Great place if youre looking for someone to keep an eye on your kid while they play. If you are a parent looking for cell phone time. This is your place. If youre looking for a real gymnastics class and instruction. Look elsewhere. For over 3 years we have been visiting this location. Drastic down hill progression. Revolving door of teen age staff who has zero gymnastics backround or curriculum. When the staff has responses like "Im not sure what's going on, they just told me to teach this class.", this is a major issure. Core staff including coach bri and coach sam are amazing however they seem to have their hands tied by ownership. They will use "being part of the team" to progress you into more expensive classes which would be fine if there was more instruction or guidance. Seems we have had drastic decline in instruction, consistency, and progression while paying more per month. The communication from staff on scheduling for holidays or closed days is almost non existent. Several times showing up for class which was canceled with zero notice or communication as such. Being told "we put it on the social media" is not acceptable when we are here every week and closures could have been relayed to parents verbally or even in fliers on the wall. Sometimes they give announcements to 5 yr olds and under with a coloring page. You can guess that is not sufficient notice for a parent as the kid has no clue the message is even on the flier. Disgusting business practice of piling as many kids in as they can with zero regard for parent or even progression of skills.

We have expressed our concerns multiple times to management and staff. Today the receptionist was not even able to access the information for our daughters current class and was unable to communicate a resolve or reason for the decline. No management was present. Very unsafe and unnerving to know the incompetence shown at a potentially risky and dangerous venue.

Upstairs bathroom has been inoperable for nearly 3 years. The only bathroom in the facility is inside the gym. Letting unknown adults in the gym with kids is unacceptable and grossly negligent.

Adding to previous reviews. The smell of bacteria laden air inside the gym is downright disgusting.

We looked past many of these red flags for far too long due to the couple amazing coaches which are there. Unfortunately our expectations are higher than just a small percentage of respectable employees. OWNERSHIP is clearly the root issue.

Hoping this review makes a posative change for the community and future generations. At minimum helps someone make informed decisions before investing significant amounts of time or making a finacial commitment for their child's growth in the sport.

Unclean, Unstructured, and Lacking Leadership.

We had a very disappointing experience with the Shooting Stars program. While it’s marketed as an invitation-only, serious commitment, what we encountered was a lack of structure, poor communication, and disengaged coaching. Coaches often appeared uninterested, frequently left younger kids unsupervised, and on multiple occasions, ate or socialized during class time. There was no notice when coaches were absent, and new instructors were never introduced.

Our 4-year-old daughter along with other younger girls of the class, were often left out or ignored, and only thrived when finally given proper attention. One coach brought energy and engagement during a rare fill-in session, which highlighted what had been missing all along. Sadly, we felt the program was not what we signed up for, and withdrew due to these ongoing issues. Would not recommend based on our experience.

I have uploaded a photo of the head coach eating on the floor in front of the 4-6 year old shooting stars class. Happened often, mostly Dunkin Donuts.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party (11/17/24) at the Academy. I was totally amazed at what I didn't see to what I saw. There was poor management in helping parents plan a party for a group of Kindergarteners. I felt it was a wild and free 2 hours ALONE child playing. No coordination to keep the kids together for a child's birthday. I felt sorry for my daughter and went on the floor to play with her. That was not my job... who ever coordinated this fiasco should be re-evaluated. A large group like this should have been better coordinated for the kids to play together and share the happiness of the birthday girl. The one bathroom was OK... but really? We will not be back. I did not appreciate my daughter playing by herself and later I felt sorry for her and went on the floor to play with her. I would not recommend this organization as a perfect place to have a kids' birthday party. I felt as if she was isolated. -Barbara Lyons-

UGA is amazing! The team was so considerate and flexible. I scheduled my two kids a few weeks back for trial classes scheduled for 8/17 the beginner gymnastics and ninja class. The kids not only LOVED the classes but the staff is amazing! Karly and Samantha (floor manager) were considerate of our needs and Karly was sweet had my son do a quick eval to ensure he was put in the right level, the male instructor was very nice and considerate of my sons needs. Samantha the floor manager went above and beyond for us to be happy. She is the best manager for gymnastics that I have came across in the area and up north (we use to go to another gym here and in another state). Both of those front staff members are wonderful to families. We found our dream sports center for my kids and I couldn’t be happier :-)

Had an experience that I will never forget. Pulled my daughter out immediately and will never step foot back here again. Felt very unsafe and the disgusting woman who made such a scene should have had the police called on her. UGA did acknowledge my concern and refunded my money. What a horrible experience.

Will also say that the gym is very dirty and needs a complete overhaul/cleaning.

Can also tell that the coaches play favorites.

Have to find somewhere else to enroll my daughter.

A few weeks ago during a Friday 11:45 am open gym, may mother and my 4-year-old daughter faced a distressing situation—they got locked in the upstairs bathroom due to a faulty door handle. This incident was scary for both of them and highlighted a significant safety issue within the facility.

