An update to my experience at X-Force Body Palm Harbor-- In my original review, I didn't go into too many details, but now I'm ready to give everyone a true idea of how much X-Force Body has changed my life!!!
Menopause was kicking my butt. I was at my heaviest-- just as heavy as when I was pregnant with my second child. Nothing I did seemed to work. I would jog 2-3 miles a day or do high-intensity interval training. As for eating, I would practically starve myself-- and still couldn't lose weight or get in shape. I felt tired, fat, ugly, and embarrassed.
Then, a former co-worker recommended X-Force Body. I started cautiously, telling myself I'd give it six months and would probably quit after that.
But here I am, a year later. I'm down 20 pounds, and I feel amazing. More than just the weight loss, my body has been transformed. I've lost inches around my mid-section and have toned up my arms, legs, chest, and abs. Friends and family are noticing the changes. My sister-in-law recently told me I looked ripped. I proudly flexed for her.
As for eating, I am not starving myself. I eat well-balanced, high-protein meals while drinking lots of water. The coaches have taught me that a healthy lifestyle is a balance of many things-- exercise, eating, stress, and sleep.
I feel confident again. I'm no longer embarrassed if my husband walks into the bathroom while I'm showering. I don't try to hide my body under layers of bulky and oversized clothes.
The coaches at X-Force Body are incredible! Even on days when I feel like I didn't perform well, they're quick to redirect my thinking, encourage me, and adjust my workout to set me up for success. At the same time, they push me. There are times I finish a workout and my muscles feel like jelly. They do not let me wimp out, and I appreciate that.
I want to thank everyone at X-Force for believing in me and pushing me to be the healthiest I've been in a long time.

My husband Terry Had two strokes 16 months ago, walks with a walker and does physical therapy twice a week .He has been going to XForce for the last two months Working with all the wonderful trainers there. Very clean and well kept at both locations. It is Unlike any gym I’ve been to before. One on one personal training with extremely detailed emphasis on mind to body connection and muscle isolation. Destinee’s positive attitude and attention to detail has truly elevated my workouts and given me a better cleaner workout in half an hour than I have been getting in a standard gym working out alone for an hour.

I have been working with the team at XForce Palm Harbor, specifically with Patrick. The last four weeks have been incredible. I feel stronger with just a 20-minute workout two days a week. Patrick my personal trainer truly motivates me to push the extra rip on my set. I am a 10k/Half Marathon runner and I have seen a big difference in my strength and endurance, which has helped my running from 11-minute mile to 10-minute mile in just four weeks. I highly recommend trying it out!!

AWESOME! I am in my late 40s and have ebb-n-flowed with my health goals over the years. When we moved from Minnesota to Florida my brain went on vacation from my normal healthy living lifestyle and I added 50 pounds of extra weight over 3 1/2 years. I attempted several times to clean up my choices but it did not stick. Getting on my fitness plan with X-Force Body has been a relief! It has helped inspire me to clean up my food choices, get more sleep, drink more water, incorporate resistance training twice a week, and enjoy my walks on my off days. I have never really been a fan of strength training and know how important that is to my health as I age. The workouts are like nothing I've experienced before. They are tough and rewarding! X-Force has been an absolutely amazing experience the first six weeks. They work you hard, but are your biggest supporters while you are there. You get stronger without even realizing it. I go in there and after I complete a set they tell me I went heavier than last time. People may be surprised that you only need to go twice a week for the results you want. However with how hard they push you, twice a week is all you need.

Going to gyms & working out for years, I understand & implement negative based strength training sparingly but, the first time I heard about "only need 20 minutes a day, twice a week" I was still a little apprehensive. When I met Illiana & Patrick & tried the X-Force Body workout & used their state of the art machines which I have never seen anywhere else in the country, I was GREATLY satisfied w the end result.
20 mins of intense, negative training proved to be MUCH safe & easier on the joints, got me to break a sweat as equal as a typical full 1-hour workout for me, and felt the burn for days after!
I HIGHLY recommend giving X-Force Body a try. You won't regret it! 💪💯

Update: Just finished my workout with Zach as my trainer. His engaging personality aside, he is an excellent trainer. There is no question that he knows the ins and outs of the system, but he also has gotten to know me through keen observation and being incredibly attentive to what I say and how I work. He is unfailingly positive in his approach to clients and his encouragement is on point in the sense that we both understand that I must earn every compliment or bit of praise. The end result is that every workout leaves me happily exhausted, which is my goal for each workout. Iliana made another great hiring decision and continues to inspire me through her "can-do" spirit and boundless enthusiasm.
Just finished my X-force Body workout with Patrick in Palm Harbor. I love my trainers. The entire staff at X-Force Body is knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. I now feel refreshed as usual. I hesitated to commit to this program due to a serious arthritic condition in my hand/wrist (bone-on-bone) that prevented me from using weights (or play golf) due to severe pain. I decided to avoid surgery and started X-Force Body about two months ago. I am pleasantly surprised to say that my hand improves more and more each week. The progress has been steady and effective. My my golf game shows it! This system works for folks at any age or condition, to include younger athletes or senior citizens like me. I wish I had discovered X-Force Body when I was younger.

