My first time trying a different gym; I’m new into my fitness journey (9 months pretty consistent) and what a culture shock. I’m coming from planet fitness. People are so rude at this gym and treating it like an equinox is ridiculous. They don’t have a designated place to work on your core so the closest thing I could find was this big Matt room. I was SHOOED away because the “teacher” told me they would be having a class soon. It was 6:30 and their class didn’t start until 7:30. All I needed was 15 minutes to wrap up my workout but was unable to because there is no other spot I could’ve gone to work on my core. Not to mention the actual gym bros that go here judge your every move instead of focusing on their lack of form and ego. Their various machines are in my opinion the only thing this gym is good for. If I could I would give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Not that many gym options around here, but it’s no better than the Crunch Fitness across the street. At least crunch is cheaper.

I ended up cancelling my membership in September due to how slow it was to workout here and yet UFC had charged the membership fee for the past two months despite me signing my cancellation form in September. Took multiple phone calls and the assistant manager to come in and actually cancel my membership.

They told me to get in contact with the manager, Emilia. I reached out and they never responded back to me. No idea if I’ll get my money back.

I eventually saw all the reviews for this particular gym in Pembroke Pines and decided to still go and look around and I’m glad I did. Why do they allow so many people with tripods that’s in the way of people that’s really trying to work out. Also the flooring looks nasty and it was crowded. I went with my coworker and I told I don’t see how you can workout here. I WON’T BE GETTING A GYM MEMBERSHIP HERE.

Gym itself has great equipment and for the most part the staff is usually friendly. My issue is with the cleanliness or lack there of. It’s been almost 2 weeks without paper towels in the workout area for the gym members to be able to clean up after each workout. Additionally, the women’s locker room is disgusting! it is 8:30 in the morning and the bathrooms are dirty, there’s paper and hair on the floor. This gym used to be kept clean but lately it’s been disgusting to even come here.

This gym is becoming an absolute DUMP. Second floor cable machine has been down for 2 months. Second floor AC still has not been fixed. WAY too much crowding. Always have to wait for the "influencers" to finish recording and editing their set before they finally move on to another machine. Keep lowering their prices to be below LA fitness. If they don't raise their prices, LA fitness will be the go to gym since they always keep up with maintenance on their equipment and gym. There's probably less people there too.

Keep worrying about new clients and not caring about existing customers! We'll see how far that goes.

I signed up for a UFC Fit membership after being sold on certain benefits that turned out not to be true. When I first met with a staff member named Isaiah, he specifically told me that my membership would include access to cryotherapy, the specialty recovery rooms, and that I could bring an extra guest with me — if they were underage. That was the main reason I agreed to purchase the membership.

For a while, I was able to bring a guest without issue, but then out of nowhere I was told that I could only bring one guest and the rules changed. It became clear to me that Isaiah only told me what I wanted to hear to get the sale, which feels misleading and dishonest.

On top of that, the staff at this location are consistently rude and unhelpful. I shouldn’t feel like I was tricked into buying something I didn’t actually agree to, especially when I was promised access to amenities and guest privileges that turned out to be false.

I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and with the lack of professionalism from the staff.

The gym is great. The staff is friendly. Most importantly, the facility is well maintained from a cleanliness perspective.
The parking lot does become heavily cluttered with garbage. I suggest providing trash bins to offer the members somewhere to dispose of their garbage more conveniently. Hope this helps.

Walking into the Pines location you're always going to encounter something here. Overall its a nice gym but some of the classes are strange. The yoga teach treats it more like a intense work out class then a flow where you offer alternatives for people who can't get as intense. They offer to touch you to adjust without asking first and she walked around spraying some unknown oils on me without advising. Super strange. The yoga class before that was run by the cross fit guy because they didn't want to cancel the class. I definitely pulled something from this guy's made up routine. The zumba classes are fun, GiGi is a great teacher and Lily. The trainers are hit or miss. There is a clause in there they breeze through where if you prepurchase all the credits they expire in 6 months. I had two deaths in my family and when I texted the trainer Mike to resume he moved to another location and I saw my credits gone. Not sure it they auto expired or he marked them as used when he moved so he could get paid out. When I told him I was dealing with a loss he was okay to reschedule but never reminded me of the cancellation policy or ability to resume. When I was able to resume and asked if he could do something about the nearly 300 I paid for the 3 unused classes I never heard back from him. Treat this place as a gym not a community. Pay for classpass and test other locations cause this place isn't worth it. 6pm is insane here.

