I properly canceled my membership well within the required timeframe, and I documented this cancellation in person with your staff, who confirmed that no further action was needed on my part.

Despite this, you have continued to place unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have already disputed these charges with my card issuer, and I am notifying you that any additional attempt to bill my card will be considered fraudulent activity and a deliberate violation of the law.

For clarity:
1. My cancellation was completed and acknowledged by your employee, who explicitly stated the membership had been canceled.
2. Any further charges constitute unauthorized use of my payment information, which falls under fraudulent billing practices.
3. This notice is being documented and included in an official police report filed with the Boca Raton Police Department.
4. Should any future unauthorized charges appear, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting each incident as fraud, escalating through my financial institution, and taking further civil action.

You are instructed to immediately update your internal records to reflect that my membership is canceled and that no future billing attempts are permitted.

Should be zero stars. Was a member of this gym and stayed on hold for a couple years because I would get a talk about how I should maintain it even if I can’t workout. I paid $5 a month for this hold. Yes, I admit not very smart of me but I had my reasons.
Called on a Saturday because I noticed $50 charges twice. They told me it was because they changed systems and I got billed twice. I asked them to close my membership because this was not the first time it happened to me. I waited the requested 3 days and still didn’t see my refunds. So I called and spoke the worst manager-Adam- you could ever deal with. My refund was NOT processed because I had to ask for a manager to process the refund. How would a customer know this? Shouldn’t the staff know they have to ask for a manger to process any refund? This was made to be my fault.
Requested the refund and the closure again. I still have to wait the 3 business days. No apologies received because according to the manger, an apology was not needed so he was not going to apologize. The man had the audacity to charge me the $5 for hold fee. Lol. Thievery at its finest. I would check your accounts if you are a member.
It’s too bad because they had great teachers, hygiene and staff not so much.

The trainers are amazing and care about the wellbeing of their clients. The environment is hard core and geared towards one population. I’m willing to spend their monthly fee for the benefits of good equipment etc. but the pounding bass of the early morning playlist and onslaught of slanted news shows is a stressful way to start the day for professionals and completely unnecessary.

They used to have a great sauna in women’s room before it was wolf gym Now it’s a very small machine that would be appropriate for a home not a gym .the small baby sized machine also does not work properly and one will need the staff’s assistance before using it . It’s also obnoxious that parking is blocked off for the owner that is never on premises music is the perfect if you were at a rave even at 4 am also ton of mold pink in women’s bathroom shower

While it is a beautiful gym with great equipment, they no longer accept Medicare payments for membership fees, asking $60/month. No notice was sent to members affected by the policy change, just a small sign at the front desk effective September 1. I had been a member of this gym for 30 years under different management. I guess they don’t want senior citizens. Corporate greed at its finest.

I used to train at this gym with my mother and we always had a good experience. Six months ago, we opted to pause our accounts and were told we could return at no additional cost. When we tried to reactivate, we were surprised with a $99 registration fee and a monthly fee increase, which we had not been informed of. This lack of transparency compromised our trust.

I’ve been a member since the days it was Busy Body, so I’ve seen the full transition under new ownership. Unfortunately, after dealing with unsanitary equipment (including a case of ringworm) and the constant overcrowding from trainers dominating the space, full boxing and UFC training cage in the midst of all of these while trying to get workout in-I had to call it quits. It just stopped feeling like a gym for the everyday lifter. Wishing them the best moving forward, but it wasn’t the right fit for me anymore.

Been coming here for years. Almost exclusively for Pop (Brandon) for private boxing lessons. He is THE BEST. Never takes his eyes off you, never lets you learn bad habits. Only teaches you correct form and cares about his clients. This comes to fruition beyond just boxing. If you are looking for one on one boxing lessons, GO TO POP.

Also, Adam, one of the managers, is very professional and cares about the customers. There was a small discrepancy and he put his best foot forward and resolved it with a smile.

