What a great place. Cornell is a pro who gets you on track and coaches you to your goals. He’s very good at what he does and knows his stuff. He’s also a really great guy, and I look forward to hitting the gym.

Having Cornel as my Personal Trainet was a great decision. I lost 14 pounds in 8 weeks. Cornel explains the funcionality of each exercise and how it affects each area of the body. His educational and training format is Elite Level Training. Cornel assigns homework when you are home and that homework training is applied at the gym to see if you actually did it. He runs you through a series of a circuit of training that makes you uncomfortable in order to confuse the body to yield the results needed.

The Trainer was excellent, gets the best out of you. He will make sure that we cover all the workouts for the whole body each week. Makes the boring workouts more fun by introducing new workouts biweekly. Better than many big chains of fitness where you are just a customer. Worth investing your time and money.

Cornell is professional and knowledgeable. The studio is always clean. He keeps you motivated and looking forward to every workout. The sessions are diverse and challenging. I enjoyed every training session- he made them fun. I would recommend Tru U Fitness to anyone interested in learning how to properly exercise and understand how to combine the right amount of weights and cardio to build muscle, endurance, stay healthy and in good shape.

You have to check this place out, absolutely amazing! Cornell and Nicole are awesome, one on one personal training for an affordable price in addition to small group.
I’ve been through several common workout places in this area and paid a lot where it was difficult to get the attention I needed to improve MY body, just run of the mill money making businesses, but this place is no joke.
If you’re serious about working out, they develop the program for you & just do what they ask, simple! Very compassionate trainers who give meal/diet plans that are realistic and attainable, just can’t beat the price here, it’s the real deal!
