After a few years of not enjoying another facility, we found Ultimate All Stars Brevard — and what a blessing it has been! My daughter is happy again and truly enjoys attending. The coaches and owners genuinely care about the athletes, and it shows in everything they do. We couldn’t be more thankful for the positive, encouraging environment they’ve created!

I am compelled to express my disappointment with this gym. Being Kim saw fit to mention my name in a review that I had no involvement with, prompting me to share my experience with UAB. Regarding the refund in question, your gym failed to adhere to established protocols for athletes and neglected to address the bullying that occurred. Notably, your gym was aware of these situation on multiple occasions, as communicated by various parents. If your gym had maintained a non-toxic environment we would have stayed and finished the season. We was only enrolled exactly 2 months, and was required to pay up front fees. Although we complied with these requirements, we did not anticipate or consent to the coach- on athlete bullying that occurred. Specifically, we did not expect our granddaughter to be subjected to excessive physical conditioning, such as running suicides for almost an entire practice due to not enough facials. Furthermore, we did not expect your dance coaches to be name- calling causing her to become visibly upset in front of another parent and child and team. I expressed concerns to you about the situations multiple times. You assured me and other parents these incidents wouldn’t recur, but they did. These events led to our decision to depart your gym. Additionally our granddaughter wasn’t given a spot on the team as promised. Instead, it was as if she was an alternate on the team also witnessed and have supporting videos of her just standing for almost the entire time, only upon the last week she was given a tumbling pass. I must also correct your statement that our current gym abuses children, Which is entirety false! I have never made such a statement , either in writing or in conversation, In fact, we brought several of our friends to the gym who absolutely love the environment and coaching, So, I wouldn’t recommend a gym that abuses children as your statement claims if that was true, and I would have left just like i left your gym but your statement is a flat lie! Which is why we ultimately returned back to our current gym! We left UAB after 2 months of the reason outlined above, and we have been affiliated with our current gym since 2010. The reason for our departure was simply team placement- NOT ABUSE! I take great exception to your accusations, and I trust the other numerous parents will support my experience with UAB! I insist that you refrain from associating my name with UAB and instead you need to focus on all the other parents besides myself with your gym who have had similar experiences as myself.
Do NOT mention my name, DO NOT bring up my name! I can’t help if others leave a review of your gym that has nothing to do with me. You was 100% aware of what was going on, and you chose to not stop it! Also, to add you asked me to make it FB official that we left our current gym to go to your gym. I did make the post as asked, but felt completely horrible about it and took it down. You luring people into your gym collecting money then they are subjected to being mocked and made fun of! Your assuming, I know them, but in fact I do not, nor do I know any of the other people who have left bad reviews on your gym. Your correct my granddaughter is very sweet and loves everyone which is why I came to you for you to fix the issues with your coaches. Just funny others have the same experience but you only feel the need to respond to me, and YES, I did ask you to refund our money for comp fees and other items, because we would have never left if your coaches and other girls treated her right! I have several parents who witnessed how your coaches treated her and other athletes, I’m not just speaking for my granddaughter, but for all the children. Don’t forget you came after me, I didn’t say anything about you!

I’ve been in the All-Star world for over five years, and after leaving our previous gym for many reasons, finding this one has been an absolute blessing. The owners and coaches are truly amazing—there’s no favoritism, just genuine support for every athlete. They’ve built my daughter’s confidence back up in so many ways, and both of my girls absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is positive, the coaching is top-notch, and it truly feels like family. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for my girls! 💜

I LOVE THIS AMAZING GYM AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY DECISION TO SEND MY PRECIOUS GIRL THERE! The owners consider everyone family and I can't believe the love they have shown for my girl. The coaches and owners are so patient.
She was formerly at another gym and I hated how she was treated. Screaming coaches and bullying by the girls. Nothing was ever done about it so we left, as many other families did.

We absolutely love this gym! The coaches and owners have had such a positive impact on both of my daughters—not only in their cheer skills, but in their confidence, teamwork, and work ethic. Cheerleading is a tough sport that requires discipline, strength, and dedication—not every child (or parent) is cut out for how hard it truly can be—but the coaches here bring out the very best in every athlete. They know how to challenge the kids while still keeping practices fun and productive.

What really stands out is how approachable and open the owners are. They genuinely listen to parents’ feedback and are always looking for ways to make the experience better for the athletes. It’s clear that they care deeply about every child who walks through the door.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! It’s a place where kids grow, learn, and build confidence while doing what they love.

Ultimate has been amazing! My daughter is more on the shy and reserved side yet the coaches and owners always make her feel so welcomed. This is one of the only activities that she not only looks forward to all week but goes to with ease. No tears ever since day 1. So glad we found them!!

Our girls are now in their second season of cheer and dance at Ultimate, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The coaches have truly become like family to our girls. They go above and beyond—not just in coaching, but in genuinely caring for each and every child.

Our youngest started at just 3 years old and was very shy. Coach Lacey has been incredibly patient and loving with her, and because of that, we've seen her confidence grow so much. It's been amazing to watch!

We are so thankful we made the switch to Ultimate. It has truly been the best experience we could have asked for. Thank you all for everything you do for our kids — it means the world!

Unfortunately, as with any organization, there will be occasional negative reviews often stemming from personal grievances rather than genuine reflection of the gym’s culture. I’m personally aware of one such situation, and I can confidently say the team has only grown stronger and more unified since that departure. The atmosphere is now more focused, positive, and productive.

Unfortunately, our experience with this gym has been extremely disappointing. The environment is not safe, positive, or supportive for athletes (although they highly declare it is). Coaches regularly yell at children to the point of tears, and hazing practices are tolerated—athletes have even been forced to run in front of their peers while others are allowed to laugh at them.

Instead of building athletes up, coaches often bully them, and shockingly, the owner excused this behavior by claiming a coach was "jealous" of a 10-year-old. This type of culture is unhealthy and damaging.
In just one month, multiple athletes left the program, and many parents (ourselves included) are frustrated, confused, and disheartened. Athletes are pitted against each other rather than being supported as teammates. There is no clear progression path for skill development, leaving children stuck without direction.

On top of this, the business practices are concerning. Families are strongly encouraged to pay in full, yet the gym enforces a strict no-refund policy. When an athlete leaves, no refunds are given—even for competition fees when no competitions have occurred, tuition for months not attended, or uniform fees for uniforms that were never even ordered. At the same time, new athletes are required to pay in full as well, leaving many parents questioning where the excess money is going.

The gym’s leadership is stretched far too thin, which causes major issues to drag on for weeks without meaningful resolution. When parents try to address concerns, they are met with false promises rather than real solutions.

If you are looking for a positive, safe, and growth-oriented environment for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This gym does not uphold the moral values it claims to stand for, and sadly, it has become an environment that harms more than it helps—both emotionally and financially.

This gym opening up locally to us has been such a great thing!
3 of my kiddos did season 1 with them so far and it’s been nothing short of amazing!
The coaches are amazing… the entire environment is so uplifting! So different from any other team we’ve ever been apart of.
