After only 2 sessions with David, the pains in my hip and shoulder, which have been plaguing me for years, has greatly diminished. I cant wait to finish the program and feel the strongest and healthiest Ive been since being a child athlete!

David is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. As a personal trainer that pays attention to detail in regards to body movements , imbalances and correctional exercises, I was definitely impressed and picked up important and beneficial information from him. The facility is quiet with low traffic with equipment you wouldn't see in your typical gym. I highly recommend, especially if you have had or working through injuries.

David is knowledgeable of specific movements for specialized athletes. I brought in a Minor League pitcher and David provided him with many tools for him to move forward in his career and work outs that will benefit his day to day recovery. 5 Stars ⭐️ in my book!

First and foremost, I am not the kinda person that does or even likes doing reviews. But, I had such a good experience at this place that I was compelled to write one. Yesterday, I had consultation with David Rubin. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and concise with his explanation on muscle activation and why it's important. What you aren't going to get from him is a preformulated script of why muscle activation is important. But, what you will get is a personalized demonstration using your own body mechanics showing you why muscle activation is beneficial to your everyday life. The awareness he created concerning my body and how do improve its functions was mind blowing. Going there was one of the best decisions I have ever made!!!

I have worked with David for many years, both as a coach and as his client. David's enthusiasm for life and his knowledge of the body's physique make him an incredible person to work with.
As a coach, he breaks every physical activity down to the fundamental mechanics of the body. He teaches the proper way to perform every skill so as to maximize an one's performance, while minimizing the wear and tear on the body and the risk of injury. I've witnessed incredible performance gains in athletes of all ages that he has coached... including me.
As a client, he helped me regain pain free mobility. I was often having severe back pain and soreness in my left knee. There were often times where I could not even move. David did an assessment of my body's mechanics and explained how I had to strengthen certain muscles to keep my body aligned and thus pain free. Over the course of approximately 8 weeks, he gave me exercises to perform that targeted the "weak" muscles that were in my back, hips, legs and feet. I still perform these exercises and I am now pain free 99% of the time.
I can't thank David enough for the knowledge and enthusiasm that he has imparted on me as well as many others.
