I took a private Pilates class with Crystal Maita last week at Vault Boca Raton. It was the first time I had ever tried Pilates. Crystal was amazing and patiently led me through all of the basics of Pilates. She also played great music. I would highly recommend Crystal as an instructor.

Stefanie, the owner of Vault Fitness, puts everything into the pilates classes she teaches. If you are looking for an instructor that pushes you, provides modifications as needed, and ensures your form is correct so you get the most from your workout, then you got this!

After much research, I selected Vault Fitness to host our daughter's hip hop birthday party. Stefanie, Brittany, Juli, Amanda, Nicole and Alexa were amazing to work with - super responsive, flexible with arrangements and on top of details. They were also accommodating with my transforming the studio into Hogwarts!

The studio is gorgeous. It was not only a great place for 30 girls to take lessons but had a great vibe for the 30 parents who were present for 2.5 hours. I cannot rave about Vault enough and highly recommend it for anything ranging from typical fitness classes to hosting an event! Thank you, Vault!