Terrible parking situation, managers doesn't do anything to improve. Bathrooms are nasty a lot of the times, ppl shave their heads in the sharing area in the bathrooms, I've heard ppl even did number 2 in the showers stalls ! Like fr ppl!? Ugh

Love UFC FIT Pembroke Pines however place continues to play music way too loud and early morning weights all over the floor. Water fountain has been without working for a few weeks and the 2 leg extension machines have had the Vynil torn for weeks. Locker rooms could be cleaner. Great location but it is not what it used to be. Early morning there are 3 guys that workout without a shirt and sweat like crazy…how sanitary is that? Too many people working out in sandals or crocks…how safe is that? Hope management takes care of issues!

Do not waste your time getting a membership here. This place is a scam, I attempted to cancel my membership multiple times, and these people are still claiming I owe membership fees. I asked multiple times for a receipt after cancellation , and I was told it would be emailed to me ( still haven’t received it). stay away from this gym. Back at the end of 2024. I purchased a personal training package for one month. without my knowledge, they put it on recurrent billing and charged three more months of personal training. When I realized on my credit card what was happening? I reached out to them. I actually have in writing that they’re going to refund me. They never refunded me after several request, however because I tried to work it out with them first by the time I got a hold of my credit card my credit card company they wouldn’t help me either. I have been fighting $1800 in personal training charges on my credit card since March 2025. Corporate doesn’t answer and the local branch can’t do anything unless corporate authorizes it.

Ive been training in gyms since the 1980s. There is no gym like UFC Fit. It has everything a great gym has but so much more! Back in the 80s and the 90s everything was about weight training and less cardio. But as time evolved the fitness industry changed. Cross fit became the new thing, then (HITT) High Intensity Interval Training. In 1991 UFC slowly took over the world and now self defense training has gotten huge. What i love about this gym is its limitless as to what you can do it this gym. Even the trainers are top notch! You want Yoga? Cycling? Jujitsu? Boxing? HIIT classes? Cardio? Machines? Free weight? Sauna? Cryotherapy? Massage? Personal training? It has it all. There is a training area on the 2nd floor which is outside in the open air. I like training in the open air on certain days.
I personally love this gym.

My son is doing the youth jujitsu and MMA classes with coach Rosevelt Sousa, coach Jacob and coach John and he loves it. He has learned something new from every class he has attended. Coach Sousa is great with the kids. He is very precise in his teaching and the kids respect him.
My son also does the youth boxing and kickboxing with Coach Kristin Britez and she is also great with the kids and my son loves all the techniques that he has learned thus far. All the coaches and staff have been great! Highly recommend the youth classes for kids.

Really don’t have any complaints about this gym. A lot of equipment with a great amount of space, can pretty much work on anything you can think of aside from swimming (please add a pool!) The staff is very friendly and helpful, by far the best staff in any gym I been to down here. They also offer a wide range of classes like yoga, kickboxing conditioning, bjj gi and no gi, Zumba etc. and the ones I’ve been to have been amazing, all the instructors have been great. The lack of communication and follow through are faulty; for example, no one informed me that the yoga class was canceled until after we sat there 10-15 minutes waiting for the instructor. One of the students had to inform us about it. Also, I learned today that I am supposed to have a ticket every time I take a class; no one gave it to me when I signed or informed me I needed one, etc.

As a Former World Champion, Disabled Combat Veteran, and Coach, I can say that the Facility is a fighters dream. I pray God blesses me so that I can own a place as beautiful and Magnificent. The Jiu-jitsu coach I met on the bicycle, riding in his Gi and as sweatshirt was a remarkable young man. The front staff was extremely professional and helpful. ENG: I couldn’t even try their service... One of the people at the front in charge of the tour was a super condescending and unprofessional guy... He told me to give him information about two other people to try the gym (that you also arrive with advertising information from social networks that then in the place totally changed - 3 days trial to 1 day trial-) and he never texted or called me to give me the information of the gym plans when he told me that he would do it... After that the interest in the place was zero. The truth is that I didn’t feel welcome at all. I was interested in paying for the service for the qualities of the place, even if their prices were higher, but there are workers who are not that great knowing that their service offers physical and personal improvement.

SPA: No pude ni probar su servicio… Una de las personas del frente encargada del tour era un chico súper condescendiente y poco profesional… Me dijo que le diera información de otras dos personas para probar el gimnasio (que a demás llegas con información de publicidad de redes sociales que luego en el lugar cambian totalmente - 3 days trial to 1 day trial-) y nunca me escribió o llamo para darme la información de los planes del gimnasio cuando me dijo que lo haría… Tras eso el interés por el lugar fue nulo. La verdad no me sentí bienvenida para nada. Estaba interesada en pagar su servicio por las cualidades del lugar, incluso si sus precios eran más elevados, pero hay trabajadores que dejan que desear sabiendo que su servicio ofrece mejora física y personal.

they have a lot of things to do if you’re a kid and you wanna train for sports and martial arts they also have a big gym that you could do a lot of exercises at that’s why I think it’s an amazing gym
