Per my agreement, notice of intent to cancel shall be submitted in writing. Done. Per my agreement, if the initial contract is satisfied, I may cancel at any time for any reason. Done. Per my agreement, contracts may not be in excess of 36 months. As of 02/20/2025 my account was paid in full. I did not sign a contract renewal and yet this business is harassing me relentlessly trying to squeeze a few more dollars out of me. Neither the 800 number or the service email have been helpful...everyone points me back to Aaron Loveall who created this nonsense by ignoring my desire to cancel my membership after fulfilling my entire 36 month contract. I shouldn't have to sign a nondisparagement agreement just to avoid paying a fee that I never should have been charged. People should know how ridiculous the management is here. Seriously, save yourself the headache and money and find another gym.

Q: Are the Trainers thoughtful in their approach to your needs; offering assistance on your form, posture and progress to goals; slightly evil and make you sweat till you look like Mrs. Cartman after the Drunken Barn Dance with the Denver Bronco's football team, while walking out on shaky legs?
A: YES!

Q: Is the Equipment well maintained and thoroughly cleaned by the staff so you don't get an unspeakable infection like at "Other" gyms?

Q: Is there enough eye candy passing through the doors to motivate you to come in at all hours to 'feel the burn'?

Became a member mid May 2025 and worked with their PT, Jonalyn for 4 weeks doing 1 hour sessions. Lost 8 lbs and inches of every part of my body while also building muscle. I would not recommend this facility, at all. This facility is dishonest with their fees and charges. I signed up for a month to month membership on November 13, 2024. I was VERY SPECIFIC in that request. On that day I paid $71.48. On December 11th and December 26th $18.80 was taken out each day for membership fees. On December 28th an annual membership fee of $64.49 was taken out of my account. When I questioned this charge, I was told that this was an annual membership that comes out even though I requested specifically to be on a month to month membership. I was told that this fee is nonrefundable. When I went to cancel the membership, I had to pay yet, another $37.60 just to cancel the membership. Be very careful with this fitness facility. They are thieves. Since November 13, 2024 to Jan 2, 2025, I’ve paid a total of $211.17. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!

I live on Black Hammock Island, and this gym is worth the extra drive compared to Energym locations. It's small, but a full-size gym is another 10 minutes away. The facility is attractive and clean, and the staff are friendly and competent.

Yes, the staff is very friendly and the gym is relatively clean. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of Mitch. I am on a trip and walked into three gyms without any issues and confidently did my workouts. I would have never had the confidence to set up deadlifts, barbells, and kettlebell let alone own my area without his training and motivation. I can walk into any gym and know that I belong there and not feel like the weak person because I have been built up by the best trainer. I have had other trainers but none that take the time to find what works for me. If he leaves the company it will be a huge loss for the community of Workout 24/7.

Working out here for about a month now, Vanessa is so sweet and greets me with a smile. She and Aaron answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me to join which is why I did! Lots of gyms just push so hard it turns me the other direction.

This location is small and feels crowded with less people than a standard size gym would. Hopefully one day the app will have a real time update on how full the gym is. There’s plenty of cardio machines and with a few people it’s comfortable. Customer service experience is worth it and it’s the best part.

Relatively new in the neighborhood. So glad I joined! Besides the 24/hr option with great machines, there is a hydro water massage bed that is amazing! The gym assists with monthly fitness goals and offer an MX4 class on certain days included with the membership. It’s great!

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. My home club is Oakleaf Plantation location and it is AMAZING. This location literally just put up a sign saying they are waiting on a part for their air conditioner but their air has been out for months now with no sign or warnings. As a gym facility you should be on top of the A/C especially this being Florida. Their customer service skills suck!

I have been charged for this membership every month during the pandemic even though the gym is closed. I have an email from the area director of membership saying I would receive a refund and that they would stop charging my credit card but they haven’t stopped. I signed up on January 6th and they changed me 61 dollars and by the 26 of February they changed me 27 dollars and by February 27th they changed me 60 dollars. And to cancel you have to pay 99 dollars more . I spent so much money for nothing
