Terrible service. They charge double, don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and never respond. I’ve been waiting for months for a refund for an incorrect charge and they still haven’t resolved anything.
I’ve sent messages, emails, and called, and they always say the same thing but nothing ever gets fixed.

The entire facility is magnificent, Luke the general manager has the place and staff in perfect shape with all the weights racked, clean and impeccable. My main reason for giving this gym a low rating is cleanliness. There is so much dust around the facilities that is caked on 90% of the machines.

Particularly men's locker room is a war zone. There's no soap in the bathrooms. The entire perimeter of the base boards is dust and hair.

Please invest in a cleaning crew that can upkeep the facilities.

I have been trying to cancel my month-to-month membership for two weeks now. They told me to send an email to Ana Rivera to cancel my membership. I sent an email she never responded. I asked for confirmation. She never responded and I asked for confirmation again she never responded. I called every day for the last four days and they’ve been telling me that she’s gonna be in the office tomorrow. She’s gonna be tomorrow and tomorrow. this is not OK I should be able to cancel my membership with a click of a button but no I sent emails, I called them and I still cannot cancel my membership or get a confirmation. I would have never signed up to this UFC if I knew this was gonna be the case this gives me scammer vibes and it is not OK. Not only that a coach there scheduled two sessions with me without my approval and even though he knew I wasn’t gonna make it he scheduled it as if I approved it. I had to call and cancel that and put my time and effort to cancel that session as well. Do not join to this gym.

Great location and equipment, however I was a member for a little less than a month and signed up for one on one classes. I started with one coach for a few sessions then all of the sudden the coach disappeared. No one contacted me at all to let me know about the situation. I had to find out on my own when I went to the gym. I never received the classes I had left, a refund nor anything. I went to the gym many times to try to resolve the problem but the manager was never present. I reached out to him via email as well, no answer. Until today, a month later. I have been a member of your Doral UFC FIT for over two years and I wanted to share with you my personal experience as a member. When I first joined, my family, and I were so excited to be part of this growing community. The gym was amazing and the staff organized and helpful.

1) Unfortunately, with some minor staff exceptions, I can tell you how disappointed I am with your current management team. The gym is filthy, the materials used for construction and finishes are slowly deteriorating and literally coming off the walls. Light fixtures have not been replaced and the parking materials used are coming off the parking lot ground. Because of the lack of supervision by your team, machines are in need of repair and others are in bad shape. Too many threadmills and stationary bikes that are not being used, instead of more weights and other weight lifting equipment.

2) The staff mainly stays in the front desk or hiding in the back room instead of walking around ensuring members are adhering to gym rules and decorum. Weights are left all over the place and when one is trying to work-out, you are faced with members who are more interested in being on their phones or video taping themselves instead of completing their sets which in turn makes it difficult for others to gain access to machines or sets of weight. There were many times when I was training with one of your coaches and we could not access machines because of arrogant and self entitled members who would take over various machines at a time and not allow anyone else to work in between sets. I know of one incident of a coach who ended up in an argument with a member who refused to allow her to use a machine while she was training another paid member.

3) Constant pressure is placed on your members to sign up for private sessions. This gym has lost talent and will continue to lose more talent because of this short sighted business model. The sessions are extremely expensive and the percentage paid to your trainers is low.

I would encourage you to make it a point to visit more locations and see for yourself what some of your members are experiencing and make productive changes in your policies and how you forecast your sales targets. It cannot be all about shareholders and profit at all cost.

The billing issues I have had are also telling. It took nearly five months for addtional charges to be stopped appearing on my credit card. It was a constant back and forth to have the matter resolved. It should not be this diffficult. Lastly, Ana is sweet and tries but she doesnt' have the operational experience and it is ill equiped for this possition. I am all about promoting within but invest in the TRAINING to ensure those that are prometed are able to exectuve their jobs adequately.

The gym's facilities are excellent, and the Coaches are great, I have no complaints. However, the administrative staff is terrible. I requested to cancel my membership on July 31st. However, when I requested to cancel, almost $200 was debited from my account that same day. Since I had requested to cancel, I requested a refund because I wasn't going to continue at the gym. To this day, I haven't received a refund, and worse, I haven't received any explanation. I contacted them via email, text, and phone, but the issue has not been resolved. They even said they couldn't refund me because I owed two months of membership. After I sent an email confirming the payments proofs and claiming this information wasn't true, I never received a response. Therefore, if you don't want any problems, avoid this gym. The reception upon signing up for your membership is excellent, but the day you want to cancel, you may encounter problems.

