Ordered bands in 2020. They were a pricey option but I was given a lifetime warranty on the bands so I bought them. One just broke, I emailed pics and was told there was a one year warranty. I sent them proof of their lifetime warranty with my purchase and they said they'd send me a replacement for the medium band that broke. 100% honest and fair company. The products are as described and they do not blow up your inbox with spam. The fitness programs are simple to follow. I was derailed by my own situation but believe if I continued to follow the plan it would have produced results as I saw some in the short time I followed it. I recently was hit with an auto renew I forgot to cancel. I sent 1 email to customer service explaining I was not using the program anymore. I was fully expecting them to say sorry you didn't cancel in time too bad. Within a few days they fully refunded the auto renewal cost. Thanks Undersun you guys are a rare breed!!

Atrocious customer service. I have an issue with a band, and I have tried the following: filled out a contact us form on their website 3 times over the course of a couple months, sent an email and was given a warranty form to fill out (and also subtly accusing me of using them improperly), filled out a warranty claim form, received zero response after about a month, sent a follow up email, zero response again after a few weeks.

Purchased the TA2 Build Program in August 2022. I have continued to use the program for several months. During this time the app that allowed me to use the program, had received several updates. Each update has caused me problems logging into the app but their newest update has kicked me out of the app and will no longer let me login. I have reached out to customer service and have not heard back. I have attempted to reset my password several times and it’s as if my account never existed. I am very disappointed with the app in itself but did enjoy the workout program. Still unable to login to the app.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. I returned an item to under sun and was told by the company that they would not be sending me a refund because I was beyond the eligible return date. They had me pay for an additional return label (of which I did), and was told to send the bands back at my earliest convenience. I mailed the item back to them and never received the refund.

I told the company to either send me back the bands that I bought or send me my refund. I’ve yet to receive either.

I advised that I would be leaving negative reviews and customer support immediately stated that they would instead send me the refund. Instead, to date the company has yet to send me my refund and continues to play games.

My experience with the Undersun elastic bands is awesome. Started on January 2022 by following the TA2 Build program and since then…never stopped. Great bands and all other products are just cool. Last bought are the gloves, a must if you train with bands.

Yesterday night I worked with the Undersun Bands and let me tell you that all of them are really “Amazing”… the resistance for each of the bands are good, and I felt the power and security to lift them when I was performing and stretching the bands.

The Undersun Resistance Bands are easy to handle and very comfortable for training. Also, I was playing with my grip, changing the resistance between soft and hard pressure during the repetitions… it’s was really cool!

I would like to confess that I have been using resistance tubular bands since I was 14 years old until my 51 years old and a lot of them broke on my back, chest, and my face while I was stretching and doing my exercise routines. Recently, I saw a couple YouTube Videos from Undersun and I was curious about the material if it’s really powerful and safe. Whatsoever, I changed to Undersun Bands and I added this exercise style that is part of my training to improve and develop my martial arts exercises.

I ordered one of their videos for $59. The link never worked do I tried to call and email them and got no response. So, I cancelled the charge on my credit card and that's when I heard back - they denied my cancelling but the have still never delivered a working link to the video.
I am definitely not happy with them. The bands are good, but their support is terrible!!!!!

I had an issue with my delivery and reached out via email to the company. I was initially frustrated because I read the poor communication reviews and could not find a phone number anywhere. The product is good, but the customer support is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The correspondence I do receive, none of which has addressed my issue, does not sound like English is their native language which makes me wonder how much they have invested in customer care. The bands themselves are good don't get me wrong these are good quality. The things I do not like about the company are these.

1. Terrible, terrible communication. I ordered my bands awhile ago and tried to reach out to the company because they stated in an email that previous customers would have access the mobile app, if not already been emailed a code reach out to us. I emailed them 4 times about this, absolutely nothing back, not a we have received your email and will get back to you, nothing. Tried to call "the google subscriber you have called is unavailable."

2. Then after a year of owning the bands you have to re-purchase the program. To me this is unnecessary. You pay $130.00 and then after a year ya gotta pay $60 again, come on.

In short the bands are good (expensive, but good), the communication sucks, the year you have with them is good. but then you gotta pay again.

