I had fallen out of the gym routine, so I joined X-Force looking for motivation to get back into the routine. What I found was a group of coaches that are knowledgeable, they motivate and push me to get the best out of the workout. I am well past the 6-week program, I continue with X-Force for personal training and the accountability to my health goals. I highly recommend X-Force and awesome Trainers Cory and Daryl . It’s a great 30-minute workout that gives results!

Started w/ X-Force back when Dr. Ellington Darden wrote his Bodyfat Breakthrough book on the program. It’s come a long way, and only getting better w/ the current team/leadership.

I am not an athletic person and X Force does not care! At post 70 years of age, I can say that I am in the best condition of my long life. This is 100 percent due to my trainer/cheerleader Daryl who inspires me to try harder even when I don’t want to because HE is so committed to ME! Can you believe that HIS New Year’s resolution was to make ME stronger? LOL. The best guy, the best trainer, the best program. Thanks also to Corey for his professionalism and kindness! I've been using the XForce equipment for a number of years. However, I had gotten out of my routine when Covid hit and now it was time to get back to a regular routine again. I decided to have a trainer for a six week program. Almost done with the six weeks and have decided to do another six weeks before I go back to using the machines on my own. I work with Darryl who is a terrific trainer, listens closely and answers any questions and pays attention to any physical problems I might have. Plus, he is a really nice person and very encouraging. I would recommend XForce to anyone of any age. All the trainers are excellent at what they do. 30 minutes using the XForce machines and you will have a really good workout!

X-Force has been amazing! It’s really helped change my life and how I look at myself. Every coach is fantastic, professional and highly educated. I’ve been working with my trainer, Cory, for a while now and even though the workouts can be intense I thoroughly enjoy getting to every session because I’m constantly getting stronger and healthier. He’s educated me, helped me change my mindset and has kept me accountable through every bit of my training.
