Good gym with a variety of workout machines and close to town. Met up with a friend from pott springs in Hamilton county, haven't seen in a while, it's small town places like this that still exist make "going into town" an experience that is worth while. Felt real local and charming, nice place overall, and kept very well clean.

I love this place! I come in almost every day! It's always perfectly clean, nice and cool. Members are very respectful. Everyone puts their weights away and wipes the machines down.
They have every machine and free weight you could ever need, I love that they have the disinfectant wipes and trash cans strategically placed perfectly.
This is by far the best kept gym I've ever been a member of. Keep it up!

I've been a member for 2 years. It's the cleanest gym I've ever attended. All the staff are very friendly and professional. The equipment is kept in working order. I highly recommend this gym.

It’s like going to a good friends home, you don’t have to do anything but be relaxed. There always someone there to help. It is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been associated with.

I love this Gym. Very quiet and friendly. Have the equipment I truly enjoy. Especially the punching bag outside is wonderful. Very affordable and clean. I recommend this Gym highly!!!