There are simply not enough good words in the dictionary to say about X-Force in Palm Harbor. X-Force Palm harbor is a fitness experience like none other. Patrick, Skinner and the entire team are fabulous trainers -- in fact you wont find better ones at any price. The machines are great and you get one-on-one training. The workout is quite vigorous but it is also very quick -- a half hour or less will do it. It doesn't take much time to get your entire body worked. I have been going for a mere 4 weeks and I see real and visible muscle results. I have been going to gyms off and on all my life and have never seen results this good ... or this fast. These guys are GREAT. Join today, give yourself 4 to 6 weeks and watch how much better you look and feel.

If you've been thinking about working out or already do give this place a try. It's like physical therapy for me being a wheelchair user but more intense. All the machines make it easy for me to workout and a trainer to make sure I'm doing everything right.
They have these machines there that force you to get all the right angles to maximize and a personal trainer to push you further every time. It's only a ~20 minute workout hitting 5 or 6 machines with the personal trainer pushing you through it. At the end you're done. Feel like jello and pumped. There is something about these short high intensity machine workouts. It's like getting more for less. High-intensity non-stop 20 minutes. Feel the burn! 🔥

I just finished my X-force Body workout with Patrick in Palm Harbor. 20 minute... Done!! He's excellent. Actually, the whole staff is great! They're very supportive and motivating. Before I started 3+ months ago, I was hesitant to join another "gym". My biggest challenge has always been finding something that works with my demanding schedule. That typically meant getting up way to early, get to the gym, grind for 90 mins, rinse and repeat. Eventually I'd get hurt and/or lose motivagion. Yuck!!
I was intrigued by X-Force because it is focused (less time commitment), has slow movements (much less chance of injury), and guided by professionals (motivation!!!).
I am very happy to say it works! The science doesn't lie. I'm getting stronger every week! And just as important -- No injuries!! I highly recommend you check them out!

So at 63 I started noticing my strength and energy had declined quite a bit. Knew I needed a workout program. Had tried the usual gyms in the past but really just ended up on a treadmill. Wanted more this time. Giving xforce body a try. First 6 weeks had a noticeable gain in strength More energy. They have unique workout machines. Update: The personal trainiers are a very important key in the X-Force Body program success. Knowing when to push for that extra rep, to encourage when it get tough, to give sincere praise at that right moment and especially to know the correct weight settings for each machine is not only a science but an art. You just won't fine this degree of dedication at a regular gym.
Although Patrick has been my faithful trainer for these 3 months, today I had the opportunity to train with Noah. Noah stepped into Patrick's shoes and without me missing a beat, I had another amazing workout! Thank you Iliana for all you do to make X-Force Body a place that motivates me, encourages me and inspires me every time!

Three weeks ago for my 70th birthday I gave myself the gift of X Force Body. I have never done any training with weights. Needless to say I was quite apprehensive! I am discovering how fantastic this program is and learning much about myself (I am stronger than I thought!) Even when I think I have no more reps left in me.... I can do one or two more. It is amazing. The personal 1-1 attention from Patrick, my trainer, is exactly what I need as he watches my form very closely, which has enabled me to develop trust. It may seem strange to say but I love the soreness from the workout and the hydromassage chair at the end.

This place is amazing! I joined X-Force body because a couple of friends had great results and couldn’t be happier with their experiences. Amazing staff and facility, I have been working with Patrick and the other trainers for over a year 1/2 . My overall health is better, cholesterol down and BP lower. The workouts fit my busy schedule just 2 20 minute high intensity workouts per week and 30 minute walk at night. The workouts are hard but but fulfilling. Anyone looking for better health and fitness and not wanting to spend hours in the gym should give them a try.

