I trained with Jim for about 6 months. Having trained with other trainers, I saw the best results with Jim. He customizes workouts based on your goals and needs. He makes sure to focus on form rather than heavy weights while avoiding injuries. Jim adjusts the intensity of workouts based on a person's ability, which made me want to keep going in for workouts instead of avoiding them. Jim is an amazing trainer and a great guy. He maintains a perfect balance between pushing you and making sure you don’t injure yourself by overexertion. He gives good advice on nutrition and stretching as well and is very knowledgeable. I have always had a hard time maintaining discipline and consistency when working out but working with Jim has made gym fun. Lost around 25 pounds in 3 months while working out with him.

I have never worked with a personal trainer prior to Jim, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've also had a long history of eating and anxiety disorders since I was a kid, and didn't know to what extent fitness training could help with that.
6+ weeks in, I'm absolutely wowed by my mental transformation. Jim not only keeps the workouts fun and varied each time you come in, he also is firm about holding you accountable with both fitness and nutrition. He goes above and beyond to cheer you on and keep you positive. He really cares about you.
Personal training with Jim has been far more effective for me than going to therapy, and I can't wait for dramatic weight loss to also start kicking in soon!

I am very happy with the training I am receiving from Jim. He works around some shoulder issues that I have and actually is helping me strengthen the muscles around my shoulders to allow them to heal. He is truly a master with Zoom training, and that is quite a feat! With his workouts and guidance I am finally getting my body and muscle tone back and all from the safety and comfort of my home. I got Jim involved to work with my 15 year old son to train for football.
Unlike most trainers, Jim took the time to listen to my son’s personal needs and he developed a sport, position and age-specific course of action.
It wasn’t the usual “muscle, muscle, muscle” hustle, rather he catered the work outs to a teen!