This gym is awesome...I have been coming here since it originally opened years ago. I have seen many owners and promises. I can honestly say since the current owners took over the place is emaculant, the equipment is kept working and they keep bringing in more and more new state of the art machines. The staff is always so friendly with a smile on . The classes are well run especially the spinning. The clients are also so friendly probably because you can't find anything wrong. If I wanted to be picky they could use a second shelf for bags..lol.
Even the juice bar is good. I highly recommend Wolf gym to anyone wanting to experience the way a small gym should be run.

I used to greatly appreciate this gym when it was owned by John. However, after Ron took over, I noticed several changes that have negatively impacted the experience. The currentt management is friendly, but some of their practices are disappointing. For instance, they reserve a parking space in front of the gym for the owner Mahamed with a orange cone blocking anyone from parking in his space, which is unfair to seniors and other customers who would like to park there. Who does that?

The gym is now owned by a guy name Mahamed. It was a much better facility about a year ago before he took over,but I cannot recommend it anymore. They are charging higher membership fees than other gyms in the area. Additionally, there is a man who has been washing cars on the premises for over ten years. Despite his long-standing presence, the new owner has brought in someone else to wash cars, which I find disrespectful to the loyal member.When this man is present in the parking lot, it provides a sense of security because he is serving gym customers and acting as a watchful presence. I always felt safe with him around.

Overall, I would advise others to stay away from this gym based on these recent changes and practices.

This gym not only has the best variety of equipment, but also has a Cold Life cold plunge and infrared sauna in the locker room! I felt like a kid in a candy store at this gym! As a former bodybuilder, I was thrilled to find everything I needed—and more—for an incredible leg day. The equipment selection is top-notch. Tarek, the owner, was incredibly welcoming at the front desk and clearly takes pride in the place—I even saw him cleaning the facility himself.

I also loved the Cold Life cold plunge in the women’s locker room—such a great recovery option. The on-site café is another win, offering healthy post-workout meal options that really hit the spot.

I don’t live nearby, but this gym is absolutely worth the extra drive. Can’t wait to come back!

Yeah. So I went to this gym for 4 years and I'm not happy so here we go. I used to come to this place before the metal cage was built around the martial arts area and the dance room was never divided with the wall in there...so I feel like I have some legitimate grounds to give you all a proper review. Here it is.

On my last day at this gym, I gave the guy at the counter my termination notice. It was all fine and well until he decided that because I was wearing a particular shirt, that said "warrior" on it, he could give me a hammer and that he would go get another hammer, you know? the tool used for construction? the metal ones not the rubber ones, and we could fight each other with it. Does it seem like a good idea to swing a tool like that at a customer? NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

He could not find one in the tool room, the dude ACTUALLY went looking, so I just got rid of my membership with a smile and I left. I do not know his motives or why he did that. 100% stupid. What if he found it? was I supposed to defend myself? was he actually going to hit me with it? no way the dude still works here, he probably does. Losers. This is just a warning for the next person. Cancel over the phone if you need too. PLEASE DO THAT, YOU MIGHT GET SUPRISE HAMMER TIME. If I ran the place I would definitely put a guy like that on his last legs. One more time? Fired.

I don't know man, I just wanted to delete my membership and move on with my life. Simple. Seems like I made the right decision. The old staff who used to work here were great people. The new little kids need to be re-organized or thrown out. Don't want to work good.

P.S. Some of the old Staff from Busy Body (this gym used to be called busy body) work at EoS now. I see them regularly, always say hello. Good people deserve daily recognition for their good work.

I had the pleasure of training at Wolf Gym Boca, located at 9183 Glades Rd, in Boca Raton, Florida, during my vacation, and it was simply unforgettable.

The highlight of my visit was meeting the Brazilian athlete Mr. Olympia Leandro Peres. He was incredibly kind, humble, and approachable. He even signed my shirt with an autograph and chatted with me for a bit. A moment I will cherish forever.

