I’ve been working out here for a year and I love the personal workout vibes you get from this smaller gym. Feels like personal training, coaches actually correct form and there’s not 35 people shoved in a small space .The coaches are also motivating and members are welcoming. I drive out of my way past other gyms to go here!

Just did the 7:30am class to get my day started. It was great, my legs were shaking and my sweat was dripping down my face. I felt very comfortable too since the instructor was a woman. Highly recommend!

After trying 5+ gyms, WRK Concept was by far the best! The workouts are great, and they typically have small class sizes. All coaches are wonderful. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for group workouts.

WRK Concept is great! I was a little nervous before my first class, but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. You can tell both the members and coaches are very passionate and caring. They’re there to help you. The workouts are great and you can tailor them to your current fitness level. The gym itself is very clean and organized. Highly suggest trying out a class! They offer a lot of different times to fit your schedule.

Very approachable work out; coaches take the time to help you build stamina. I’ve never been a fan of cross fit but this is a great way to stay in shape. Also, the variety of times make it very convenient to get a workout in.

I started working out here a few weeks ago, and it’s amazing.
Unlike other cookie cutter gyms where a tv is giving you a standard workout, WRK has professionally programmed workouts that are written by experienced athletes! They’re walking proof of the effectiveness of the workouts!
Now the coaches-they’re just that. Knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. They know they’re stuff!
