I started Pilates during the pandemic after my husband's spinal surgeon recommended it as a great segue back to exercise after a major neck surgery. Little did I know that my encouragement for him would introduce me to the first and only exercise I have ever truly loved. Before Transition Pilates I despised exercise of any kind. Being naturally thin, I didn't feel the need but I was also reaching my 40's and I was beginning to feel sluggish and unhealthy. After our first private lesson with Rachel, the owner, I was instantly hooked. Not only on Pilates but with Rachel's enthusiasm for her craft. I have now been working with Rachel 3 times a week, for over a year and I am still just as excited to attend her classes as the day I began. I feel younger and leaner and mentally stronger than I have ever felt in my life. My posture has improved immensely and I have to say my butt looks like I'm 20 again!! For anyone considering Pilates, I would HIGHLY recommend this studio and if possible, book your class or a private session with Rachel and you thank me later.

Rachel is the BEST trainer out there! She targets your goals and pushes you to your potential. Her other instructors are amazing as well! The studio is always clean, inviting, and she’s always ready to push us. I will never go to a different Pilates studio! Results are real and the difference in my body has changed my lifestyle. Best studio out there!

Best place for pilates in Miami! I’ve tried other places and honestly no one compares to how good the training is here. I have been taking private sessions with Rachel for about a year now and I found that she truly cares about each and every one of her clients. She always makes sure i’m healthy inside and out throughout the session. She is truly motivating & pushes me to become stronger. Her classes are tough but I really have noticed a difference within myself.

Transition Pilates is an amazing studio with a great atmosphere. Rachel is very well versed in Pilates and is always very attentive to detail and form while we’re on the reformer. I love this place and Rachel is an excellent instructor. I recommended Transition Pilates !!

I’ve been privately training with Rachel (the owner) for more than a year and a half now, starting when I was 4 months pregnant with my daughter. Rachel trained me through my entire pregnancy and helped me get back into shape starting 6 weeks after my daughter was born. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and I owe it all to Rachel. She’s extremely knowledgeable - especially about prenatal and postpartum training - and fun.

Transition Pilates is the place to be! The studio is gorgeous and well kept, and provides an excellent workout. I’ve known Rachel for almost three years now and she has changed my life. Unfortunately I’ve moved away form miami, but when I’m in town i always sign up for a session. Not only is she an amazing teacher, she’s become an amazing friend. I have never felt stronger and more confident in myself. Ever since she has known me, I’ve had a handful of injuries which she always ensures me I can still move safely while avoiding any hurt or worse injuries. Recently during covid, I’ve had cervical spine issues. Not only has she transformed my body through quarantine, she has made my core and my spine so much stronger and my pain levels are much better. I could not recommend her enough to anyone in the area. She’s amazing and incredibly knowledgeable and talented. She is the studio for you!

The great thing about Transition Pilates is the diversity of classes and everything they offer. I decided to start my Pilates journey 6 months pregnant with twins!! Yes, that’s what I said, and it was the best decision ever! Hands down Rachel is the reason I had such a great third trimester and delivery. Her one on one attention to what you need is amazing. The exercises were difficult and pushed me outside my limits to ensure proper mobility, flexibility, and recovery afterwards. I never knew prenatal Pilates could have such a positive impact on me but it sure did! I can’t wait to start up again for post natal sessions!

I love Transition Pilates! All the workouts are intense and leave you feeling great! All of the instructors are well versed and care deeply about all of our needs. Rachel’s focus on the right technique and the personal attention she gives each client, has allowed me to grow in my pilates practice as well as transform my body. Transition Pilates is the best pilates gym I have been too. The space is very intimate, new equipment, clean and always has a great vibe to it. Rachel is excellent! She is very attentive to detail and makes sure everyone gets the attention they need. Every work out is a great workout! And trust me you will be sore, don't underestimate pilates... at least not Transition Pilates. :)

I started Pilates with Rachel, the owner, about three months ago and I’ve never looked back. I’ve noticed major improvements in my balance, flexibility, and overall body appearance. Transition Pilates is simply amazing and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Every class is basically a one-on-one Pilates class. Rachel is amazing. She pushes you to be better and stronger makes each class different and challenging in the best way possible. If you’re debating starting Pilates with Rachel, do it.
