Winter Haven Boxing gym is amazingly inclusive for all! As someone who hadnβt focused on physical fitness for several years, and had zero experience boxing, I was looking for a unique routine to keep me engaged. I found it here at Winter Haven Boxing. I love the womenβs morning workouts. Itβs inspiring to train next to these incredible athletes and everyone is so welcoming! I feel empowered regaining my physical strength back one day at a time. My daughter is new to the gym. Her goal is to become a professional fighter. We feel that this gym is the place that can make her dreams come true. It seems that she will have some good sparring partners and wonderful coaches. However my personal favorite part about this gym, is that it is next to Cabana Boy Ice Cream.

After researching boxing gyms, this was the most highly recommended one there was. Parking is an issue at times but thats because they are the best around. Signed up my stepson almost a month ago and he loves it. They even have a nickname for him now, Red. He loves everything and how Coach Marco and others train. Cannot say enough about how great this boxing gym truly is.

This place is awesome, my daughters dream is to be a boxer so I signed up my son and daughter after researching and Iβm glad I found it, itβs only been three days and they learned so much canβt wait to see the progress after a couple of months, from what I see coach Marcos knows how to train and if anybody is going to to take them to the top itβs him. The gym has great people also everyone is respectful and humble. To succeed is hard work and dedication and he definitely teaches it.

Parking is tight but the experience is worth it. My son has wanted to learn boxing and when I took him to the gym the coaches and the other boxers were so very nice. My son looks forward to going to the gym everyday. The head coach has created a great and supportive place for athletes and want to be athletes to congregate.

I cannot recommend this gym enough- no matter your age or the level of in shape youβre looking to get into, they have it all. Anything from professional boxing workouts to cross-fit type workouts, and they work with you beyond those things as well. To take it even more above and beyond, they do all of this in a welcoming, motivating, and well-kept atmosphere. Winter Haven Boxing is such a great place!! :)