Scammy vibes as soon as you walk in, I was interested in switching gym's and this one cought my attention, I checked online and was offered a free pass so I went. When I got there they charged me $25.00 for a day pass, which i thought was excessive but still I paid it. I asked for a tour around the gym and the manager walked me to the floor and said "this is it" 0 effort to sell me on it, I had to ask for further information.
One thing that cought my attention was the floor itself, it seemed to shake a lot when you put any dumbells down, I was afraid I was gonna end up at the Marshall's below.
On the other hand the equipment was decent, although laking in some areas like shoulder machines.

This gym used to be great, but after 1 year I have to cancel my membership. Equipment is often broken and takes weeks to be fixed, gym is disorganized and messy with weights rarely being re-racked. Men’s restroom is dirty and poorly maintained. They will randomly charge your account with purchases you never made so you have to constantly check the gym app to see if they are charging you without your authorization. Maybe management changed since I joined, but this gym went downhill. I suggest you consider other options.

Scummy salesperson vibes plagues the doral ufc gym unfortunately. They say anything to get you to sign up even promising things for future years when you renew your membership, but then when the time comes to renew they suddenly can’t fulfill what they promised you. Then they’ll even lower your membership tier without telling you. So weird, just be honest it won’t kill you!

Of course, they say they’ll look into it and call you back but nothing.

This gym is also insanely packed and there’s not enough machines. The other UFC gyms in Miami like the midtown and Kendall locations are way better

I had a very disappointing experience at UFCI Doral. I initially came to this location excited because the facility is new, clean. I visited twice to learn more about the membership plans that might work for me.

During my first visit, I was quoted a $100 enrollment fee plus the first two months of membership and other fees, for a total of over $300. I went home to think about it. Following a coworker’s advice, I returned the next day and asked to speak directly with the manager for better guidance.

He explained the membership options again and offered me a deal that included one month of the plan I was interested in, plus an additional operations fee. He then had me fill out a form with just my personal information, and notably it did not list any payment amount.

Later that night, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card for an amount I had never agreed to. I also received an email with a contract that I had never signed.

The next day, I went back to speak with the manager and asked to see the form I had filled out, but he refused to show it to me.

After this frustrating discussion, and seeing no willingness on his part to help, I decided to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share this experience as a warning to others—don’t let this happen to you.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They mistakenly charged me twice for the annual membership. I spoke with Ana, the operations manager, who admitted it was a duplicate charge and promised a refund. Six months, two chargebacks, countless phone calls, and multiple visits later — still no refund. Ana has proven to be remarkably incompetent, constantly giving the excuse that they are “waiting on Corporate.” I eventually requested to cancel my membership. It’s shocking how rude and dismissive they can be, making the environment uncomfortable for anyone just trying to have a good workout.

Very Disappointing Experience

This gym is extremely crowded and lacks enough equipment for all members, which means you often have to wait a long time to use the machines. Despite the high monthly fee, the service is far from satisfactory. I went to enroll in this facility with my wife and were advised to speak with the person in charge. Although we specifically told him we were ready to start he recommended we get a Free Pass to try out everything. The next day I come in and the guy in the front,Jose, was very rude telling me that since the day before they don’t do passes and I could either pay 20 dollars to get in or there would be no access. I tried to explain that the person I had spoken with the day before had reassured me that I would have the pass for another 3 days and then we would enroll. To what he responded that the person that told me that doesn’t know how to do his job. My biggest issue is that from day one I was ready to join and they advised me to wait a few days while using the pass because customer appreciation day was coming around. My wife and I are both very disappointed as we were decided to enroll with their champion membership. I wouldn’t recommend any one going to this particular facility .

My husband and I were visiting this gym with interest of signing up. We were assisted by Luke, who provided us with a tour of the facilities and explained the membership options. He offered us a free pass until March 13th. When my husband went in the evening to workout, a gentlemen, in a very aggressive and rude manner, stated “who ever gave you that pass wasn’t doing his job, it’s $20.00 or you can’t have access.” My husband and I had already decided to sign up so it wasn’t an issue to pay for access, but the attitude and behavior of this attendant completely changed our mind. Not a bad gym. A lot of the equipment is modern, more than enough cardio equipment, very nice for the area. Machines are alright, semi maintained, generally clean overall. Very good for the value I'd say, just always busy, like extremely busy. Getting asked every few minutes how many sets I have left is kind of annoying, but that's just how it is in an overpopulated area like Doral. Not bad, just be certain you might not be able to work out. Just how it is.