Due to COVID I’m sure a lot of people have set out for workout programs to do at home without having to go to the gym like me. I came across Undersun while searching for resistance bands workouts and bought their bands and the one year access to the app workouts. They sent the bands to the wrong house TWICE. Then when I didn’t get the resistance bands, they sent another set of the bands out with 2-day priority shipping. They shipped it to the same wrong house once again. Luckily they showed up about 5 days later. Overall the bands are really worth the purchase (if you actually get them shipped to you). I give the bands a 5 Star rating.

Now the app itself is actually pretty bad. I’m going on week 3 of the program and I’d say the videos that show you what to do during the workout only work about 10% of the time. The other 90% is just a spinning loading wheel. I don’t know what I’m gonna do when I get to the part of the workouts that I’m not familiar with the exercise. THE APP NEEDS A TON OF WORK.

I would recommend buying the bands over other bands cause they don’t have a plastic handle on the end that can limit the motion and overall hurt you. These bands give a great range of motion and give you unlimited weight. It quite literally is a gym in a backpack. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger with consistent use following the program. However I think you can find another program to follow along with other than Undersuns that the app actually works with.

This program is surprisingly good. I never thought I'd get this ripped from freakin' bands. The "Build" program stack (do it as directed!) is very nice to hypertrophy if you want to get ripped (with part of a proper nutrition program!). These folks know how to create physique.
My workout buddies have remarked I look stacked despite being out of the gym for almost a month only doing the band workouts. So.... ripped with a little less strength? I've added Fridays of compound iron weight lifts to the build program to keep the strength and I think this Is a perfect balance of my fitness needs. I also run a 5k 2x a week or incorporate a rowing HIIT if I can't run. Your mileage may vary, but I'm very pumped to have this program and it travels well so I have no excuse to miss a workout!
I had another popular "Bar/band with 3x the gains" and the polished and deliberate nature of TA2, James Grage, and the travel-bility (at a fraction of the cost) make this set a no-brainer. Lastly, customer support (mainly via Facebook) is spot on and well done. They gotcha!

What can I say about Undersun Fitness? In short they are AMAZING! The resistance bands are amazing, the programs are informative, customer support is quick and responsive.....and the best part? The community is FANTASTIC! Once you purchase something, anything from Undersun, you can get access to the Facebook community group and everyone is so supportive and motivational! Everyone is going through their own adventure, struggle, or trial but we are all their for each other. Sometimes people fall off the wagon but pick each other back up. As for the resistance bands themselves it is hard to explain but the quality is there. They feel more "premium" than other bands that I have used. Yes you can get the same results with other bands but it is just something about how Undersun bands feel. I personally am starting to learn it is best to get quality out right instead of trying cheaper alternatives. You can get anything done with bands that you could do with weights, they are easy to pack if you travel, and a perfect addition or alternative to weights for a home gym. Also, if you are someone who just can't go without weights that is okay to. You can stack bands with weights and get the best of both worlds. Undersun also offers a program for this type of routine called TA2 Size-On. Along with TA2 Build for a strict band routine and TA2 BodyShock for a HIIT burn! My experience with Undersun Fitness has been amazing! I purchased the Bodyshock Plan/Bundle to help with fat loss and toning. Just finished the 3 month program this morning. Definite body change! My heavy band broke in half while doing curls after just a couple of months. Even though the company promises lifetime warranty, they have not responded to any of my messages to replace the band despite multiple attempts. There is no phone number or email associated with the company for any customer support. I feel it is false advertising to warrant the product but then they won’t even respond to my emails about replacing the broken band when I clearly received either a defective or poor product.

