We attended this gym for about a month, and I want to share our full experience because I rely heavily on reviews when choosing activities for my kids.

When the owners were present, the classes were warm, positive, and structured in a way that really worked for my twin girls. They absolutely loved the activities and always left happy.

However, on days when the Saturday instructor was running the class alone, the experience was very different. My girls were not greeted, barely engaged with, and mostly ignored unless they misbehaved. Children this age, especially those still developing impulse control and high energy, need consistent, patient interaction. When they tried to connect and received no positive attention, their behavior escalated (as you would expect), and the only attention they received was negative.

There was a very clear difference in treatment depending on who was teaching, and that inconsistency made it hard for my girls to thrive. I reached out to the owners with a detailed, respectful message hoping to find a solution, but unfortunately never received a response.

My daughters loved the movement and the gym itself, and I truly hoped this would work long-term. But kindness, consistency, and communication are non-negotiable in a children’s program, and our experience in those areas was mixed.

Sharing this in case it helps another parent make an informed decision.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at USA Ninja Challenge in Ocoee, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was energetic, friendly, and fantastic with the kids. We recently had a birthday party here. We booked based off the instagram photos of this Ninja center, and were not sure what to expect. It was amazing! Of all the places I have had a birthday party it, this was the cleanest. The staff was amazing. The best part? you get the whole gym to yourself. They kept the kids entertained, and all the kids were begging to go back on the gym floor when the party was over. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had our little one’s 7th birthday party here.

I want to exaggerate how incredible this place is. I must have called 4 or 5 times with questions and/or concerns and I was met with kindness and patience every time.

This venue is perfect for the kids that love obstacle courses like ours does. The course was both instructor led - and with some free play which was great. When the course time was over most of the kids wanted to go back in. We had a range of ages from 4-7 and there did not seem to be an issue with anyone being able to participate. All the kiddos had a blast

We had a Pinata which I do not like piñatas so I was relieved that they handled that for me. (Thank you)

We had food delivered and cake. I added the extra half hour for refreshment time which even with the Pinata, we had plenty of time (if I do it again, I will also add extra time to the play area as well, as the kids enjoyed it so much). I LOVED the space for the party after the ninja course. There are two restrooms right in the same area so you can see where your child is going without having to stop and leave the party area. There were plenty of tables and space to use for gifts, setting things up etc.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about the staff and venue. It was an extremely clean space and ALSO: it was just our party.

We’ve have lots of parties over the years for our oldest and places like those trampoline parks- it’s hard to keep up with everyone because there are so many people. We had this place to ourselves, which I loved.

For Birthday Parties Compared to Urban Air Hamlin and SkyZone Colonial USA Ninja Challenge Was by Far the Best and Here Is Why

Why We Chose Ninja Challenge
We just celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday at USA Ninja Challenge and it was by far the best birthday party experience we have had. We had tried Urban Air in Hamlin and SkyZone in Colonial before, and while those places were fun for the kids, they were stressful and overwhelming from a parent’s point of view.

The Urban Air Experience
At Urban Air, the space is massive. That might sound appealing, but what actually happens is that kids scatter everywhere. Even if you invite ten kids, they are never in the same place at the same time. Some wander off alone, others pair up, and a few disappear into other groups. As the host, I ended up standing at the entrance just to make sure no one left with the wrong person. Walking around to track kids was impossible and exhausting. The tables are also right next to other loud parties, so it feels crowded, stressful, and far from intimate.

The SkyZone Experience
SkyZone was a little better since the space is brighter and you can see the kids more easily. The rooftop party area gave the kids freedom to run in and out. Still, the experience was shared with other groups and the noise level was high.

What Makes Ninja Challenge Different
Ninja Challenge was completely different. The entire facility is private for your group. We had three long tables that could easily seat up to twenty kids and another table for food. The obstacle course was only for our party, and the staff provided two dedicated coaches for our group of ten. The coaches guided the kids, encouraged them, and adjusted the challenges to their age. The activities blended free play with structured goals, which meant the kids stayed together, interacted, and supported each other. They were sweaty, smiling, and proud of themselves by the end.

A Safe and Relaxing Setup for Parents
The design of the space makes a huge difference for parents. The gym is surrounded by glass walls, so you can sit or stand at the bar height counter outside and still see everything clearly. Kids can run up, high five you, or chat, but you are not forced to chase them around. This meant we could finally relax and even enjoy conversations with other parents while still knowing our children were safe and supervised.

