I love this pilates studio! It’s very cozy and clean. All the instructors are very good at their jobs; especially Annie the owner. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. If you really want to go to an awesome pilates studio, this is it.

I bought a package of 5 classes on Groupon for WELLNESS & MOTION PILATES to see if would like to introduce Pilates to my life. I called this place and the lady was friendly asked me questions like if I was interested in private classes etc and as soon as I told her that I got the Groupon deal she changed completely told me straight up that she had no space for me to come and redeem those classes.
I want to let everyone know that this not right. Why expose a business to the public if you are not going to honor it. I hope nobody else buys this because I ended up losing $10.00 on Groupon just for canceling this purchase. DO NOT BUY IT!!! Find another place

Amazing studio! The experience from both personal training to group classes has been wonderful. The staff is great and very supportive. I have chronic lower back pain that is improving and my core and the rest of my body is strengthening thanks to Pilates.

I've been going for years to that place. Love it! Very cozy, nice ambiance, a bit of French touch and we'll equipped. On top, Sylvain and Annie are so nice .... highly recommend :)

Beautiful place with a lot of tools and the instructor is really professional. being a personal trainer, I was sore from core workouts and legs. Very nice
