My wife and I have been with Wendy for more than a decade. She’s an amazing trainer and Pilates instructor. Even in group classes she individualizes for each student. We travel 45 minutes to get to each class, and though there are many studios closer, we don’t ever plan to leave True Balance.

Excellent,Wendy,the best teacher,I been taking pilates,reformer classes since 2010 ,due to a car accident,and Wendy its the best in town ,really cares for the person ,and correct all postures.

Great place to unload your stress and exit feeling lighter, stronger, and rejuvenated. Wendy is the greatest! Started as a Groupon but now i'm a fixture! I'd recommend to any and all!
