This business has closed yet they chose to still advertise on google that they are open. I drove all the way to the studio to have a hard time finding the place, after walking around the building like 3 times I decided to call the number on the listed on here. The owner said that they are closed because of the pandemic and that they are only doing private lessons and that she did not want to list her address as the business. I understand that but I think it’s unethical to advertise that you are still open just to gain exposure for your private yoga lessons business. I hope they correct this because I’m sure I’m not the only person who has wasted time and resources to get to a nonexistent yoga studio. Thanks:)

I started with the Weston Yoga $10 class pass, which allowed me to sample the various studio offerings. I tried yoga sculpt, vinyasa hot flow, warm yin/yang deep stretch, meditation, hatha, and what became my favorite, restorative. Restorative yoga, holding poses longer, advanced my post-injury recovery, and I grew to appreciate the cleanliness, vibe, energy and lighting of the studio. Carolina, the owner, manages with unmatched efficiency and professionalism, and the space has an appropriate display of fun and unique items like oils, tops, leggings, crystals, and blocks. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, and unlike other places where yoga is scheduled after a sweaty class like Zumba, Weston Yoga devotes it’s every effort to the sacred practice, even hosting special events like reiki. I’m entirely thrilled and would recommend it to anyone looking for a top tier yoga studio.

In my opinion Weston Yoga Studio is the best place for yoga practitioners in this part of Florida. Carolina and her staff not only are very knowledgeable in different yoga technics but make each class a very nice and growing experience. Located in an easily accessible place, the studio is equipped with all necessary elements that facilitate the yoga (and meditation) practice under a warmth environment.

My absolute favorite place. I highly recommend to everyone!! Most kind hearted people, and very supportive as well. Every time I walk inside, I suddenly feel uplifted. Pure zen!! There is even a cute little shop with many outfits, bracelets, necklaces to choose from. What are you waiting for ?!

While the studio is nice it is a nightmare to cancel the membership. The owner pushes you not to cancel and makes it almost impossible and streches the process just to justify charging you extra. They make it easy for you to join and work with you but if you try to cancel the membership is a battle and you end up in bad terms. Make sure you know the rules and truly read the contract contract because they will not work with you once you decide to cancel.

I was looking for something to help with increasing flexibility and eliminating tightness from weightlifting, and yoga has turned out to be the answer. Weston Yoga has been great for even a beginner like me to feel comfortable and able to learn and progress. Very knowledgeable teachers and a peaceful and inviting environment to be in.

Weston Yoga and Wellness is a wonderful and nurturing studio! The welcoming "tone" is set by the owner Carolina and extends to all of the teachers that work there. Classes are offered for all different levels and types of yoga and each teacher is skilled so that modifications for poses are given to meet the differing needs of students. This past summer I decided to take yoga teacher training at Weston Yoga and Wellness with Fabienne Grossman. It was an amazing experience that deepened my own personal practice and knowledge. It was taught with safety, integrity and compassion. I am now continuing to enjoy the study of yoga and teaching classes as well. Thank you Weston Yoga and Wellness!!!

Great studio! I have some health issues so I take the studio’s gentle and restorative classes. You can’t beat these teachers or classes. My flexibility, strength, balance, and ability to concentrate and meditate are so much better since I started taking classes here! Thanks Weston yoga!

It was my first time trying Yoga, so I was kind of nervous about feeling awkward or left behind. From the moment I stepped in I felt an inviting and warming environment. The beginners class was just right for me. I think the first time trying anything determines if you will continue to do it. I fell absolutely in love with every aspect of the room, the class, the environment and the people involved.

Weston Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio with an amazing staff. I take classes and am also doing my 200RYT training at Weston Yoga. The environment of the studio is beautifully peaceful and tranquil. Carolina, the owner of Weston Yoga is extremely nice, helpful and nothing short of passionate and amazing when it comes to the studio, as well as her customers. The instructors at Weston are also incredible and I highly recommend taking Gentle and Restorative yoga with Fabienne. You will leave her class feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. It's truly incredible. To anyone that is looking for a yoga studio that provides a beautiful and relaxing environment with incredible staff and classes, I highly recommend Weston Yoga.