The gym is top-notch, equipped with classic and robust machines from Cybex, Life Fitness, and other renowned brands. The environment is full of motivation and true hardcore bodybuilding culture, reminding me of the roots of the sport.

Without a doubt, I plan to come back to Wolf Gym Boca every time I visit Florida during my mid-year vacations. Congratulations and thanks to the gym team for maintaining such a high level of facility and energy. A true bodybuilding temple.

As a long time member of wolf gym(busy body).I feel compelled to share my experience. This isn't just another gym ;it's a place where you can feel motivated and supported in achieving your fitness goals.
There is a dedicated turf area for functional training, ; sled pushes,agility work and stretching They offer range of classes which include yoga,mobility sessions etc .
They have been in the process of rebranding the gym bringing in new and exciting equipment. Just today they brought in brand new dumbbells to go with the new back equipment ,smith machines, and chest equipment. I can honestly say the owners are trying to
equip the gym with best.
Whether your a beginner or a pro(there is even a posing room) wolf gym is a worthwhile investment in your health and well being. I highly recommend Wolf gym to anyone looking for a serious and worthwhile workout.

I enjoy this gym but I really don’t enjoy the staff and the treatment I was given I started a membership here and was told I would pay for my first and last month upfront which I did so the time comes when I want to cancel my membership I go in sign the papers to cancel and they keep trying to charge me hundreds of dollars I have called many times the the staff was unprofessional and unorganized saying they don’t have the paper anymore but will figure it out I called again and they then just told me they can’t do anything and will continue to charge me wouldn’t recommend starting a membership here because of the unprofessional aspect of this gym

I’ve been coming to this gym since it was Worlds Gym and this is the best I’ve ever seen it! The new owner has done a marvelous job cleaning it up and making it look presentable to the eye. You can see a difference in the staff, as they walk around and make sure the gym is tidy. I train At 5am, and it’s kind of a buzz kill if the gym is trashed from the prior night! Great work!

This Gym is Amazing in every way! Anthony, Gedas, the people are all really nice! They have soooo much Equipment that you can build every muscle in your body. The music is awesome, they even had a DJ last Sunday mixing while people trained! How cool is that? They have Peak Performance: prepped meals, smoothies for your amazing gains. They Cycling room! Have been going to this gym for almost two years now. The community has always been top notch but the gym a little lack luster. Since the new owner has taken over there had been so many improvents. The best part is the layout finally makes sense and so many new pieces of equipment. All the staff is friendly but Anthony is just always so hospitable and makes sure everyone is comfortable. This gym will try to RUIN you financially if you ever try to cancel your membership. They won't actually cancel it and they'll just keep trying to charge you money. And if the charge doesn't go through then they'll keep trying to charge late fees that will rack up to HUNDREDS. I strongly suggest playing it safe and using another gym.

I love this gym I been working out there for over eight years, and the people are nice. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only gym that has a car wash on site. While I'm working out, my car is being detailed. Those guys who's wash the cars are awesome,the only gym that has a car wash service on site..

I am sad to be leaving a negative review since I have been a member of this gym since I was around 12 or 13 years old, and I'm currently 25. This predates the current management. After moving to another state, I canceled my membership in August 2023. However, every 15th of the month since then, I've been charged the membership fee, despite the cancellation. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation by calling, I was repeatedly assured that my membership was canceled and a refund was processed, which turned out to be untrue.

Every time I called, Haley, the manager, conveniently "had just stepped out," and she was apparently the only one who could process my refund. Despite multiple emails to both Haley's personal and business email addresses, I received no response.

During the Christmas/New Year's break, while back in West Boca, I decided to address the issue in person. From the parking lot, I called, and despite seeing both Haley and another staff member working at the desk, my first call was ignored. The second call was answered by the gentleman, who informed me that “Haley had stepped out to get water from CVS”, even though I could clearly see them both. It should be noted that by this point, they likely recognized my phone number.

