I paused my membership for the month because I am traveling most of July and I didnβt realize how addicted I am to Tummo workouts! I could barely run b4 this, the after burn isn't as bad with this it was actually a better feeling burn than the normal burn of lifting weights or doing athletic activities
Now that I added the add on.. the cold plunge/sauna package there's no burn after working out

Okay I had to wait a little while to post so that I would have some experience. It's been 6 weeks and my back pain has improved over 80%. I'm feeling stronger. My life is CRAZY as a mom of 2, wife, homemaker and working 40+ hours a week. Needless to say, I donβt have much time for myself, let alone time to exercise, and it has led to more weight gain then I would like to admit. But then I found Tummo! Just a 20 minute workout weekly and Iβm already seeing changes in my clothes and on the scale! There are days when itβs a struggle to get through the door, but once Iβm there,Joe pushes me through. Where do I start? First, I will say that you may feel a little silly getting strapped up to the machine, but Joe makes you feel very comfortable and pumps you up! Then when you start getting into the workout, he guides you every step of the way. He gives great cues when youβre doing the movements so you know your form is spot on. Then thereβs the actual EMS machine. That little guy will give you ONE HECK OF A WORKOUT. I just had a baby four months ago and this is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered. After the first workout, I felt absolutely amazing. Even when the soreness set in days following the workout, I still felt strong and freaking proud of myself for doing it. You will LOVE EMS! 20 minutes of workout out? Yes, please!

I have a great experience with Tummo Studios - Tampa.
1. Before the session: The coach was very knowledgeable about the system, friendly and respectful.
2. He explained the exercises very well and he cares and coaches your posture and range of motion which is very important for the success of the session.
2. Post session. In my first session after 2 days My gluteus were absolutely sore like I made 2000 bridges ). For some reason I was feeling so inside the muscle it was another kind of pain π. I cannot describe it but it feels amazing! . Iβm signing for a month an looking forward to see the results. I absolutely recommend to try it.

One of the most intense sessions I've ever experienced, at least after the fact! The workout itself was really cool, i could tell we were engaging so much muscle at one time, but it wasn't overwhelming. The DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) was no joke! My whole posterior chain was sore for four days and i definitely feel like i have a new sense of engagement and awareness for those muscles after just one session.
Can't wait to do this again!!