My name is Clark West, 68 years old this month, currently 350 pounds. Over the past 5 years I reduced my weight from 500 pounds to about 370–using a combination of diet and moderate exercise, mostly walking in my pool. I used to work with a personal trainer before I retired, and I am well aware of the weight loss benefits of doing resistance training, as well as helping with my type 2 diabetes. I was looking for the best way to resume weight training, but I was not motivated to spend an hour or more at the gym 4-5 days per week. About 6 weeks ago I discovered X Force Body in Palm Harbor. This was exactly what I was looking for —supervised workouts of 25 minutes 2 times per week. I really liked the science behind the machines that emphasized negative resistance, and only one set of each exercise, but with intensity—no stopping until you reach muscle failure. I ordered the book by Ellington Darden that describes the program, and read the whole book the first day.
My exercise is very challenging—if you are looking for an “easy” routine then this is not for you. The staff is friendly, take an interest in your overall health, and are highly motivating. Most of my sessions have been with Patrick, but I have also been pushed to my limits by Illy, and Coach Spencer. I have some limitations due to my weight, and issues with my right knee and left shoulder. The staff worked with me, and adjusted the machines so I could use all 14 of them. After 6 weeks—12 sessions—I have lost about 20 pounds, added muscle, and significantly increased my strength and range of motion. My right knee and left shoulder have both improved—I am a believer that the negative training lengthens the muscles and improves joints and flexibility. The first two weeks or so were somewhat of a learning experience for me. Getting used to challenging muscles that had not been pushed for years. I did have some delayed onset muscle soreness—anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after working out. But these episodes were greatly reduced after the first 2 weeks. I have had very encouraging results, setting new records almost every visit on most machines—either more reps or a higher weight, sometimes both. Every time I am tempted to stop Patrick manages to coax me into 1 or 2 more reps. I look forward to each workout, and I would highly recommend this program to others, whether you are obese like me or not. This is a no excuses program—the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. If you were tempted like me to return to the gym, but were lacking motivation as well as the hours and hours needed to get results, then this program is for you. The experienced trainers supply the motivation and state of the art machines, and you supply the effort—all in less than one hour each week. I urge you to give it a try!

I started my work out program about 3 weeks ago at X Force Body. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. Knowing I have an appointment makes me actually go do it! It’s pretty intense but you’re done in about 20-30 minutes which is amazing! Their food plan is nothing crazy and in fact, I was pleasantly surprised that carbs are required! I feel good after working out and know that the weight/strength training is so important. I’m already noticing some results, the scale is moving and I’m feeling stronger! Go check them out!

I love X-Force Body! I have been going there for about 6 weeks now. I feel so much stronger in such a short time! The two sessions per week are perfect. You don’t need the “gym” everyday to get results as they have their own process of working out. At my other gym I would work out 4 days a week, but I never got the results I am getting with X-Force!! Patrick and Illy are wonderful people, and I really enjoy training at X-Force!! It’s like a private session each time, never crowded. X-Force Body is an amazing and unique workout experience! Personally I love the fact that I can get an intense workout, with negative based strength training machines, in less than 30 minutes and I only go twice a week! They have a great plan laid out, including proper hydration and sleep, that can help you gain muscle while shedding fat. I know first hand that following this plan can result in substantial weight loss (Over 40 pounds) and strength increase. My wife and I have been going there for a while now and absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and focused on getting you the best workout while maintaining proper form which is so important. The machines are unlike anything I have ever used and you will definitely feel the workout as well as appreciate the proper rest!

Amazing attention to client detail, super clean and modern facility, very professional and not overly crowded. Workouts with my trainer are intense, and I love how my trainer can motivate me to muscle exhaustion! It feels amazing. Definitely showing muscle definition since I started! Following back surgery in 2020, I was told nothing strenuous for 12 months. Well 12 months turned into 24 cuz I got lazy and turned into a bit of a couch potato! This was not sitting well with me (or my wife!) as a year prior, I was in great shape and had even trekked to the Basecamp at Mt Everest… nearly 18,000ft high. I had to do something, that’s when I heard about X-Force. I have been using X-Force now for nearly a year. The results have been fantastic. I lost 30/35 lbs right away, 3 inches off the waist, and have built my strength back. I had my annual physical this week and results were better than they have been in years…. I’m a ballroom dancer and I have never work out in my life, but after a car accident the pain in my back was terrible and Illiana( the owner) told me that she can help me with that,so I give it a try. The results showed the very next day. I feel less pain and stronger after every session. This may sound cliche, but X-Force Body is exactly what I've been looking for. My issue has always been not having the time to go to a gym. Two 20-minute workouts a week is perfect for my schedule, and they are great workouts! Plus, the coaches are fantastic. My wife and I have been going to X-Force Body in Palm Harbor since early in 2017. To date, the results from the training, and the quality of their staff have been incredible. We are both on our way to the best shape of our lives, and the support and friendships we've made while going there, are amazing. Each trainer will test you, push you, train you, and encourage you to make the most out of every minute there, and every penny spent. Not gym rats ourselves, we really enjoy the schedule of the workouts, and the flexibility they show when "life" gets in the way of a scheduled workout. I have had and is still having a wonderful experience with X force body. I honestly have never stuck with a workout routine or meal plan ever before X force body. I just can't believe with two 30 minute workouts, 30 minute walks daily, and an easy meal plan and a gallon of water a day, that I am losing weight and seeing results. All the staff at X force are so sweet and it feels like family! They truly motivate you to do your best and to never give up! My trainer at X force body is Steve and he is amazing! He always makes me laugh and always makes me do one more rep when I don't want too. :) I highly recommend x force body! I am so happy I went to the discovery session and finally found something that is working and isn't awful!

Awesome equipment and personal training team! Those machines are the only ones I know of that compute, and put into action, the negative resistance when working out, which could never be done w/ free weights or any machines I know of.
