows I really need it to get back on track so I can get back to feeling normal and doing the things I enjoy leisurely.

I’ve been going here for 3 months now, and can confidently say I’m at the strongest I’ve ever been in my life (I just did my first REAL push-up!). I’ve been doing the group exercise option with Patricia. Patricia seems to know my limits better than myself and has done a great job pushing me. She also has been helping me adjust my form to make sure I’m feeling the correct muscles being worked. I like seeing my body fat % drop every month with the body scanner!
I have only ever done workouts using a chain Gym’s machines before. Now I am confident using free weights and this knowledge will always stick with me. Since I began my training at Transform Your Body I can say confidently that this is the strongest I've felt both mentally and physically in my entire life. My overall mindset and perception of health has completely shifted in these past few months. I came in knowing next to nothing about lifting weights and am now constantly setting new strength goals and hitting PRs! I can't thank Jordan enough; she is an amazing trainer and makes every workout new and enjoyable. I've had the opportunity to train 1:1 with Brian last year and now doing a group setting with Will and can say that no matter which option you choose you're not going to go wrong. It doesn't matter what your fitness level or experience is, they're going to get you where you want to be and get out what you put in. When I first started I had 0 clue what I was doing and could barely make it through the first day and fast forward 9 months later Brian had me killing workouts. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Transform Your Body. I joined this gym with a goal to gain lean muscle, and the outcome has been far better than expected. By the end of my first day I had a detailed physical evaluation, and the team had worked with me to set my goals, design a diet plan, and set up an effective schedule. I have been coming here for 9 months and I absolutely love it! All the trainers are very nice especially my trainer Patricia who really has my best interest at heart. She knows what my body can handle and is very patient with me when I need to take a break during my sessions. Working out with Jordan by myself these past few weeks has been absolutely amazing for me. This was exactly what I needed with our move and what’s been going on in my life. She has been so flexible and understanding with us throughout the entire process, and she accommodates me, knowing that I am coming to workout right from work (and I work in the field). She has really been helping me with my personal fitness and nutrition goals, and I have reached multiple PR these past few weeks. I am feeling stronger than ever and she has been working on mending my relationship with food. She is so incredibly understanding and relatable, and has always been easy to talk to and listens to all my frustrations throughout the journey. Even when I am upset and ranting and struggling. She is encouraging and always willing to chat over text when I need her. It's been a rough year so far, but not when it comes to TYB, and Jordan’s compassion, empathy, and understanding when it comes to our scheduling. I had been feeling frustrated with working out pre CO-VID, and these sessions with her have renewed my passion and excitement about fitness. I feel like the schedule I have now is setting my up to continue working out three days a week after work, and I am finally starting to feel more positive about fitness and my body.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to try out a semi-private session at Transform Your Body and I loved every interval the HIIT style cardio and strengthening class. The facility and its layout isn’t overly complicated and is well put together with space to hold a private lesson while also operating the semi-private class. Brian the owner, spoke with me as I entered and he was so kind and personable with a huge smile on his face which in turn had his everyone in the room smiling. A welcome like that really sparks the energy in a workout. Patricia, our trainer/coach/instructor was energetic, funny and picked a routine that was not only challenging but also fun and the music was great as well. She also made it a point to remind everyone throughout the class of the lower impact modifications that could be used on all of the exercises. Everyone in the class although determined and sweating, smiled and congratulated one another along the way, and it was extremely encouraging. The entire space was very inviting, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get that personal touch with a team building spirit.

I cannot express how dedicated and encouraging the team at Transform Your Body is. From the instructions during lessons/classes to the meal plans throughout your hectic weeks, Brian and his team are with you every step of the way.
I've been training with Patricia for 3 weeks and the improvement in my physical health, and mental health as well, has been immeasurable.
They give you the ability to take what you've learned outside of the gym and apply it to your everyday life, making your results never ending.

Excellent Facility! Transform Your Body is exceptional and offers the greatest support and motivation throughout your fitness journey. I have been a client for three months already and still remain a loyal client.They work as a team and make you feel super comfortable , offer a variety of classes and personal training ! Love this gym! I've been doing personal training for 2 months and am already seeing results! The staff is super friendly and knowledable and care about your goals and expectations for your body. The gym is nice and clean and has all the workout equipment you need! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Love the Battle Fit and booty camp classes. Adds a great variety to my workouts. The trainers are very motivating and great! Highly recommend this gym. Workouts are always different which keeps you going back for more!

I did the battle fit class and it kicked my butt...to say the least.
Very cool and modern facility. The trainers are incredibly nice and really care about the customers. Would recommend to anyone from new comers trying to get in shape, to experienced gym goers looking for a new/intense work out!