Cost and Value
The price was another big advantage. Our base package was 200 dollars, which included 60 minutes of gym time; we paid extra for an additional 30 minutes of gym time, 30 minutes for food and cake, and a group photo at the end. Compared to Urban Air and SkyZone, it was about a third of the cost. The owners, a Brazilian family, were warm and welcoming hosts who made the experience personal and easy.

The Real Difference Connection
What mattered most to me was that the kids were actually connected to each other. At trampoline parks, everyone spreads out. At Ninja Challenge, the kids stayed together, bonded, and built stronger friendships. This is the reason we host birthdays in the first place. Parents even told me afterward that their kids fell asleep on the car ride home, which says it all.

Extra Opportunities
The owners also mentioned they host school fundraisers, donating 20 percent of the proceeds back to PTOs. That is something I plan to bring up at my children’s school.

Final Recommendation
If you are a parent weighing costs and worried about the safety or chaos of larger venues, USA Ninja Challenge is the answer. It is affordable, private, safe, and incredibly well run. We will definitely be back, and I love that they can adjust activities for kids up to age 14.

We had our son's birthday here and we were so impressed with everything. The place was spacious enough to fit our rather large group, the kids all had a blast, and the staff were very helpful. The obstacle course was really fun for the kiddos and the staff assisted them the entire time. My son’s birthday party here was yesterday and was a total hit. The place is terrific for a very active, fun and engaging celebration. I am very grateful to the owner and the coaches who did a great job guiding each guest to enjoy the ninja challenge course. The installation is solid, and the equipment is
awesome. I’d provide 100 stars here if possible! The staff went beyond expectations, took a super nice group picture for us before the pizza and cake time, and let’s have a grand piñata finale afterwards. I highly recommend it, especially for a close-knit party!

My son absolutely loves his Ninja Wednesdays. I highly highly recommend this place. Especially if your kid has a lot of energy. The coaches will match it !!! All the kids come out sweaty,hungry, and happy. Don't let the Ninja name mislead you. It's not like kung-fu Ninja. It's jumping, climbing,running obstacle course stuff.
Also. Don't let the dead mall scare you off. Yes. Its empty and alot of odd stores, but it's safe and clean.

We had our youngest son’s 4th birthday party here, and it was great! The kids all really enjoyed it, and the parents loved it, too. It’s very clean, and the equipment is pristine. There were 2 or 3 “ninja guides” in with the 11 children all the time helping them with the ninja moves. They sized all the equipment to be just for the preschoolers, so they were able to do just about all of the cool activities - rock climbing, rings, high jump, balance beam, rock jump, etc. There’s a really nice separate area for parents to sit but still see the kids, and we set up the party there with their provided tables and benches / chairs, bringing in some Publix platters, but they will also cater pizza if you request it. The staff was really wonderful, and they answered all my questions via email. It really was a great birthday party!

We love this place! My 7 year old daughter and her friend come to every camp they have and always have a blast! My 3 year old son does a parent child class weekly and loves it as well. I love that they always change the layout of the courses and keep it fun and no pressure. My son has tried new things and gotten stronger in just a couple weeks because of this class. Also a plus they're a direct provider of Step Up which is helpful for us. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff as well as super clean!

My 4yo daughter loves USA Ninja Challenge! She loves Ms. Eloisa and Ms. Julia. My daughter was a fearful kid, she used to be afraid of high and things like jumping, or falling. Since she started attending to her Ninja classes, she became more confident and fearless. It also helps her regarding taking turns and sharing. At USA Ninja Challenge kids learn useful life skills in a fun way.

We have absolutely loved coming to Ninja warrior classes! It’s great exercise for the kids and they love the new challenges every week. We love Ninja Camp! Both my 4 year old son and my 8 year old daughter attend weekly. They have learned so many skills and have gotten so strong. Both kids really look forward to going and love it! The space also has tables and chairs in the waiting area which is great so I can get caught up on work while they are in class. Highly recommend them!

My daughter has been taking classes for about 9-10mo. We've done various ninja style classes over the years and we LOVE it here. They have a great system, provide feedback and coaching on how to progress in skill, it's not just a "free for all" program that many others do either. My two kids ages 6 and 8 love their weekly classes. After a few short weeks, their strength and confidence have improved and they are zooming across the monkey bars at the play ground.