Upon raising the concern with the front desk, the response was a casual "sorry," lacking any genuine concern or urgency to rectify the situation or prevent future occurrences. The lack of empathy became even more apparent when, after this frightening experience, my mother was asked for payment for the open gym session. This lack of courtesy and understanding is beyond disappointing.

Having been a part of the UGA community for a full year, it's disheartening to see a consistent lack of care and attention to both customer service and facility maintenance—my daughter has repeatedly mentioned the spiders in the corners of the downstairs bathroom, yet no action has been taken to address it.

I don't even want to discuss the parking situation and chaotic lobby experience when classes are switching out.

The overall attitude we've encountered suggests a prioritization of certain members over others, contradicting the inclusive 'UGA family' environment that was promised. This experience has left us feeling undervalued and ready to seek a new gymnastics academy where safety, respect, and community are truly prioritized.

My kids went here, staff is lovely, pricing is fair I suppose but the cleanliness of the gym is low. The inside of the gym smells sooo bad. I’m not too sure how often they clean it but I was just there recently and I opened the door to the gym and got smacked in the face with the stench of stale feet and sweat. The bathroom reeks also, Oh and the parking is an absolute nightmare. Small and packed inside. Besides that however, I would definitely recommend the gym to other families. Considering the staff, the coaches especially for the younger classes are patient and nice. Hopefully they can get the gym instead mass sanitized lol

Not worried about your child coming to their gymn only worried about your checkbook.... Check or cash required first day! Does your child want to try it out? PAY FIRST Did you just move here and you want the best gym for your child who excels in gymnastics? Go to Maximum Velocity in Vero Beach instead they will allow you to view the facilty, watch classes, try a class all before handing your money over... I had set up a day for my daughter to try this gym out we drive the 30 mins and I can’t even see the facilty, and my daughter can’t go into class until I paid.... ridiculous! I even offered to pay for one class only so that we could decide if they were good enough. Nope not an option. I just signed up both of my kids at the gym I referenced above in Vero beach instead. They are wonderful and also have an online portal to pay though.

Not friendly to kids older then 4/5. Not the type of place that likes to let the kids have fun, because they act like all the kids need to be professional gymnasts. After 3 classes, which are only an hour long, the teacher wanted to switch my daughter to another teacher because she said she pretty much was giving up on my daughter(6yrs) cuz she couldn't roll or do cartwheels well either... there were only 3 kids in the class the day i was told this.. the teacher seems like my daughter should be a professional when its only her 3rd day. Absolutely love this gym, went here as a kid and it felt like a second home the coaches treated me like I was their own kid. And everyone just felt like family even tho I wasn’t on a competitive team or anything even the owners took time out of their busy schedule to make me feel important. I would come to this gym every single day of my childhood life eventually I got older n aged out, but I still didn’t wanna leave the gym so I asked if I could volunteer around the gym just help coach and eventually I became a employee and even till this day it’s still my second home and now I get to make the kids of this generation feel like this is their safe place.

Both of my daughters have been enrolled here for a few months now and we love it. The facility is always clean and ready for class. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Both of my girls (4 & 9) have learned so much so far. Miss Jordyn & Miss Bri are amazing, my youngest loves them! Can’t end this review without boasting about Ms. Sue, she runs that front desk so well! I’m so impressed by her work ethic and how extremely helpful and friendly she is! You won’t regret bringing your kids here!

My kids loves the gym. They are only 1 and 3 and they look forward to tot drop in every friday. 9-11 in air conditioning and only $5 per kid. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The classes here are fabulous too. Cant wait for my daughter to be old enough to start. Lots 9f things to do. From bounce house, to trampoline, rope swing, tumble!!! We love all around!!!

My experience with All Around started when i called to inquire about gymnastics for my 9 year old, i was given info and signed her up for a free class. Upon entering the building i was greeted by very friendly & knowledgeable staff, after I filled out a form my daughter lined up along a wall until the teacher came to get her class. I was able to go upstairs into an observation area where i could see the whole gym, I watched her participate and take correction and hands on teaching from the girl leading the class. They did several of the gymnastics events and she learned a lot, she loved it so i decided to sign her up. My experience was great except for the fact that i forgot they told me they only take Cash or check, all in all this place is very cool!

My daughter went on a field trip through her summer camp to this facility. She is afraid of going upside down yet was put upside down and thrown into a foam pit by one of the coaches. She was terrified and the coach continued to do this to her to try to get her over her fear of going upside down. The coach also mocked her and called her names. My daughters jaw slammed shut on impact into the pit one time causing her dental work to be damaged and had to be replaced. I called to discuss this with the owner but could not get a return phone call. After leaving several messages, I drove there and the owner was very unprofessional when I brought this to her attention and could barely take a break from eating her McDonalds to pay any attention to me or my complaint about her staff. The summer camp program hand delivered my daughters dental bill to All Around Gymnastics but they have declined reimbursing me.