During the COVID pandemic, my local gym was forced into a mandatory close by state authorities. Without wanting to lose much of anaerobic fitness whilst waiting for my gym to reopen, I set about searching for a alternative way to train. I started my at home interim personal training using a variety of bodyweight exercises but found that some of the exercises were not flexible enough (i.e. there is a limit in the way that you are able to increase/decrease weight mid routine). From there, I invested in a TRX, an improvement on the stand alone body weight exercises I was performing. With the TRX, you do have the option to alter the motion of the exercise to support strength building by changing the angle of your body. The challenge that I found with the TRX system is that some of the exercises put excessive pressure on some joints as the construction material has zero tension (to be fair - neither do free weights at the gym). I do like the TRX and I still use it for some exercises and have found it to be useful for stretching. From there, I continued my search and came across a post for Resistance Bands. I spent a little time on viewing youtube videos to understand their logic. James Grages' name kept coming up search after search. After watching a few of his routines, I bought a packaged set of his Resistance bands from Undersun (~$100 USD). Now, I use these at least once a day. I have been very impressed with the program that James had compiled. The videos are informative, easy to watch and understand. I particularly like how James explains the science behind the exercise to ensure that you choose the right angles and form factor to get the best results. 20/10/10/15 is my new normal.
Also, a special shout out to Jenny from the support team. Within a day of logging onto the Undersun site for the first time, Jenny had made contact over email asking if there was any way that she could help. It is nice to know that there are still people out there who value customer support. Recently one of my bands suffered from some wear and tear and Jenny was super quick to organize a replacement and have it sent on it's way, no questions asked. I have not received such a positive level of support for a very long time.

This is a combination of resistance bands, workout videos, and a very active support group that is staffed by the company and users. I have worked out on and off my whole life, but this is the best program I have found and have not missed a week in the last 20. The bands are high quality, the videos are good and the company is very responsive to questions and needs. The user group, known as the "tribe" encourages each other on a daily basis and includes people with training experience. There are also great accessories - custom gloves that have extra padding outside the fingers that take the stress of the bands, a portable anchor point that allows you to use the bands anywhere.

I am very pleased with the results I have achieved from using Undersun products - specifically, the bands themselves, the TA2 Build exercise program for use with the bands, and the Undersun gloves.

I have been in and out (mostly out) of resistance training since my youth (I'm 51 now). The cycle was always the same for me - weakness led to improper form, improper form led to injury, injury led to quitting.

Not so with the bands and the TA2 Build program. Suffice to say, whether it's the flexibility in exercises anywhere and anytime, the bands have been a game changer for my progress. Linear variable resistance has been the difference maker in avoiding injury and maximizing gains. I encountered Undersun Fitness in the fall of 2019. I had watched videos on You Tube of James Grage explaining and demonstrating the use of resistance bands in fitness training and developing muscle. I liked his approach, had listened to his lifetime history in fitness and bodybuilding and believed in his sincerity. Furthermore what he was offering was exactly what I had hoped for, a simple and efficient solution that matched perfectly with my lifestyle.

As I was living in Mazatlan, Mexico I ordered a set of Undersun resistance bands and a TA2 Build program through Amazon that was more convenient for me in terms or payment and delivery. My package arrived December 16th, 2019 and I began my training the next day.

I had been living in Mexico since 2007. In August 2018 my wife and I separated. I moved to Puerto Vallarta where I lived alone in a modest apartment for one year. I was 68 years of age, reasonably healthy but obese. Living in a tropical climate wearing light clothes daily and often a bathing suit, but with a fat belly was not good for my ego. So I began walking a lot, exercising as I could in my apartment and after a few months in a public park with rudimentary equipment. I did make some progress but was not eating properly and training in a structured manner. In September 2019 I relocated to Mazatlan and decided to do things differently with a more precise objective of losing weight and building muscle.

I have been training consistently with my Undersun resistance bands and following my TA2 Build program. Through regular interactions with other members of the Undersun User Group on Facebook I learned about the importance of proper nutrition and many other aspects of this thing called “fitness”.

I am now 70 years of age, have lost almost all of the weight that I wanted to lose, have built muscle mass, I am fit and proud to see my reflection in the mirror. I have no shame in wearing a bathing suit and having ladies look at me.

