I don't care about the staff because I want to work out, I know the machines and know how to work out. Its a cheap gym in MARGATE for crying out loud! People need to stop being petty and picking apart this place, WORK OUT! The childcare is fine, I have a 5 year old that loves going there. Your going to have issues with any place you go...your there for an hour, get over yourselves. The machines might be dirty but...they have cleaning solutions and paper towels everywhere...use them. What kind of employees do you want working in a gym for minimum wage...do your thing, stop judging and work on yourselves instead of analyzing everyone else.

Be aware, cars are getting their windows broken I got my stuff stolen and window broken today, they do not care about that nor they add a security guy, the parking lot is very dark and wouldn't surprise if women get targeted as well, the gym is fine but what good is a gym at $10 a month when the factory window in my car cost $380

I did have the same bad experience as "Mike" , i canceled my membership(1 month into it) and stop attending this place after i find out that this guy signed me into a monthly recurring charge agreement without me being aware. Now i got this company trying to collect money for a service that was not provided to me.Furthermore, I had to contact my bank to have them stop any recurring charge made to my account from this merchant. Unfortunately, i have to now file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and possible the Small Claim Court against this business , so that i can stop this ABC Financial company from sending the remaining "BALANCE" to collection and ruined my credit. It will be a long ride.
Terrible experience...!! i provided him with my bank information only for a ONE-TIME charge. However, these guy tricked me into this "agreement" that i never signed. BE AWARE..!! that it is all done electronically, therefore, there is no document/agreement for you to read or sign manually. Usually, i read every document i signed, but, this one time i failed to do it.
Last, this place lacks of cleanliness, and customer service is terrible. Always, on the phone or txt when you need to ask something.

This is a nice gym with great equipment however the staff continuously plays this undeground rap...the music is is vulgar and nothing you want to workout to. The gym was also very dirty...bathrooms and around the equipment. There were always several employees there however they were busy sitting on the front counter texting and watching tv.
When it came time for me to cancel they require you to fill out a form and send it in to a main location via mail and several other tasks just to cancel the membership... I had my bank stop the payments and they are still hunting me several months later...very bad experiences here would not recommend.

If you go for just the machines it's great. BUT...
If you go for the group classes & use childcare READ THIS!

They have kids watching your kids with ZERO EXPERIENCE,
the customer service is horrible (ehhh hmm Jason)
AND their class instructor is high on something.

I went to drop off my daughter before class & there was this snotty little boy named Jason barely paying attention to the kids. I asked where the child care person was, he barely looked at me & said he's subbing? wth? I swooped my daughter up & left immediately.
2nd time I took her there, there was like a 17 yr.old watching them also looked like she was scared & has no idea how to care for children.
3rd time it was packed with kids where they were literally running over each other with toys.

After speaking with some Moms even a Dad, apparently they do this ALL THE TIME. When someone doesn't show, they just wing it with some teenybopper to watch them. How is this even legal?

CLASSES

I <3ed my classes & Zoila rocked as a Zumba instructor, but they have this lady named Miss Marcia who everyone in her class knows is highly medicated while she attempts to teach the class. The worst part of all of this & what makes this gym suck, is that they know about everything & still do nothing. Snotty Jason still watches the kids AND off her rocker Miss Marcia is still teaching high as a kite & they say "there is nothing we can do because her boss is in California" WTH???

The mismanagement of this gym is staggering.

Conclusion: back to driving all the way to LA Fitness where they at least pretend to care & have common sense.
