I’m updating my previous review after this horrible experience at Tremble. I arrived at the studio this morning right at 9:30—the exact class start time—after making sure to get there on time. However, the receptionist, who was distracted on the phone with another customer, completely ignored me and gave away my reserved spot right in front of me. I wasn’t late, not even by a minute. I was physically there, ready to check in, and yet my spot was handed to someone else without even acknowledging me.

The receptionist did apologize for the inconvenience, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I wasted my time and effort to be there, only to be brushed off because of poor management and lack of attention to the clients. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Tremble seriously needs to improve how they handle reservations and customer interactions at front desk.

I have been going to this studio for about 2 months and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Rebecca’s class she’s great and always makes the classes fun and super challenging.

I took Val’s class back in February.
I was sore in the best way for DAYS.
Great vibes, music, intensity, clear easy to understand instructions…can’t wait to go back.
I’m sure others have said it, but I was actually “trembling”…😆😆😆

I’ve been going to tremble for 1 1/2 and I absolutely love it. I recently switched from another studio to the Pinecrest one. The parking is easy, the studio is beautiful, and so aesthetically pleasing. They always have cute grip socks and clothes to do a little shopping. I highly recommend Casey and Amber, they have the best playlist and class set!

Review NOT for the class but the location itself. While I do not support arriving late a pbit of flexibility is sometimes needed as traffic in Miami can be hectic. I have given this location 2 chances, the first I understood as I was 10 minutes late & they have a “strict 10 minute policy”. This time I showed up at 7:32 for a 7:30 class & once again I was not allowed in because “as a first timer we cannot even be a minute late”…. As a mom of a newborn whos trying to get back into her fitness this is rather frustrating SPECIALLY when there were 2 people in the class…. The girl in the front refuses work with you or help in any way.. she couldnt offer a different class or provide a refund.
If youre a person who cannot be exactly on time or earlier this place is NOT for you!

10/10 would highly recommend! As someone who usually sees working out as a chore, Tremble has completely transformed my outlook. I genuinely look forward to classes now, thanks to the incredible instructors (shout-out to Amber and Katie!), great music, and state-of-the-art machines. The energy is contagious, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and more motivated.

What a great experience. I had been missing pilates for a while now and am so happy that tremble Pinecrest opened. Perfect location. Just as expected I was sweating from the moment class began. Intense workout and the best part aside from the workout of course is that you don’t get hurt. Definitely making this a part of my workout schedule. Thank you Val for all the guidance!

First time trying a Tremble class and using a reformer. I am hooked! The ambience is so refreshing compared to other workout classes I have done. The whole experience felt so lux! The instructor, Amber, was fantastic and even took the time to breakdown how to use the reformer beforehand. I am a lifetime member but buy the packages at Tremble for 1-2x a week. South Miami location is always booked and I’m so happy they opened Pinecrest!! They’re going to thrive here. This is a phenomenal workout for all levels. Teachers cater to their audience levels. Great for runner, walkers, lifters etc.

Did my first Tremble class yesterday with Rebeca it was tough not going to lie but also amazing. I have RA and mentioned it to her and she made sure that I was doing everything correctly.
I felt great also big plus the studio is immaculate and the reformers are top of the line much nicer than in any other Pilates studio that I ever tried.
If you’re looking for a great full body workout Tremble Pincrest is definitely the place.

This studio opened a few weeks ago, and it is absolutely stunning! Always clean, organized, smells nice, staff is so friendly!

I've taken classes with Valeria and she is an amazing instructor! Whenever anyone needs assistance, she is right there to help. I look forward to continuing my pilates journey at this studio :)