Due to the quarantine from the coronavirus, my gym was closed, and needless to say I was worried about what I could do to maintain my level of fitness. As a former tennis pro, and a 30-year veteran of strength training, I had almost reconciled myself to the fact that I was going to have to resort to bodyweight training at home, and I began searching YouTube for options. That's when I stumbled onto James Grage and his Undersun Fitness Bands. Here was a professional bodybuilder who, several years ago, when the only Corona in daily vocabulary was a Mexican beer, James had eschewed the use of weights for, of all things, resistance bands. But I watched...and as I watched, I began to realize that this man had cracked the code to getting out of the gym, with mobile equipment that can be used anytime, and anywhere. His YouTube videos are detailed, well-designed, and specific, and most of all, he walks the talk. After binging on his account (sounds creepy), I was convinced that this gave me the best alternative to the gym, and I ordered a set of the bands with the door anchor and the TA2 Build program, which fit my needs. Well, the bands arrived and I delved into the program. First of all, the level of challenge was so much greater than I anticipated, and the program was perfectly designed to achieve progressive overload, and even a month dedicated to unanchored exercises, meaning just you and the bands (this gives you an arsenal of exercises if you're stuck somewhere with just you and the bands (I would say jail cell, but the bars would serve wonderfully as anchors if you were even allowed the bands while incarcerated). Needless to say, I realized exactly what James has said so many times in his videos...that you CAN build muscle with resistance bands because the body only knows resistance. Well, you can have PLENTY of resistance with these bands, and I've already canceled my gym membership. I'm a full-on, all-in member of the Undersun Tribe now, and I will sing the praises of the Undersun Bands to anyone who can stand my singing voice. For those who can't, I whisper...but I will sum it up more concisely than I've been thus far.
1) The bands are of the highest quality.
2) The TA2 Build program is a blueprint to follow over and over, or to adapt after completion.
3) Customer service is quick, responsive, and second to none.
4) This is not a company created to take advantage of the quarantines and unavailable gyms, this is a man who realized several years ago that he could work out anytime, anywhere, with bands, have more time for family, friends, and life, and still maintain a fit lifestyle.
5) I'm not fully adapted to this lifestyle, workout out outside, with healthier joints, better workouts, and a more flexible schedule.
6) I realize that there are cynics who don't believe in the effectiveness of resistance band training versus weights, and I'll say...is try them. I have a feeling you, like me, will celebrate more freedom, more time, and more satisfying workouts with Undersun bands, and you'll join the Tribe.

I found James Grage by accident on YouTube and through his classroom- style tutorials discovered his teachings were in line with my personal training education. (You DO NOT have to be a personal trainer to love these Undersun Fitness Resistance bands! They are great for ANY + ALL fitness levels.) Upon researching these bands, I found they are the best in their class on the market. Pricier than most, BUT worth every penny. I have stretched some of them to their max and they are constructed very well; no tearing, shredding or snapping. What really sold me and justified the higher cost is their lifetime warranty on the bands. During this recent quarantine, my husband's gym has been closed, so I gifted him a bundle set, which included all the bands, a door anchor and a 90-day "BUILD" (muscle) program (through a login you create on their website after purchasing). I have exercised at home for almost 20 yrs but always missed weighted machines; not anymore. With these bands, my husband and I can workout together and achieve all the benefits of a gym in the safety of our home + requiring very little space. Also, Customer Service is THE BEST! Prompt, efficient, helpful + friendly; even before you purchase anything! Lastly, we have our own workout gloves, but they also sell gloves designed for these bands; if you purchase gloves elsewhere, you want them to be somewhat rubbery for best band grip, especially as you sweat! - Their programs produce RESULTS! I did TA2 Build and achieved significantly noticeable size and definition in my muscles. To get results like that in 90 days speaks for itself!

I purchased the TA2 size on program but frankly was quite disappointed with the monthly routine. The program would help someone with a little experience on the gym floor but I doubt it would benefit a person who has a few years of training behind them. And I presumed the program is aiming at those ones who would require a next step towards their goals and who are advanced gym goers. Basically, it's a very limited variation of the same exercises over 3 months. I honestly think the program is overpriced for what you get. If you wonder how to use bands with free weights or machines just do an online research.

I have been using undersun bands since August 2019, I Love everything about this product, I’ve been working out for 38 years with free weights, and Undersun resistance bands are far superior in so many ways. I am 51 and my joints and tendons Have taken a lot of wear and tear from Weights, these bands Do not hurt my joints or give me muscle aches like free weights used to do. I've used undersun Fitness bands for over a year. I haven't used weights in a year. I'm a personal trainer and have most of my clients using them. I can't say enough about the quality of the bands, and the company, particularly customer support.