Upon entering the gym and confronting Haley, she seemed surprised and claimed not to have seen any of my emails or calls, even questioning if I had the correct phone number. I requested an email confirmation of the refund to be processed, and Haley complied. However, several weeks have passed since that email, and I've decided to proceed with a dispute through my credit card company.

Regardless, whether it's a deliberate refusal to cancel my membership and refund the dues or simply mismanagement, it's absurd for this situation to persist for nearly six months.

UPDATE:

Ron, the owner, responded to the review in a good faith effort to address my concerns. Unfortunately, I had initiated a dispute with my credit card company before his response, following several emails with Haley. Ron acknowledged his employees' mistakes and made an effort to resolve the situation. I value the Ron’s accountability and efforts, especially Ron’s focus on the customer experience. Based on my phone call with Ron, I hope my experience is isolated and not indicative of a recurring pattern.

The owner poured in $250K for new bathrooms, a red carpet and some paint and nothing has changed. Equipment is broken for months, the staff could care less if you are there (no one looks up when you check in), the owner just wants the money and doesn't want to pay his employees. GM's are a dime a dozen. There have been 3-4 in the last few months. There are a few trainers that are completely inappropriate with their clients yet nothing is said to them. The new TV's (part of the "new gym") are never on or don't work. There are always holes in the benches and equipment seating. Members don't rerack their weights and none of them can seem to be able to match numbers when putting dumbbells away. The gym is dirty - machines aren't cleaned by members and they are not cleaned daily or weekly by staff.

This is exactly what a gym should be. It’s a real lifters gym while also being completely accessible to normal people. You’re always greeted with a smile and they are always making improvements to the gym. They have classes and boxing as well, so there really is something for everybody. The childcare is amazing too.

Pretty good gym for Florida needs to update the equipment the benches r old and the incline ones all need to be replaced also they need to have some hammer strength machine for the back they only have one that a pull down but it’s in front most gyms have about 4 or 5 it’s perfect for chest and shoulders only has one hammer strength machine u can put the 45lb okayes on but it only works on ur rear delts they need the one u can push to work on the front of ur shoulders legs are awesome the cardio Elliptical machines need to be replaced at least 13 years old and they all shake need about 5 new ore core machines it has plenty of space and the hours r the best but they do need to update the equipment

They talk about the new renovation like anything was done besides pouring epoxy over the floors. Water fountains have been broken for a year and they keep it that way so you'll buy bottles there (the owner admitted to this). Very shady business by the owner. Most of the machines here have been here since before it was even busy body. Everything is always broken/misplaced and it's full of creepy trainers who prey on the women here. AVOID.

But that has no say so upon the gym because it is absolutely beautiful granted I didn't get this go there very though they're very long he said hes not training me anymore I'm too lethal. This gym was very good until recently. About two years ago, I had to transfer to this gym from Crunch, because the business shut down. The basic membership there was cheap. I liked it there. When I came here, I liked the stuff here. Although I didn’t take the classes, because I would have had to change my membership. There is so much equipment here that I didn’t need classes. I liked how I felt after leaving the gym. Although the music system was a bit loud for those who like to listen on their AirPods, like me.

Now the bad part, I had to cancel my membership, because I noticed in my statement that the monthly bumped from $10 to $34. I went to the manager to look over and explain. I was told that in order to cancel my membership in January, I have a 30- day period to change my mind. But the problem I had to pay the same $34 the next final month even if I don’t come to the gym. I couldn’t anything to change that. I know people would ask for refunds, but couldn’t get anything back. I felt bad that I didn’t try. Honestly, there’s nothing to do now. I wouldn’t join this gym anymore and look for a membership elsewhere.

Right now I am using my home equipment to work out and going for outdoor jogs. Even though I haven’t made as much effort, because I’m putting work into finding jobs and anticipating to get hired. Being a graphic means you have to use the computer to market your art constantly. It’s been eight months since I haven’t worked. Hopefully, I join a membership at some point again.