People pay to attend classes, but the speakers in the spinning room are not working, the bikes are not properly maintained, the TV where you're supposed to connect your heart rate monitor doesn't work, and staff members don't even assist the spinning instructor to help him perform the class. I have just canceled my membership at UFC Doral due to unexpected charges. I initially joined for their $69 promotion, and I was told I needed to pay a recovery fee for the first 30 days. The staff assured me this fee would cancel automatically after the first month, so I didn’t think to follow up. However, I later found that I was being charged $69 plus an extra $60 each month for the recovery service—something I never used or agreed to keep paying for.

One of the reasons I switched to UFC Doral was to avoid hidden fees, which I had experienced at other gyms in Doral, like LA Fitness. Unfortunately, UFC Doral ended up following the same pattern. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he only offered to stop the recovery fee going forward and placed the responsibility on me for not closely monitoring my statements. He refused to offer any refund or compensation for the charges I didn’t authorize.

The gym itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but I ultimately chose to cancel my entire membership, as I felt I was being taken advantage of. If you decide to join, I’d advise keeping a close eye on your charges to avoid any surprises.

Me vendieron una menbresia donde yo en teoría tenia 30 días para devolverla según el vendedor. a los 5 dias decido Devolverla y me dice el Vendedor que no puedo ya que el no recordaba que habia hecho una menbresia Pre-Pagada.
Es decir no sabe lo que vende o Vende lo que no es.
Definitivamente NO lo recomindo< estar en un lugar donde entrando te venden algo que no es, me parece insolito.

TLDR; Fantastic equipment, a layout designed by someone with a sense of humor, and a dumbbell rack that doubles as a test of patience. But for now, just make sure you bring a map and a sherpa to get through your workout.

Oh boy, where do I start with this place? It’s a huge facility, packed with enough equipment to make a bodybuilder weep with joy. If I had to guess, I’d say this was a Crunch gym before UFC swooped in – the gear brands kinda give it away, but hey, I'm just throwing darts here 🤷‍♂️.

A few things here:

1. Cleaning wipe stations here are rarer than a unicorn sighting. I’m not exactly a germaphobe, but when I leave a machine looking like it’s been through a monsoon, I’d prefer not to trek across the gym to find a wipe. Seriously, UFC, I’m not trying to audition for the next Indiana Jones movie just to clean up my sweat 😂. A few more stations would go a long way in making sure everyone’s not leaving their DNA all over the place.

2. Despite the massive square footage, the layout makes me feel like I’m navigating a minefield during cable flys. I mean, who needs personal space, right? It's a workout and a game of human pinball all in one. Last time I checked,I didn't put "dodging flailing limbs" in my programing.

3. And now, the pièce de résistance: the dumbbell rack. Calling it unorganized is like saying the Titanic had a little leak. I get it, gym staff, re-racking weights is the gym equivalent of cleaning up after a frat party. But when I have to embark on another epic journey just to find a matching dumbbell, it starts to feel like a twisted scavenger hunt. Seriously, 15 lb dumbbell on one end, and its twin miles away? That’s just cruel 😵‍💫.

Why do workers get mad when asked to get the price that it’s showing online? They’re always lowering their prices but get mad when members ask to get that same price? If you don’t buy whatever they’re selling they start being disrespectful. You also can’t adjust the price or cancel online. And don’t call them because if you call them they will hang up on you, block you,or leave you on hold they don’t care. If this is how you treat the few people that you have then idk… Also no sauna makes no sense this location is 2-3x more expensive than the other ufc gym locations nearby.

Be aware with the training sessions, they put me on a 3 month contract for $1,050 a month and double charge me on my first month to then tell me “it was a mistake, but we can either refund you or use it as credit for the next month” I agree and then the 2nd month they charged me AGAIN even tho they told me the double charged they did was going to be used to pay that 2nd month of the contract. Anyway… I stop going to the gym on half of the second month and they ended up charging me the 3 months plus 1 one more without my authorization for no reason. I had to dispute the payment and is still not resolve yet. Don’t ever give them a card for automatic payments because they will take advantage of it and scam you

This is a Great gym, everything is brand new. Spinning classes and hit classes which are those i always go to are very dynamic. Gym is very clean, been going for 5months and so far still a great gym. I like this gym a lot but someone needs to update the hours. They close on Friday night at 12 am and open again Saturday at 6 am, close at 8 pm and open Sunday at 6 am. Also Monday they open at 6 am. Isn’t 24/7 like they have it posted.

