I began Pilates with a Tina at Tru Pilates 2 1/2 years ago at the age of 61, I had never done any type of exercise or sport my entire life and I really couldn’t imagine ever liking exercise, I went there because I thought I should ..I wanted to be able to play with my grandchildren with ease .....well here I am at 63, I feel better and stronger physically than I ever thought possible..and what was once a chore is something I look forward too and actually enjoy. I do have arthritis in my knee and during our sessions if it hurts Tina can always guide me to a different position in which I can continue without pain....
Tina is extremely knowledgeable...tuff but fair ...thank you Tina !!!

I've been doing pilates with Tina since January 2008. My experience doing pilates, prior to an injury, allowes me to maintain range of motion and flexibility. Pilates has not only been the best physical therapy but the best investment for my health! Tina is knowledgeable in her field and professional.
