I can't rate this place it's on a military base and I was only in the military for a year.
The receptionist was kind and thoughtful explaining how I could enter if I showed my military credentials.
So let's be fair and give them 5 stars for professionalism!!

Newer facility at the Base of the Future. Lots of options for free standing weights and machines. Classes offered 5 days a week with a combination of boot camp, Pilates, yoga, Zumba and Spin classes. 2-3 multi purpose rooms with TRX and rowers and plenty of other machines. Would recommend.

I'm a regular user, so long as covid isn't interfering. John, Phil, Morgan, & Rylee are great at staffing. Keep in mind it's a military facility and not commercial, tailor expectations accordingly (not 24 hrs w/o cac & they close for official military functions, etc.,)

Donβt think about going to any other gym in town if you have base access! Lots of equipment that is checked, maintained, and cleaned by the staff daily. Basketball and volleyball court, exercise classes and rooms with equipment like TRX upstairs.

The base track at Tyndall AFB was reconstructed only a few years ago so everything is in great shape. They have a very nice outside covering next to the track that has CrossFit style equipment and a plethora of rubber weights.