These things take a beating. I have 2 sets of my own and both get used multiple times daily. When the NY shutdown from covid started I immediately had clients buy a set and train them online. Best decision ever! EVERY client loves band workouts no matter what their goal.

I discovered Undersun Fitness one day while looking for something to help me workout at home. After watching the advertisement I knew automatically that these bands and programs were going to be the right fit for me. Because I enjoy working out at home close to my family. Plus I am a very busy person and I can’t afford to waste time getting ready, or driving to the gym. That was the whole reason to purchase these bands.
Little did I know the results I would get by the different programs Undersun has to offer! The bands alone were a great investment. They have an amazing quality and they come with a warranty as well! I have owned a set for over a year and I have put them through the ringer! And they still are holding strong! I have been able to use these bands day in and day out and never have I worried about their integrity. Once I got a small cut in my xtra heavy band and customer service sent me one to replace it no problem!Their customer service is beyond incredible!
Long story short my purchase of Undersun Bands has given me time back, muscular development, confidence and most importantly no excuses!
I highly recommend them!

I started using Undersun resistance bands December 2019. I was looking for something that was easier to haul around then dumbbells and could give me a full body workout without going to the gym. I have been nothing but impressed with this company and everything they were about. We are a tribe. It truly isn't anytime anyplace work out. Just turning 47 having resensus bands that are good quality with a company I can trust is by far the most beneficial fitness equipment I've ever owned other than maybe my bicycle. If you want a great company a great workout no matter what your goals are then get down with James, Annik and the rest of of the tribe at Undersun.

Been doing the workout for a week now. Love it! I've been doing weight lifting for years now, and i must say, doing Undersun Fitness Program is as par if not better. Only suggestion is for the program to have an app where i can do the workout even without wifi or internet connection.

I do have to say I love my bands. I always get the workout I need, with the strength I need which is fantastic. Love the workouts I get from Instagram with Annik, she always keeps me on my toes.
Love to see when people share all the different ways you can use your bands, so you can focus on different body parts.
Customer service has been amazing, answering all my questions.
It will be a while before I hit the gym again, this quarantine made me discovered how much I love workout from home.
I definitely give Undersun 💯 % rating.

Quarantine, no gym, needed a full workout that could be done at home that would work for entire family that included beginners to “athlete” and these worked perfectly for our needs. Thank goodness I didn’t need a full set of hand weights To stay on track

Like many, I got into the band thing during the lockdown. Im glad I did! Some look at gains by numbers. I go by physique. While I am still a hefty boy, I am slowly developing a body for the first time since high school! And doing so faster than I ever did at a gym! And im 40! While no product is perfect, I will share my experience with you. I had issues with one band being damaged, which they promptly replaced as soon as they got stock back in due to high demand from the lockdowns. Overall they are high quality! My only gripe is that they are a bit slick and your grip can slip a little. This obviously can be remedied with gloves. Mr. Grange is a good teacher with both his training programs and his youtube tutorials! While pricey, I highly suggest this product to anyone!

Undersun bands work great! I don't have much time to go to the gym and Hope I get to workout on the equipment I need for that day. I actually think RBT targets muscle groups better than free weights and nachines.

** DO NOT BUY** The bands aren’t bad but nowhere near $100+ worth. They charge you $40 for some terrible program. Better off getting workouts off the net for free. You can find the same quality for $20 on Amazon. They advertise a 90 day return but it’s a lie. When I called to return they minus 10% for a “restocking fee”. Then they make you pay $16+ for shipping the item back, after paying for that shipping in the first place. Complete used car salesman tactics. Terrible company & big sham.

Although I like the bands their service was deplorable. It took 3 weeks to get the bands in spite of multiple correspondence about their whereabouts. Correspondence was always responded to by someone named “jennifer” and the questions asked were never answered....I haven’t been notified of the shipping. Have you shipped the order? Are you out of stock? Never question was answered but I was told by “Jennifer” if I needed any help be sure to contact them. I believe “Jennifer to be a bot. Would not recommend them to a friend

A big disapointment and way overpriced. I bought the build bundle for $119, (which is close to $200 Australian). First of all the package took over a month to get here, which is not the sellers fault, but still annoying none the less. When I recieved it I realised the door anchor is not part of the deal and they wanted me to purcahse it separatly form a Amazon link that does not ship to my county. They also want to you buy the gloves as well.

