As a former pro athlete i take fitness very serious and I can tell you shane knows his stuff.
He's one of if not the best I've dealt with in the industry and I've trained at alot of places.

If you’re looking to improve yourself mentally and physically, Westchase Fitness can help. Shane Davis has provided me 1:1 training and helped me reach some personal milestones.
I started working with Shane in mid May 2023 and I’ve gone from 250 lbs to 200lbs and steadily dropping. He will create a fitness program that’s customized to and you only with nutrition guidance. I highly recommend WCF!

Shane! Met him at another gym while working out on day. He became (and still is to this today) a great resource in and out of the gym, and I'd even consider him a friend. He really knows his stuff and sees it through a different lense than almost any other trainer that I've worked with. Typically trainers think that everything is one size fits all and with Shane, he knows that's not true. Any help, advice or program I've ever gotten from Shane has been specific to my situation, body and other very personal factors. Awesome place! Shane is super thorough and goes over your fitness goals with you before starting your training. During your training session, he will help you complete your workout all while modifying any movements you may have trouble with. He provides just the right amount of motivation to keep you going without being intimidated or discouraged. After your session, he texts you to see how you’re feeling and also sends you nutrition tips as well so you can make the most out of your workout. Highly recommend Westchase Fitness!

Westchase Fitness/Shane is amazing! I'm picky about everything in my life, and I have NO complaints. I was skinny in my previous life and never worked out in my 20's, but in my early 30's, my metabolism vanished. I started working with Shane, and the pounds fell off when I followed his advice. I got so excited about the quick results that I started to slack off, but that's 100% my fault. Shane consistently checks on me to see how I'm doing, and he is super flexible with scheduling. He is always professional, and you will not be disappointed. If you're even thinking about it, just call for a free consultation. His knowledge and personality will win you over and make you realize that it's worth the investment in yourself! No one actually likes working out, but Shane makes it way more tolerable.

Shane’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition has helped me reach my goal. My goal was to reach 120lbs. My start weight was 150 and in less than one year I was down to 117 pounds. My work outs are intense and I love them. Shane pushes me to do things to the best of my ability but at the same time he makes the workouts fun. Most of all, he takes the time to teach me valuable things. Shane takes the time to show me the workouts, explains what they do to the body and the importance of having the right posture. We also talk about nutrition and the importance of eating clean. I always thought that having a trainer was a waste of time but I have to say, that is not true it is the best thing I have invested in. Even now that I have reached my goal, I will continue to train to get that rock hard body that I always dreamed of having.