I’m reaching out to express how disappointed and unhappy I am with the customer service team at the new UFC gym in Doral, Florida. It truly is a shame because the gym is absolutely beautiful. After giving me a guest pass and waiting for 5 days, for my sales person to workout a deal he promised me, he came back to tell me the price was higher than the original price. He did not only tell my family members and I that he was able to get us the deal but also failed to give me the same price he originally had offered before. I’m very disappointed at how they’re treating the clients at this new location. I was told by the manager Juan after discussing why I should at the very least get the first offer that was given to me by the general manager. Instead he argued that they were better than Equinox and any other gym and that’s why they don’t need memberships. He also compared Gucci and Louis Vuitton to their location, which was very arrogant and uncalled for. I felt extremely unhappy after I had such high hopes and waited for this gym to open for an entire year. I am hoping that the general manager or the higher ups can reach back out to me and provide me with the original price that was given to me, so that I can finish with this ordeal and become a member of the gym that I have been patiently waiting for so long now.

Update: I decided to go back to the gym to speak directly to the general manager Vincent. He was able to assist me and gave me the price that was originally given to me. In addition to that, Javier the sales person came up to me to offer his sincere apologies for what had occurred.

Update as November 2023: I want to express how thankful I am for Danny for helping me get a great deal and be able to upgrade my membership. Overall great staff, everyone is very nice and welcoming. If you are in the Doral area looking for a gym, please contact Danny.

The facility itself is pretty nice. However, I've had issues regarding billing with them since October, which was the 1st complete month since they opened. Till this day they still owe me $40 worth of referal bonus which I'm having to go back every Friday to speak to Vincent the general manager who then says he will email some Heather Lady at corporate and additionally I had to freeze my account for the month of November due to travel, they didn't charge me my monthly gym fee yet they charged me for recovery ($60), I'm being told every Friday that I will be refunded and to allow 5 to 7 business days and I have yet to see a refund come into my account. This has been the worst experience I've had with a gym, UFC owes me a total of $100. It shouldn't be that hard to issue someone a refund.

This has been the worst experience of any gym anywhere. I was charged $250 to join. I went to the gym 4 times and on the 5th day, they charged me another $150 for a total of $400. When I called to ask why, they said that’s their new billing cycle. I said they should have told me that when I joined because I would have waited to join at the right time to avoid losing money and paying for only a few days. After some discussion, the general manager got on the phone and said he was just canceling my membership anyway. So they basically charged me $250 for 4 days. AVOID THIS GYM!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

After charging me $250 for the first month, not giving it back and canceling my membership, they sent me the message below today -

“Prepay at a discounted rate for a 1-Year term!
- $349 Fitness 1-Year Prepaid Membership”

This is unbelievable. Now they offer me to prepay $349 for the whole year.

After the way the General Manager treated me and maliciously cancelled my membership without offer any other solution, I don’t trust them. I think they will say anything to get your money and once they get it, they will treat you in a horrible way. I hope people find out how they do business before they give them any money.

I waited a long time for this gym to open up so I could finally get back into boxing, and it has not disappointed. Coach Sam is one of the best coaches I’ve ever met. He really cares about each and every one of his boxers, wants to see them succeed, and takes care of each of us. It has really been an amazing experience, and thanks to Coach Sam I have lost over 30 lbs and feel so much healthier. This gym is great.

I love this gym and it’s mostly for the culture we have built in Kickboxing/Boxing classes. Most of my gym experience is specifically thanks to Coach Sam and Jeancarlos ❤️🥊

The gym is clean, great variety machines, is never crowded, with no annoying teenagers. But that alone is not what has set this gym apart from others.

A late payment fee for a gym membership is wiggity wack, especially when I’m not sure why my credit card company is suddenly declining the transaction. This gym has less amenities than the majority of other gyms across the United States in general and is overpriced enough to be adding a late fee as a penalty.

Edit: Actually I have to add that not only did I pay a bunch of fees down before I can even USE the gym while it was under construction, I was charged a week after it opened. So I hadn’t even been there a month and was already charged twice the membership? So this late fee deal for something that was on autopay to begin with is something that could have just been waived really put me off.

I've had a great experience(with UFC Fit Doral) since before the gym even opened. A month and half before opening I signed up with Andrés Gomez(personal trainer) which did a great job explaining everything the gym has to offer and showing me what sets it apart from other gyms out there.

Andrés is very knowledgeable in fitness and MMA in general. He gave off a very "welcome to the UFC family" vibe and provided some much needed motivation.

From the moment you walk into UFC Gym Doral can almost immediately feel an amazing vibe. All the equipment is in perfect order from free weights to all machines and anything else you can imagine. My first day working out here I had a problem checking in, apparently there was some sort of mistake and I was placed on a different tier membership(this club didn’t make the mistake).However, Diana went above and beyond to get things squared away by making a note in the system so when I come back I wouldn’t have to go through this again. This location, and their staff are incredible, I feel this UFC Gym location has preeminence over the other locations! Look forward to working out here every day.
