I have had personal trainers in the past, but Ula is far and away the best at what she does. Her training program is personalized to what I need keeping in mind what issues I may have, for instance, bad knees and lower back. She tailors each session to build my muscle tone, strength, and endurance. I am 70 and have never been in better shape. Those who know me have seen the difference and compliment me on how good I look. She has a wonderful personality which also makes each session fun. Also, her knowledge of body mechanics and physiology is unparalleled!

Ula Meyer is one of the smartest trainers I have ever met. She really cares about her clients and making sure they are training from a strong foundation. She screens for any postural imbalances and will fix those with corrective exercises and stretching and release work before moving on so you have less chance of injury or chronic pain. I have learned so much from her! Plus she is South African and itβs fun to listen to her accent! When I had to get in shape for a job she trained me and I looked the best I have ever looked. Her nurtrition plan was easy to follow as well. I highly recommend her!
