Thanks to the Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, I am able to look at your health more broadly, combining the signals coming from the body with the language of your emotions. Sugandha’s online yoga classes are amazing! Each session is clear, calming, and so supportive. I always finish feeling lighter and more energized. I love how she guides alignment and mindfulness together, making the practice safe, transformative and convenient. Having recordings to replay is a huge bonus, and the community she’s built feels very welcoming. Highly recommend Sugandha’s classes to anyone looking for balance, strength, and health.

I loved the cooking class. I met wonderful people, I learned basic principles of ayurveda, and I had some delicious food that I can recreate at home. Sugandha is such a great hostess! She is kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her cooking class and her foods. I love adding the turmeric soother to my coffee!

I’m so grateful to have found Sugandha! I first met her while attending her introductory workshop on the basics of Ayurveda and the Doshas. It was very informative and helped me to better understand my body type. I then completed an Ayurveda consultation with Sugandha where we dove deeper into what imbalances were occurring within my body and simple changes I could make in my life to get back into balance. By following the protocol she subscribed I saw positive and lasting changes right away. Sugandha was available to answer my questions along the way and followed up with me weeks later to help me continue my plan. I can’t wait to learn more from her through her pranayama and cooking courses!

I started taking classes with Sugandha several months ago when she began teaching at the LWR YMCA. She is an amazing yoga instructor, blending the mind and body, helping you achieve the correct form, and teaching how proper breathing and holding of the pose can benefit your body. Even though I have been taking yoga classes for over ten years, she’s made minor adjustments to my form on several occasions, and I’m always amazed what a difference the slight correction has had.
Last month Sugandha began offering a 90 minute first Saturday of the month workshop on hip mobility and flexibility. This is the best “exercise” class - yoga or otherwise - that I have ever taken. I have pretty tight hips and when I left the workshop I felt like I had had a 90 minute medical massage. I hope this workshop will be offered every month; it is AWESOME, and even though it is at the YMCA, it is open to non-members.
I look forward to every class with Sugandha. Thank you!

I highly recommend these classes. Sugandha gives good instructions and pays close attention to each student. I have been taking chair yoga, which initially I thought might be too easy... but using the chair as a prop helps the body go into each pose properly. I always leave class feeling wonderful!

I went to my first cooking class and experienced delicious and healing vegan food. Sugandha teaches you how to cook with healing spices and foods. It's always good to find expert people in our community who want the well-being of others. I loved her class and highly recommend it!!!

I highly recommend taking a class with Sugandha, whether a yoga class or an Ayurveda class. I was lucky enough to find her by chance; it has been a real blessing. Sugandha has a beautiful personality and radiates a brilliant light. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, and I can say that Sugandha is one of the best instructors I have ever had. I am a certified yoga instructor, and I enjoy her teaching style. You don't need to be an expert yogi to attend her classes, as she provides modified postures for beginners and intermediate practitioners. She has a remarkable knowledge of yoga and strikes a balance between a technical and a spiritual approach. Her cooking classes are also very informative about health and techniques based on Ayurveda principles. I invited my friends to one of her cooking classes for my birthday, and everyone loved the experience. The best part was enjoying the delicious meal we prepared together. As I said, I highly recommend taking classes with Sugandha. I sincerely believe you will enjoy the experience.

I am so glad that I decided to take yoga classes and ayurvedic consultation with sugandha and team. My health was detouring after my 40s and I needed flexibility and strength. I practiced prenatal yoga with Sugandha (wellness sutra) during 2021-2022 online while I was pregnant. Around 4 months into pregnancy I started having some hip joint pain which made me look into this option. I’m glad I did so. By the end of my pregnancy I had lot more strength and flexibility from where I started. She was great as a teacher, very patient, knew the postures very well to guide you accurately, gave clear instructions, addressed any physical concerns, flexible scheduling, professed the correct usage of props, etc. This was my 1st pregnancy , had a normal delivery and I took under 25min from start to end for the push (which is very less for 1st timers) because I believe my muscles were flexible from the prenatal yoga I did for months. Thanks Sugandha for this smooth journey.

I have been with wellness sutra from past three years. Sugandha has helped me cope with thyriod . I like the way sugandha manages the class giving individual attention to each one and the way she corrects postures and help in reaching the correct posture with time and patience. I love how sugandha design her classes and put and effort to make sure every one is taken care in the class.I am a complete beginner in yoga and I sugandha made me very comfortable from the first class itself. I had major migraine issues and back pain. Yoga really help made tackle there’s issues holistically . I am off medication and feel really good in my body.