The training program is delivered by a webiste (not a mobile app as the clever marketing would lead you to believe). This mean syou can't do the program offline (and need constant internet connection) and you cant listen to music while your working out, unless your happy to constantly jump backwards and forwards between your music app and web brower. The website also loggs you out between exercises, so your contanstly loging back in again.

They really should rename this product Train Sometimes, Train someplaces, because with the lack of door achor, and mobile app you are limited in where and when you can train. I feel like I've paid $200 for rubber bands, and as some have already pointed out, you can get this equipment for under $20 elsewhere on line. And the training content is freely available the 100's resistance band training tutorials on youtube.

I am pleased with the bands and the TA2 training course l purchased although it looks quite basic. There was nothing available on Amazon so l ordered the bundle direct from Undersun and was quoted a price of $161.00 which included delivery. A couple of weeks later I got a card from the post office advising me the delivery was at the local office waiting for delivery after l had paid an extra £31.00 for customs charges. There was no way l could send the bands back without first paying the customs charges which l was pretty annoyed about and Undersun were not interested in reimbursing me anything. l think Undersun Fitness should warn international customers that they will incur customs charges on top of their delivery charges so the buyer is fully aware that the price quoted is not the final price paid for the items.

Excellent quality product. Had few issues getting free exercise programme to work but Customer Service got this fixed after a couple of emails. I wish I could say the same thing.
I'm an old school, 64yr old resistance trainer, retired firefighter with many restrictions from injuries I received on the job.
I was enthusiastic about this program, and of course it includes no hard paper instructions on how the bands work, so I tried to access my 'free' training week along with several communications to customer service...
It's been weeks and after 100 attempts to access the free training, I still am left without a clue on how to use these bands...expensive tie-downs!
Don't waste your money here, in my opinion. I have bands but don't know how to use them!

I had lots of questions as I am new to exercise and resistance bands. The staff were friendly and helpful, my order arrived in good time and the resistance, bands gloves and TA2 program are great. They seem really strong and good quality. I completed my first TA2 workout today and WOW couldn't believe how great a workout I got. Even using the lightest band my muscles were burning (,in a good way). Would definitely recommend giving it a go if you want a good workout.

Great product, but WAY overpriced. You can get the door anchor and the resistance bands for much cheaper online ! (amazon, etc.) and even find free videos. I was not a fan of the videos that they provided. I wish I got my money back...

I originally shared a bad experience I had with Undersun customer service following an unfulfilled order - even while stating their products were terrific. I live in Canada so I expect things will cost a bit more. The free shipping should say except Canada or only in the U.S it was $20 and obviously I had to pay duty which is par for the course. I ordered the TA2 bundle. When it arrived it was missing the door anchor. I contacted them through the website and I recieved a response pretty quick. It simply said one will be shipped. I received it a week later. I'm very happy with their customer service and the bands. The workout is good and you WILL feel it.

Love these bands and their customer service. Super fast shipping and when. I had problem with one of the bands they shipped a replacement right away. Have used other brands, but can tell these are of a higher quality and best part is I can easily take them anywhere and even during the workout adjusting resistance is a snap. Even bought their gloves to use.

Out of all the fitness bands I shopped on line. Undersun is the only company that is very specific about what type bands your getting. Most is the sights I looked at I couldn't tell the length of, the resistance, or wether or not they were for yoga, strength or whatever. I chose undersun because I knew exactly what I was getting without ever having to lay eyes on the product, and when my order arrived it was exactly as described.

The company and staff were very helpful when the order could not be found due to it being misplaced. From attempting to track down the original order to creating a second order at no cost and tracking the package from the origin location to delivery, the service reps were very helpful and professional. After using the product, which after years of serving in the military makes it hard to lift weights, this program is amazing and allows me to get back to working out again.
