I've been a member ($90/ month) of WTC- Pickleball, for 3 years, along with a group of more than 22 friends. Today, I brought a guest who paid $16 to play from 7:00 to 8:30. At 7:25 rain started. We waited for 15 minutes to see if rain will stop. At 7:45 I went to service desk, to request a rain check for my guest, and try to explain to an individual that apparently had some authority; and didn't let me finish to explain my request; and said "NO. Rain checks are good only if you play less than 30 minutes" Once again, I tried to explain and the individual just replied "NO". Obviously, Weston Tennis Center, has no business sense and zero consideration for current members. It's no coincidence, WTC lost 25% of Pickleball membership in last 4 months. If you are looking for a good Pickleball Club, stay away from WTC! There are state of the art Clubs within 10-20 miles from WTC., ie: Epic (Sawgrass Mills Mall), The Fort- Ft Lauderdale

I came to this place with questions and I got greeted by Gianna who did a fantastic job at explaining the different memberships they had. I normally don't leave reviews hut when I see such a god customer service I feel force to acknowledge people and places.

This club is a scam, they dont have any courts to play, the courts are always dirty and on top of that they make you sign a contract saying is month a month but if you leave they charge you the whole year. Even if you have a good reason to leave as loosing your job or changing addresses.
And there is never parking or courts to play.
Dont waist your time and money!

I was very disappointed at so many levels. I had a buddy in town, and we decided to try out the facilities. Parking was a nightmare Saturday morning at 10 am as we waited for a court. Everything was packed, and the fees were outrageous. We paid $34.00 for an hour and a half of tennis. The stadium court we were assigned to was in poor condition. The lines of the clay court were raised, and a danger, the east single sideline on the north side was tattered and needed to be replaced. The pickelball court was adjacent to our court, and the noise was barely tolerable. I played collegiate tennis and on the satellite, I don't recommend this center for serious tennis enthusiasts.

Everything about the place is pretty bad. employees lazy, lack common sense and rude, courts are not well kept, the sound of the expressway next to it is horrible, pickleball players loud with speakers as if they were at a cheap club and the tennis is average. Men tennis teams are ok but women teams are intense and feisty.

Amazing place to learn and improve your pickleball game. High level professional players were great in giving us tips to improve our game. Staff and management were very helpful and nice. We visited multiple times for clinics, events and privates while on vacation. Courts are in amazing condition. We will be back and highly recommend this place.

The place is very good for enjoy the competition with everything the family. The courts are great! There is shopping the accessories and utensils the tennis.
You can bring portable chair for sit down near a the court.

We payed for Junior Tournament (Hannah Thompson - Tournament Director). They canceled the tournament, but didn’t sent the information about it!!! We lost a lot of time driving to this tournament. Very bad organized tournament! Do not recommend!

Don’t get the membership if you want to play at 6 PM or later, for some reason you will be at ‘waiting list’ even if you reserve in advanced, it is literally reserved for something else that they don’t tell you. I’ve been member for about 2 months, I regret about it

I’ve been trying to get the director to call me back for over 3 weeks. 5 phone calls, email, countless messages. I just need an answer about a refund because my daughter’s classes were canceled because of Covid. Nothing! No refund, no call backs. Stay far away from this place. Cases here are on the rise and they want me to pay an additional $125 to put her in a summer class/camp. Horrible customer service and common sense.

I called to ask if there was a clinic. They'd said yes, today 7:00pm intermediate. Paid $30 the non member rate and went to the court. I said to the instructor: I'm here for the clinic. He answered there is only a private clinic. He then said wait a moment and left.
I made my way to the reception and after waiting a few minutes the lady behind the counter told me she was sorry but there was no clinic. O and by the way since you paid with a card leave me your number because the owner has to reemburse you from her house.
Totally ok since being a 40 year old man with two kids i have tons of afternoons to waste... thanks very much Weston tennis center.

This facility is one of the best tennis clubs in the Ft lauderdale area. There are 16 courts Hard True all lighted. It is much less expencive than others in the weston area and the courts are in better condition. I do not think the staff is deceptive and have never herd of any club letting its members play during a lightening storm. I would recomend Weston Tennis Center and the Cliff Drysdale team to any players who want to improve their game or simply have fun and get some exercise.
