Very Knowledgeable, small group class. Instructor is great and checks each person's form and provides alternate exercises for alignments so that you won't hurt yourself. 100% recommend

I attended a mommy and me Pilates class and it was the best experience! Ashton and Madison are so welcoming and their energy radiates through the entire class. Such a great Mommy & Me Pilates class! My 2.5-year-old loved socializing with other kids while I got a fun, solid workout. Ashton is an amazing instructor, she gives clear guidance, is encouraging, graceful, and makes the class interactive and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I visited the studio for the first time to attend Happy Hour Yoga. The studio is super cute and well decorated. They have a ton of equipment and supplies that are free to use, which is wonderful. I've seen studios renting matts and other accessories lately, so I appreciate the complimentary accessories. The class was more advanced than I prepared for, but the instructor was excellent and offered modifications. I'm attending a mobility class this week and excited to try it out. My only negative is the lack of class availability. I'd love a gentle flow class and more offerings to attend during the week at different times.

I had my first barre class at this studio with Maddie, and she was AMAZING! There's a great down to earth vibe at her studio. It was easy to locate too. And She had all the equipment I needed, including a cool down towel.
I really appreciate how she ensured my posture and body engagement was in the right places so I could get the most from my workout and avoid injury.
This is by far one of the best experiences I've had
I will definitely be back and look forward to trying other classes.

I have been absolutely loving the variety of classes at Trimethod. I get bored easily and I love that every class is different from the last.
The movements in the circuit classes are targeted and effective. I notice more change in my body composition (in less stress on my body) than back when I was working out at a traditional CrossFit gym.
I enjoy the happy hour yoga class as well. And the owner Madison even created a custom class for the kids of our homeschool co-op which they loved!
The space is thoughtfully designed and I like the smaller class sizes and the coaches! Definitely recommend.

I just joined 2 months ago and am loving it! I started off with a few classes to try it out but quickly upgraded to unlimited sessions bc I now go every morning. Madison runs this cute studio and offers Pilates, barre, diff types of yoga, mobility and my favorite - a HIIT type circuit training class.
She is upbeat with an infectious exuberance which makes the classes so much fun!.. and I've heard good things from the others abt the yoga teachers too. The women who come here are of all ages, outgoing and enthusiastic - which makes for a really enjoyable experience!

Just bumped up my membership to unlimited. After going twice a week for 3 months I’ve already seen changes in my physique, energy level, and stress reduction. I look forward to gym time with people who have become a little supportive community. Madison keeps the workouts fresh, never boring! I have to admit that I have never loved working out before, but all that changed when I joined Trimethod Wellness. Coach Madison will make you love working out, her energy and fun demeanor makes the session so enjoyable and go by so fast. Equally impressive is her vast knowledge of different exercises, I always leave feeling like every body part has been fully exhausted yet still energized and happy. Just what my life was missing! I struggled for months as a beginner, trying to maneuver average “gym” culture (without a single clue how to properly exercise at all) which kept me on the treadmill, no one daring to make the slightest of eye contact, or potentially injuring myself in attempts of using the intimidating machines. I don’t thrive in a solitary environment. I found community and so much more at TriMethod Wellness. Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training - this studio provides it all. Open the door and be instantly welcomed and captivated by the inviting atmosphere and serene aesthetic with hues of sea and sky blue. Coach Madison is a true gem. A blessing, if you will. She keeps you motivated while working muscles I didn’t even know I had! Yogi Stacy is phenomenal. I truly felt the energy in the room shift during her yoga class. It’s utterly transformative. The classes here don’t feel like your traditional dreaded workout. I am so surprised when our time ends, like, “it’s ALREADY been an hour!?” vs checking my Fitbit and seeing “oh my gosh, it’s ONLY been 15 minutes” where I was previously. I look forward to booking each and every class via the super easy-to-use app. If you’re like me and are seeking an interactively fun, sustainable way to move your body and become a stronger, healthier you - or you’ve even been slightly interested in Barre or Pilates, schedule an orientation with Madison. It just might be the best decision you’ll make this year.

update: So it's a year after starting my workouts at Trimethod, and with the help of Madison and the variety of small group classes she instructs, I have lost a good deal of weight and improved my overall health. The pain relief in my shoulder (after sticking with the mobility class) is amazing!!! Thank you Madison.

It’s so exciting to have a place like TriMethod in Tavares! Madison is so knowledgeable and her workouts check all the boxes. I do group class as well as personal training with her! I get so much out of both! Madison pays close attention to help you with proper form.
At one point I was dealing with a back problem, but she took the time modify exercises to specifically meet my needs, while continuing to insure I got the most out of each and every exercise! Her energy and smile is so inviting! You’ll just love her!!!

I tell you I feel so much stronger in body and mind than I ever have in my entire life. I’m in my late 50s. I have been to other gyms, but have never felt I was reaching my goals, my potential self. Madison definitely has taught and showed me how to isolate muscle groups to tone and strengthen my body! Even in a group setting she has a way of helping each individual person because Each of us are different ..different body types, different ages, and different limitation, and she helps each of us which is rare. I have come to believe her goal is for each of us to find the best of ourselves. Oh, yeah, did I mention it’s fun! Look forward to going to each class! Trimethod is my place to go!

What can I say … I started very over weight with bad knees and not able to do a lot I couldn’t even do stair steps I was so weak.Madison pushed me ( but with in my limits)and now a year later I’m down 60 pounds and I am able to do so much .. and yes I can do the stair steps with no problem now. I highly recommend.
