The Lake Buena Vista course is in terrible condition. It is not worth the money. They know it is in poor shape because they give you a 15% discount when you check in! Why don’t they tell you this when you book! I would not recommend playing this course until they completely re do the greens.

Fantastic experience golfing at the Disney courses. I've golfed Lake Buena Vista, Palm, and Oak Trail and have had great service and experience on each. As a golfer who books as a single each of the groups I've been paired with have been friendly, welcoming and un-intimidating. Pro-tip the cheapest food/drinks you'll get on Disney property are at the courses, stick around for a drink & lunch and tip well! I saw someone mention in the reviews 'thanks for the ice machines on course' I will second this. Thanks for the ice machines on the course. I've golfed in April and September and was thankful both times for this little feature.
I'll need to revisit for a round at the Magnolia...my DM's as they say...are open ;)

Played the Disney Magnolia golf course. Nice layout. Great for shot makers i.e. direction and distance control. The greens were punched about 3 weeks before I played and the greens were already in excellent condition. Staff in pro shop were excellent. Also, thanks for having ice machines on the golf course. Please add this course to the USGA GHIN system.

3 of us golfed Palm Course 7/2 at 10:30 (585241987 confirm). Course aerated May so good condition. However, a single was added (making us a 4some), w 2 scratch, all different teeboxes, and only 2some behind us. Worse, I'm starving after driving >2 hrr to Disney. Cart first appears on hole 6 with only booze and chips (sandwiches on cart sold out by noon!). Told cartperson i was starving, but she never reappeared. I skip hole 10 & 11 to drive back to foodstand near proshop. Pictured is disgusting $7 hotdog and my receipt time-stamped after 1pm. Terrible service ruining this course!!!

Golfing was great! The start to our day didn't go well though. They had a problem with their card system and I had to swipe my card twice which ended up charging me twice of $119. They could only find evidence of one charge though. So they refunded me the one charge after I showed proof I was charged twice. Then my father had everything rung up and he was charged the amount I was charged of $119 it then became a pending charge so they had to ring him up again and charged him his actual amount of $180. The next day his pending charge went through of $119. I got ahold of the golf club and just like my 2nd charge. They had to records of his $119 charge even though I proved through screenshots he was charged $119 plus the $180 even though he only spent $180. So essentially it costed him $300 for a sunset 9 round of golf ($55) club rentals ($35) and 2 hats. They couldn't refund him the $119 so he's just out of $119 becauss they have no records he was charged even though I have proof. Definitely not typical disney fashion. Sad to see. Probably the last time we go there. Rather go off property to much better courses.

We always enjoy golfing here. The courses are fun and the people are fantastic. We usually golf on the Oak Trail course, but my husband needs to use a handicapped cart. This vacation we couldn't use one on the O.T. so they allowed us access to the Palm. It is a challenging course for the more skilled players, yet even regular golfers like us can enjoy it and achieve a measure of success! The fairways are in great shape and the greens are challenging with nice undulations and good speed. Seeing some Disney wildlife is always an added bonus. We had a great time and our golfing vacation was very fun! Many thanks to Adelaide, Alan, Jim and everyone else who works at the Magnolia, Palm and Oak Trail courses. You are the best!

Course play was very slow, we had four groups on one hole and i told this to a course ranger and his reply was we had a few start late. I understand in my late tee time but, that should have no barring on pace of play. The slow play was unacceptable and slower players should been encouraged to speed up or let player play through. $336 for 2 fees and rented clubs is to much to spend to not be satisfied with the course management.

They didn’t honor my booking amount from GolfNow.
I booked my play via GolfNow.
GolfNow charged me certain amount as prepay and then told me how much I owe at the Disney Golf store. The golf staff charged me more than what I owed and once I disputed that they refunded that fee and charged me the amount I owe as per GolfNow app and added tax to it. This was after me showing that Tax is already included in the pay I owe as per GolfNow. Blatant cheating and scamming people out of their money. I was going to renew my yearly Disney membership, I am not going to do this anymore. It’s not about the 9-10$ I had to pay extra. I could care less for that. It’s about principle and being honest. These guys are bunch of cheaters.

We just finished playing these courses 6 times in 4 days. Both great courses with great players assistants and staff. They bring drinks around to you and have food on the course as well. They give good starting windows and will give you a card so you can get an additional 10% off of golf every time you go up to 50% if you golf within the following 10 days. We played both plenty of times and the consensus was that we all preferred the Palm side.

Today we played The palms course at Walt Disney world. Unfortunately due to rain each player had to use the cart path only. The course was extremely wet. While it has a beautiful layout, having to walk is just not magical. unfortunately this is the fourth time in a row that we have played the two courses and have had card path only. The call center for Disney’s golf courses are pathetic. They don’t let you reach the pro shop so anyone sitting behind a computer can look at the tee sheet but actually not know what’s going on at the course. I will never stop bragging about the best golf deal in central Florida, the players club at Walt Disney World Golf. WDW has applied time and money to improve every course. 90 percent of the time the guest and/or visitors to the golf courses will have the opportunity to enjoy their outing. Weather does occasionally play the spoiler, but it's Florida. 95 percent of the staff are more than willing to assist you in any way possible. While the courses are not ready to host a PGA event, most players are pleased with the conditions.

It is a nice golf course. I enjoyed playing Magnolia golf course. I am 68 years old and tyipcally play the senior tees.
It was a bit too long for me on several of the par 4 holes. I hit very good drives for me and was still more than 200 yards from the green.
We played in early July. It was exceptionally hot. Too hot. The heat index was 110 degrees. Toward the end of the day i was cramping up.
If i considered playing it again i would tee off no later than 8:00am during the summer months.

The golf course was of course absolutely beautiful.

But, I do think they schedule the tee times too close together.

The team behind us skipped the first hole to move ahead faster. We got stuck behind a team playing slightly slower which was fine as it gave us a little more play time. The team behind us was playing all the way up to us on our hole even though we had nowhere to go with team in front of us. Ended up skipping the next hole and having to call their customer service team who goes around making sure things run smoothly. He had us skip another hole we were halfway through and not finished with. When we skipped it the other team was still on the tee box. So we were just sitting in the golf cart waiting. It made no sense. The overall happiness of playing at a Disney golf course slowly dissipated. We left halfway through our game.

I give stars for the condition and look of the golf course which was phenomenal and the way the team members dealt with the situation. They counted our balls and gave us back the according compensation for leaving halfway through. They understood our disappointment and took care of it in a kind manner.

Magnolia and Palm are located by Walt Disney World, Lake Beuna Vista is a little further away. Courses are nice and challenging. The employees are great, always trying to make sure your happy. Pricing is reasonable however er the cart service is a little slow so buy what you want and store it in the cart cooler.

Arnold Palmer Golf Management is no longer taking tee times for single golfers online. Singles may only request tee times three days prior and only by phone. This is an absurd policy for a golf course at a vacation resort. Singles now have to fly or drive their clubs to the resort in hopes that they may receive a tee time. Most likely in the middle of the day. Single golfers are paying customers too. Just who exactly does Arnold Palmer think matches up with threesomes? This policy only works for locals and makes golfing as a single virtually impossible for resort guests. It's unfortunate a great part of the Disney Vacation experience is no longer possible for all guests.

First we have to pay to use Handicap carts, then we don't, now we can't ride in the carts with our parents who are handicap and we have to pay for the carts.
