I can't say enough good things about my experience with Christina as a personal trainer! Recently, she has been a game-changer in helping me activate muscles that I've struggled to connect with. During our sessions, she introduced me to a variety of routines, openers, and finishers that I can easily incorporate into my training.

I have been training with Tina for several months now. I have had dramatic improvements in my form and conditioning. I have a neurological disorder and spinal issues. Tina is well versed in anatomy & physiology. She tailors my workouts to accommodate for my injuries. She pinpoints my issues & find solutions to solve them. I have also been posing for women’s physique with Tina. My posing has become much more graceful. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the results I see. I highly recommend Tina.

Christina is the best trainer I’ve had . she’s passionate, dedicated and most importantly very very knowledgeable. She understands kinesthetics and the physiology of your body and will custom tailor a workout program to fit you. Also, if you have an injury, she will know exactly what to do to get back on your feet. She has done that with my shoulder.

Excellent trainer! Tina is amazing. Not only does she give you a great training session, she really understands fitness. She trains each client differently depending on the fitness level, injuries, goals, etc. Tina guides her clients through each workout and makes any necessary accommodations. I highly recommend Tina for all fitness levels :) any guy or girl would benefit from her training.

As a current service member of the National Guard, I was looking for a trainer and mentor for my short time here in the area. Christina was very nice to offer a military discount, which I was very grateful for. She put me through her epic leg workout, while catering to a hip injury and lower back issues. I have been a “gym person” off and on for 20+ years and never used a trainer until I stopped and asked Tina for some advice at Fitness System, because it was clear she knew her stuff and she CARES about all of her clients whether they are an aspiring bodybuilder, a beginner, someone rehabbing, and all ages and genders. She is a true pro and has helped me correct some fundamental things, such as mobility, posture, quad activation, and at 54 I honestly am stronger, healthier, and in far less pain than before I started working with her. If you are on the fence on going with a trainer and are considering her, make the investment in yourself. You are worth it and so is she!

Christina is the most talented trainer I have ever worked with. In the 3 years I have know her, I’ve seen her train ALL demographics of clients- competitors, men and women wanting to loss fat or gain muscle, sports specific athletes , and the toughest client of all those of us with injuries. Years of body building has left me with back and hip injuries that make “standard” weightlifting painful and detrimental to my spine. Christina has the knowledge and creativity to create programs for me ( week after week) that have allowed me to regain muscle , strength, and endurance without further injury and pain. The unconventional movements she has taught me will always be a part of my routines and I am forever grateful to her for being my trainer ( and friend)

All I can say is WOW! I am extremely picky, as everyone should be, with who I allow to train me. I have worked with some amazing trainers, but Christina is on a different level. Her passion for the medical side of training is truly next level. She has clearly devoted her life to understanding how every muscle works holistically with the entire body. I have loved the gym for years but took time away and new I had to get back in the saddle. I hired Christina to help motivate me and get me back to the mental space I needed. What I get from her is not just motivation but within days of workouts she saw all of my weaknesses that were truly preventing me from attaining my potential. She's not about heavy weights or just tossing around a tire. She is about controlled movements and taking YOUR physique to the next level. She gives me suggestions of vitamins to help, stretches to relieve previous pains and injuries, and the greatest workouts I have ever had. Do not hesitate to hire her...she's kind and funny on top of everything so at worst you'll have great arms and legs and a ton of laughs!

Tina La Titan is hands down the most intimate and knowledgeable trainer there is in the industry. Her diverse experience has allowed her to take those lessons and apply it to her clients based on what they are looking for.
The gym and working out can be so intimidating! But she makes it both a great environment and an enjoyable experience. Especially for me, I have struggled with my exercise, development and devotion since I was young. I’d get frustrated with what I couldn’t do or achieve bc I didn’t know if I was doing it right or have the right motivation behind each session. I am so glad I linked up with Tina. From day one, she has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. She’s honest, tough but fair. She holds both myself and herself (as my trainer) accountable for maintaining consistency, While also emphasizing positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I was at but also push me beyond my limits when I needed it! She always hands me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions. This includes better eating habits and options for meals to suit my goals! She has been such a blessing. She is honestly what this industry needs more of and I am so glad she is my trainer!
