Double the price of the gym that was there previously, which was significantly better because the lights were on. This place is so dark it’s insane. My husband is visually impaired and it’s literally like the lights are off in there. They offer a few things the previous gym didn’t but doesn’t really matter. I have red light therapy at home that I got for the price of a months membership here. It just sucks that this is the only place in Lakewood park since we can’t drive. They took something that was affordable and made it inaccessible and terrible. Tragic.

Well, today, workout anytime in Lakewood. Park called me to check on me and to offer a free class.
I told them that I was unable to and that I would need to cancel my subscription to their gym do to some major health issues.. And the 2 ladies that work there, Brianna and the other young lady. I don't remember her name sorry we'll just call her beautiful.
Did the most beautiful thing for me today? And I am forever grateful for.
This is a good gym. Not only with equipment or the sana and red light. , which I love .the staff is pretty awesome and they did a very nice thing that they did not have to do that Companies don't do anymore and that is value their customers. And thank you for thinking about my health and my well-being as well.
10 out 10 will recommend this gym.

I’m writing this review to share my experience in hopes that it helps others make an informed decision. I signed up for a membership at this gym, and although I initially appreciated having a local place to work out, I’ve had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with their billing and cancellation process.

I informed the staff well in advance that I wanted to cancel my membership. When I spoke to someone in person, I was told the system was down, but the employee took my name and number and assured me the cancellation would be processed promptly. Despite this, I was still charged for the following month.

I ended up having to contact my bank to stop further payments, which cost me an additional fee. To make matters worse, after the stop payment was placed, the gym charged my card directly, another amount of $60 - despite originally only having my bank account and routing number. This felt very dishonest and intentional.

Even after multiple attempts to cancel, they have continued to charge me. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like you’re being ignored and taken advantage of. I believe a business should make it easy and transparent for members to cancel if they choose to.

Additionally, while the facility appears clean at first glance, I found the overall quality to be below expectations.

Please be cautious if you decide to sign up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their cancellation process and customer service. If management don’t keep deleting my review.
