This gym is amazing! I’ve trained at multiple gyms throughout Tampa and no one has paid such close attention and adapted the workouts so specifically towards me as Brandon does. If you are looking for amazing personal training I would highly recommend Way of Life Fitness!

You absolutely have to get a membership here. I have never done a group workout class before coming here and it was so much better than I expected. The class was not intimidating at all. The trainers, Chris and Brandon, are so welcoming! I am definitely “beginner” level when it comes to the gym, and both trainers accommodated to my capabilities while also making sure I was getting a good workout. 10/10!

The owner wouldn’t let me just use the treadmill. No matter what I was willing to pay. It’s his way personal training or the hwy. As someone from out of town and a personal trainer myself I just needed a treadmill. So frustrating!

I have been going to Way of Life Fitness for the last 14 months, and more than just losing 50lbs and maintaining it with a body recomposition of increase in muscle mass, strength, and endurance, my mental grit and strength has been elevated.
Of course, the trainee/client must put in the quality work with appropriate diet, but with consistency of showing up sustainably, the trainers Brandon, Chris, and Clarissa provide a surprisingly ever changing superset of weightlifting, calisthenics, cardio, functional movements and must more in a 45 min time frame that I simply cannot recreate on my own consistently. This enables me to push myself beyond my limits in an efficient amount of time around my work schedule.
I started with 4 months of 1 on 1 personal training with Brandon to get very acquainted with working out overall, and now, I very much enjoy the morning and occasional evening class 5 days a week. The trainers will push you right up to your limits & strengthen you mentally as well with great life guidance. I've learned a lot physically & mentally here, and I will continue to train here consistently to achieve my goals.

Incredible gym! All the training is very personalized and the trainers are probably some of the nicest people I know. They are very flexible with scheduling and have some of the most affordable personal training in Tampa. Would highly recommend their classes too if you like that!

Fantastic personal training with Brandon (personal trainer) at "Way of Life Fitness!!" He knows how to make you build muscle and burn calories! You get the "one on one" attention, motivation, awesome energy, and excellent knowledge from him. He knows your goal, and will help you strive to achieve it...and some. The training is intense...in a good way! At the end of each sessions, you will always leave the gym feeling good about yourself. $$Dollars well spent!!

I have been going to Way of Life Fitness since they opened and have had the opportunity to have one on one session with each trainer throughout the years. Brandon, Chris and Clarissa are very knowledgeable within the health and fitness space and really do care about seeing their clients reach their goals and become overall healthy. I Love this gym and everything it stands for. I was never able to stay committed to anything fitness, thought I was allergic to gyms honestly lol that’s how much I hated them but investing in a personal trainer this year was THE BEST decision I’ve ever made! I look forward to coming to the gym everyday now and I thank Brandon for that. He has helped me not just physically but mentally as well understand the importance of living a healthier lifestyle. It’s truly became a “way of life” for me. They offer all different kinds of programs for everyone, they keep the gym CLEAN, and are constantly disinfecting the equipment after each use. I joined way of life 4 years ago. Loved the atmosphere, Loved the trainers and the different workouts daily. I fell off and stopped going, put on a considerable amount of weight. I was Self conscious to go back for fear of judgment, however that was not the case. We evaluated where my struggles were and they were right back on board for helping me get back in shape and healthy. Since rejoining i've lost over £40, at my healthiest weight an level of physical fitness in years. I owe them and thank them so much for all their help. Clarissa, branden and Chris have such passion for what they do and it shows in their attention to each client's personal needs. Highly recommend

This establishment is the best in their area. Very professional, pays attention to details, compassionate about your fitness goals, offers fit classes, and effective one on one training. I used to train with Way of Life when I lived in Tampa and even after I left was still mentored by Brandon (one of the trainers) to help keep me on track with my health and fitness goals. And even now do their online coaching program to help me from a distance stay focused on my goals and and stay on track!!!! Highly recommended for anyone who struggles with stay focused on their fitness goals. This company is who inspired and motivated me to start my own personal training journey.

If you're looking for professional personal training or looking to join a fit class look no further. Chris and Brandon do a great job of helping you achieve your personal goals. I would often get in the cycle of joining a gym and then quitting the gym months later because it was hard to stay motivated.
