Signed up online, paid, active member. came in to get my door card. told to hand over bank details...I was already a Paid customer, why would anyone in a business sense then decide its worth losing that customer because i didnt hand them DIRECT ACCESS to my bank. but they did. they canceled me on the spot.

we all know the horror stories of gyms team car ram-rodding people once they have that information. but if you don't mind giving bank details to a gym, this review will fall flat before you.

I have lived in Edgewater part-time since 2001. In 2017 Edgewater became my permanent home. In the last 24 years I have both been to and had memberships to 12 gyms in the NSB/Edgewater area. Being a former gym manager, martial artist and work out enthusiast I am very pleased with WorkOut Anytime gym. The facility is super clean, the personnel are very friendly and they have state of the art equipment with so many duplicate cardio machines.. you are never waiting to do a quick warm up or cardio segment of your work out. The premium monthly membership is very affordable and I’m all ready addicted to several of the amenities. Other first impressions: this gym is really for any kind of work out person. If you want to lift heavy, they have it; if you are rehabbing and need to go easy with baby steps, they have it. From big stocky framed weight lifter types to smaller cardio grandma’s this place definitely accommodates a broad demographic. So To quote a friend of mine ( and former local gym owner) there are “NO EXCUSES”! Residents of Edgewater, you NOW have affordable workout options! 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️👟🏆🙌🏻

It’s been almost 4 weeks since I started consistently working out. Strength training & cardio. This new gym is absolutely amazing! The staff is awesome & the facility is SO clean. Everything is brand new & the amenities are so nice! I am so happy with the changes in my mind and body that I have been noticing.
I feel more fit & happy! I have more energy & i am feeling more positive about my body & life in general. It has become a healthy hobby/habit of mine & I can honestly say I am LOVING it. I have been making a point to schedule my life/work around being able to get a work out in. I have never been one who likes working out at all i have ALWAYS despised it… But this gym honestly makes it so easy to enjoy.

I finally found a gym that I love working out at! The staff is so friendly and welcoming from the minute I walk in the door to minute I leave! My mom and I absolutely love this gym!!!! I go at least 5 days a week. Everyone is so friendly and the place is always very clean. It’s got all the amenities you want and need. I had a 360 body scan today and Jacob was awesome and full of information to help guide my weight loss journey. I lost 40 pounds last year and with this scan I know the key points I need to hit. This will be my forever gym home. I’m so glad I made the decision to join! Every penny was worth spending! 🙌
