It’s a Family gym, great atmosphere, sanitized every day, the owner Adrian and his personal trainers are the best in that side of town... everyone is very respectful!! You’re going to feel like home once you’re there, guaranteed!

This gym has been an absolute pleasure for my time in Miami. From the trainers to the owner, everyone was welcoming and made me feel at home. I didn’t speak much Spanish, but that didn’t impact the quality I was receiving from the people I’ve met there. Can’t wait to come back again when I’m in the area!

This gym is amazing. Very family oriented gym. The owner is very down to earth and willing to help in what is needed. It’s that old school gym with a good feel to it. I left LA Fitness and came here and it was the best decision ever. Machines are clean, location is great and overall I’m super happy. No crazy sign up fees. I can’t wait to go everyday.

I had been a member of the gym since previous ownership but this new management has made the difference, unfortunately I had an accident not relate to the gym and was force to stop my cardio routines but definitely looking forward to come back.... really recomended

Great gym with new equipment very clean and great people working there.New owners have really uplifted this gym and has a great atmosphere and vibe . I started training with Heinz Senior since 4 weeks and I lost 8 pounds . I am so happy about my personal training and results .
